Sunshine Cottage is a little cottage in the back garden of Finca Katrina. It is set on a hill with views of Palo Alto and Jaramillo with a coffee plantation in the foreground. There is a full (double) bed, room to hang your clothes and to store your belongings. You have a small fridge, toaster oven, sink, coffee maker, and cupboard space for food, but no stove top. Cabana sits on the edge of a canyon with black squirrels, coatimundi, agouti and heaps of birds. It's quite peaceful, classically rustic and fairly private. Has a porch, one bathroom, electric hot water tank, yard and parking for one car. Includes WiFi and shared washer/dryer. No smoking in the Casita, small pets will be considered upon inquiry. 25 minute walk to town, taxis are $3. If you come from/go to main road at stairs it should be $1. Heaps of info in listing to be self sufficient!

It’s a new house (Oct 2019) just outside David in Los Algarrobos. Close to the airport, Boquete, Volcan and only 3.5km from the huge new Federal Mall in David. Evening security guards in the subdivision all year. Mountain views, covered parking, seconds from the boquete highway. This immaculate house has all new appliances and furniture, 5G internet, cable tv and Netflix. Your bilingual hosts live next door, the co-host (Grethel) is Panamanian, a lawyer and knows everything about Panama.

Relax with the whole family in this quiet place, 10 minutes from the center of David and 25 minutes from the tourist Boquete, very close to shopping centers, restaurants, but away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Very safe place and full of amenities. The house has three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful terrace with TV, piano, a bar among other amenities. All spaces have aires conditioned, hot water and TV with 222 channels.
