Vacation rentals with a patio in Passaic County

Stayed for almost 2 weeks and it was a great experience. Sharon’s place is quiet, comfortable, and extremely well outfitted—kitchen was fully stocked and there were many thoughtful touches throughout the unit. Bedroom is huge and beautiful! Parking was a breeze and I enjoyed daily walks around the neighborhood and nearby park. Close to an abundance of restaurants and shops in Bloomfield and Montclair. Highly recommend!

Amazing house looks just like the pictures. Only stayed one night but it was a great place to relax and the games there were entertaining. Would definitely go again for a longer stay.

Christopher's house in Tuxedo Park was awesome. We felt right at home as soon as we got there. It was extremely clean and well maintained. They had it sweetly decorated for Christmas, and we were there to enjoy Christmas with our loved ones nearby, so it was perfect. We were too busy to explore the area, but it was a nice neighborhood. We really appreciated this beautiful and comfortable home to spend the holidays. Christopher was very responsive with any questions we had. We will definitely stay again when in the area!

We had a wonderful time in Elizabeth’s airbnb. It is just as described and it was the perfect size for a small family. Our kids loved the easy access to the lakes. Plus there are bunnies everywhere! The house is clean and well stocked. We would stay here again. Thank you, Elizabeth!

I was overly pleased with this house. They provide small things that you may have forgotten. Like shampoo and toothbrushes. Each bedroom has an extra heater, fan, extra blankets, and a little beverage refrigerator. The top floor space is like a cute little apartment.They really tried to think of anything you may or may not need. So it was easy to be comfortable there.Perfect place for medium to extra large size families. Enjoyed sitting on porch. A beautiful cherry blossom tree lives in the front yard. Great neighborhood vibes. Close to NYC. 30 minutes from Central Park. If you have a vehicle, free parking in the driveway is super convenient. The hosts are sweet. You are not bothered by the apartment below. We would definitely book again.

We LOVED staying in Jennifer's home. The neighborhood was lovely and great for kids. The home was the most "homey" place I've ever stayed. The kids loved every minute of staying there, and honestly were sad to leave. The beds were comfortable, the linens were plenty, the kitchen was well stocked, the temperature control of the home during the crazy temperature fluctuations between winter and spring which was SO helpful. Bathrooms on every floor was so nice, and the sunroom was the most used room in the house. We even got to see a lot of wildlife, which was really fun! The only random caveat I'd give, and this is not a complaint, and just really a helpful tip if you bring young children. Bring or purchase a fence type gate instead of a typical baby gate. The photos don’t do this place justice - it’s truly a special little corner of the world and exceptionally relaxing. Everything we needed was there and Marce/Kylie were exceptionally responsive. This was one of the most relaxing getaways we’ve had in a long while; the house was perfect, and Marce / Kylie went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. We have every intention of returning again in fall ‘25.

We had a great stay in Little Falls— every room was beautifully decorated, and the house was perfectly clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable with super soft bed linens and the neighborhood was quiet. Hosts were responsive and helpful. We were in town for a soccer tournament and would happily stay again if we return next year!

Awesome place and hosts. Johanna made us feel welcome and at home from the moment we confirmed our reservation. The place is beautiful, on the lake, clean and the play room and home cinema were a huge hit with our kids. Perfect stay. Loved it!

Great communication and easy checkin, spotless & stylish! We had a wonderful last minute spring getaway from the city. Compared to other airbnbs around, seemed comparatively good value for money. We cooked meals in the apartment and the kitchen is well appointed for doing so; there is also a keurig and French press.

Everything just as advertised, this place is right next to a a train station. The SM team is very responsive. Just some quick constructive feedback, I do wish the bed was a bit more comfortable. But enjoyed the stay and would visit again.

This place was perfect for my clinical rotation! Highly recommend!
