Everything was perfect, Galo was quick to respond. The box is old, with recycled areas such as the kitchen, although it is not recycled in its entirety. It has air conditioning in two of three bedrooms and in the living room. Everything ok.

We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood, not a tourist district, for our extended stay in BA. Carolina's place fit the bill. Walking a block or two, you've got really good restaurants, grocers, bank, fabulous pizza (fugazetti), a lovely park, bus stops... really everything you need to live as a local. The place had quaint woodwork & ironwork, & good wifi. The coffee maker was nice (Nespresso) tho the pods got expensive, as much coffee as we drink! Mostly , what we didn't like about the place wasn't Carolina's fault and was beyond her control -- like the new construction going on directly behind of a new building, so noisy mornings. Hopefully they'll finish it soon! Also the street in front of the apartment is not a quiet side street; it's a thoroughfare.We didn't find the eating area to be comfortable, so we ate in the living room -- the stools were too high to sit comfortably at the island. But good value for the $ & a warm, helpful host made up for those things.

Great stay at John’s place - very upscale, clean, roomy and comfortable. Hosts were very responsive and check in was smooth. Neighborhood was decent and close to some nice bars and cafes. Overall enjoyable stay.

Damian's place is ideal for a large group. It is spread over 3 levels and has a very nice terrace.

This is an old house (with the quirks of an old house), in a local historical style, that has been partially renovated with newer bedrooms and bathrooms in the front. It has a very nice back garden with a pool and a parilla bbq. There are lots of shops within a block or two, and it is within walking distance of all of the great restaurants and bars around Plaza Serrano. Our kids really loved the swimming pool and playing ping pong and foosball in the courtyard. Overall an excellent stay!

The house is very well located, in a very quite neighborhood. It's spacious and very comfortable. Cecilia was always available for whatever we needed. I would definitely rent again.

Great hosting and good communication with the host

We had a very nice stay! The site is perfect for staying, access to the transportation system is very close, supermarkets and kioskos nearby, and we were able to walk to many of the tourist sites to visit. The apartment has all the equipment to be able to cook and there are also restaurants nearby. Arturo was always attentive to help us and I facilitate everything we needed

We stayed in Diego’s studio for 4 nights and we loved it. The place is clean and comfortable, everything is new and pretty design-wise. The apartment is in a secured, very modern building and it is close to cafes and restaurants. There are small grocery stores and money exchange 6 minutes away. There are some pots in the studio but it is not really enough for serious cooking which makes sense considering all those restaurants out there. It is a great place for couples or solo travelers. The key box to get the key to the building is attached to a post in the street. We had some difficulty finding it. Also make sure you read instructions regarding the elevator or you may end up on the wrong side of the building. Overall we had a great stay at the studio.

The accommodation is as seen in the photos. Very comfortable beds and shower good pressure and excellent. The location is perfect. The convenience of having the possibility of having the garage in the same building is priceless, it is spectacular!!! The host attended us re well and was always predisposed. Sometimes you’re very pleasantly surprised..this was one of those times. This house was awesome and I don’t think the pictures do it justice. We are Spa people and this house has it set up right. The steam room, hot tub, 2 massage tables and sauna are great. The out door pool area with another hot tub, the Greenery……its a lush gardens are awesome. Hosting was a real 10 out of 10 Cleaning staff 10 out of 10 We will be back.

I chose this apartment for the location as it was 4 blocks from the CAS for visa procedures and was generally well located. Close to everything and cute to walk around the area. I stayed in the week asique I did not hear outside noises as mentioned in other comments. All ok! I'd be back

Excellent, third time in the house and everything very well as always, a pleasure to stay in this place, and with the heat it was in Buenos Aires, the pool was spectacular, it would come back without a doubt

Guillermo is super easy to talk to, very helpful with everything. The place is exactly as on the photos. Super comfortable, lovely location, my favorite in Buenos Aires, feels like home straight away.

Great place to stay in Palermo Hollywood. Excellent patio and view. One of the patio chairs was broken but that is a small complaint. The apartment was close to good restaurants, bakeries and gyms. The apartment was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Maik, the host, was very responsive. I would definitely stay there again!

Do not be fooled by the simple façade. After the street door you will find a spacious, well decorated and very cozy apartment. All rooms are very large and airy. Comfortable bed with locker available for use. Kitchen complete with the basics for cooking and the bathroom is a show apart, huge! The outer space is delicious, especially in the summer. A small yard with table and chairs for meals or a good outdoor wine. The location is perfect. Great restaurants and bars nearby, plus easy public transportation to every corner of the city. The highlight is also due to the attention, care and affection of the host. Sebastian was present and was always in contact with us to know if we need anything. We love our stay, made our days in this magical city even more special and we will certainly be staying again in this magical corner of Palermo on a next visit. Muchas Gracias Sebastian!

Very cozy accommodation, comfortable to enter and exit since it is on the ground floor, ideal if there are children. Very comfortable kitchen. Susana was 10 to get us a crib for our son. In the heart of Caballito, with everything at hand. 100% recommended!
