Apartment very nice to stay, well equipped, the floor was a little dirty when we arrived, but for us it made no difference. i didn't really like the beach that was nearby. How we were by car we went in others. Jorge is an excellent host, quickly answered all my questions and even started places for us.

The house is great. Super familiar atmosphere and location. We went with the elderly and young children, it was a great 18-day experience for everyone. We were welcomed by Antonio, always proactive in local communications and tips. The housekeeper Amaro is loved, a super special person. We felt at home very well accommodated and wonderful beds. In the house there are all essential materials to make your own meal, including barbecue, but there are also food options nearby, including the cabinetmaker village in a 3-minute drive. The swimming pool and shower in the house are differentials, in addition to the proximity to the carpenter's beach, which is less than 1 minute walk. The architecture of the house and comfort are note thousand, I felt at home. The air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room/kitchen is another differential. The house offers virtually everything, including several towels. We only had to purchase shampoo, conditioner, and soap. 2 slim sheets are also provided to cover, so if you are used to using something thicker, I suggest carrying or acquiring blanket/blankets. In general, our time there was quiet, the house is close to the main beaches of São Miguel, near several restaurants and tourist points, and waking up facing the mar de mar de marceneiro is priceless.

The beach in front of the condominium enchanted us with its crystal clear waters, and I highly recommend the boat ride with Márcio. We will definitely be coming back!

This is a very nice and spacious 2 bedroom with 3 full baths. The kitchen is large and has everything you need. The balcony is fantastic. Gianmarco is a 5 star host. The apartment is clean with all the amenities, even water. Incredibly comfortable. Right across from the beach. If you are staying in Peripueria, you should absolutely stay here. Be aware that it is on the 4th floor (3 flights of stairs) with no elevator.

Great apartment, quality of beds, linen and towels. Many high quality cooking utensils. Nearby beach, almost private. We had a memorable stay. The only negative point, which is not of the house but of the public power, is that the street is not completely urbanized and accumulates pools of water that makes mobility difficult. But it is in the process of urbanization. Soon it won't be an issue anymore. But the apartment itself is note 10. And the wonderful Cau services.

The beach is very close to the house, clean, deserted and very good for swimming. The place is ideal for those who want to disconnect from the city crowd and enjoy a wonderful beach town. We usually leave our stays clean and take great care when hosting on an Airbnb, but in this one a lot of rules were passed, we had to clean the barbecue, and take extreme care with the towels. The communication made us apprehensive about feeling comfortable in the accommodation for fear of dirtying anything.
