Condo vacation rentals in Pasig River

Our stay was flawless. The place was clean and looked exactly what was advertised in the listing. Nikka was also accommodating to our questions and requests and very responsive.

We celebrated my daughter's 5th bday at their bnb. We had the best days there, comfy and very homey. we love everything about the unit. The stove just had a bit of an issue but Ms Barbie helped us, big thanks to her! We'll definitely rebook their place. ❤️

The host was very accomodating and the place was spotless and clean! Had a very fun and comfortable stay with friends, as we all enjoyed the entertaining activities included with the booking! Mostly had fun with the Ps4 hahaha but everything was worth the price🫶🏻

We stayed two weeks at Aziz’s place while visiting family in Manila. Aziz and his co-host Cris were super responsive, provided clear instructions and directions, and the place itself was fantastic. The condo is located in a gated, guarded and safe condo complex (this type of a set up is common in the Philippines). The guards were super friendly and helpful. Do not be intimidated by the surroundings (the street can sometimes appear rougher than what it actually is), you are only a short and inexpensive grab ride away from anywhere you want to go! And did I mention free parking?! Not only this, but the condo itself is immaculate, clean, spacious and has great amenities, including powerful air conditioning in both the principal bedroom, as well as the living/secondary bedroom, two comfort rooms (washrooms), a well equipped and stocked kitchen and a washer/dryer combo that does a fantastic job. I would recommend this place gladly!

Both Leeyan and Angela are responsibe hosts and easy to deal with. Instructions were clear. The place is what we really need, very minimalist but have everything we need. There's honest store that has basic necessities that mostly forgotten when doing groceries ☺️. Kudos to you all!

We previously lived in Antipolo and we wanted a place nearby Cainta. So its very handy for us to stay in Vince Place. Location wise its nearby most places by grab. I also like the pool although we weren’t able to try swimming on it. Vince is also very responsive to questions and queries. Nice Host and helpful in most times.

Vanessa's place was as described. Very convenient to many local attractions. Also great pool and gym. We had multiple kids stay overnight and it was perfect. Staff was very welcoming. I would highly recommend staying here

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was great, (with a supermarket nearby, which was super convenient). The room itself was very neat and cozy. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, always willing to help and make sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay! This will be are go to for any trips to Manilla. Fantastic location and very nice. Easy to catch grab to anywhere we needed to get to or wanted to visit. Love this place!!!

We enjoyed our 4-week stay at Joseph's place. It was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The building is pretty central, with many restaurants and shopping locations nearby. Also a nearby tricycle terminal, which was very nice. Joseph was also helpful when we had questions and responded very quickly. The only issue was the small cockroaches, also mentioned in other reviews

I had a wonderful experience staying at Christine's BnB Home. Cleanliness - The place was immaculate, making me feel right at home. Functionality - Everything was in perfect working order, enhancing my comfort. Luxury Feel - It felt like staying in a luxury hotel, with all the amenities I could ask for. Balcony & View - I absolutely loved the balcony! The peaceful view was a fantastic way to unwind. Overall, I highly recommend Christine's BnB for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

I really enjoyed my stay at Richard’s place. It’s close to the mall, lots of restaurants around, and very walkable. The place is very clean and cozy, and looked just like the photos! Richard was also very polite, friendly, and responsive to all my questions. I will most likely book again when I come back next time! I recommend Richard’s place to anyone planning to stay around the area. It will not disappoint!

The hosts are friendly, responsive, welcoming and considerate. Its great that we wère given the chance to rebook to different dates due to unforseen circumstances. The guards were friendly, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The caretaker was also accommodating, making sure that everything was clean and in order upon our arrival. The unit itself was peaceful and comfortable, despite being close to the expressway—there was no noticeable noise. It had a pleasant, fresh scent, and being near a supermarket was really convenient for any necessities. The location is also ideal for commuting, with easy access to both PITX and Baclaran Church via nearby e-jeep routes. Overall, a wonderful stay!

The place is cozy and conveniently located near Rockwell, making it a great choice for those who want easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. The environment is friendly and welcoming, which made my stay pleasant and comfortable. The host was very accommodating and kind, even agreeing to a sudden reschedule of my booking date, which I really appreciated. There were, however, a few minor issues: small cockroaches in the kitchen and the fridge takes some time to cool. Despite these, the overall experience was positive, and I would still recommend this place to my friends for its location, charm, and the host’s hospitality.

Small one bedroom apartment but with everything you need including cooking facilities and washing machine. Proximity of large mall ….. very short walk… is a major plus. Swimming pool is clean and sheltered from excessive sunlight. Great value.
