A bedroom area under high vaulted ceilings decked out with a queen size bed, luxury mattress and egyptian cotton sheets, is a relaxing and airy space for kicking back after a day of exploring. A stylish and modern bathroom that boasts a rain-shower is just the way to unwind and soak up the Melbourne mornings. Guests have access to their private entrance and courtyard area with an alfresco garden setting for breakfasting and sharing a yarn next to a small organic herb garden. Michele and myself are available for any questions, tall stories and any recommendations for what to do in Melbourne. Located within the greenery and parklands of Princes Hill and Historic Carlton, it's a short stroll to Rathdown Street village and the iconic "Little Italy" eateries in Lygon St. Then settle in for a movie at the local Arthouse Cinema Nova. We are located within a 5 minute walking distance to tram lines heading to the City, Sydney Road and Brunswick East and parking is available around the home or else just bike about like a true local.

Compact ‘granny flat’, hotel style, free standing, separate access. Bedroom/desk plus bathroom. Wee Dougie is VERY SMALL, great for 1, cosy for 2. Ideal for short stays, Uni or hospital visitors or professionals, Uni graduations or a weekend just outside Melbourne CBD. As we are walking distance from the CBD there in street parking only, 1-2 hours - there is no free parking at the property. No kitchen - has hotel style coffee machine & frother, toaster, microwave, cereals & small fridge.

This is a cozy studio apartment , located in the most multicultural streets. It is conveniently close to CBD, Museum, bars and stations. It is a two levels historic building of Brunswick. G level is a massage shop. It has been fashioned into a rustic campfire style room that feels warm and inviting at night.You will have all level and entrance as your own space, and You may find some marks on the walls but it will not affect your stay. No loud music and noises are allowed from 11am-8pm.

Cosy Inner City Studio Apartmnt. Spacious. Quiet.

This cosy & spacious self-contained studio apartment has its own street entrance and is very quiet. In inner city suburb of Brunswick, it is very close to cafes, restaurants, public transport, shops & bars. Also close to Fitzroy, Carlton, Northcote :) The kitchenette has microwave, fridge, 2 induction cooker hobs & washing machine. Outside is lovely garden with a lemon tree (that nearly always seems to have lemons) and a birdbath. This is a quiet oasis with endless 5 star reviews :)

Feel at home in an originally restored workers cottage in old Brunswick. Great to local shops, public transport and Sydney Road, my home is the perfect place to stay to explore Melbourne from, as well as feeling at home in the oldest part of Brunswick. Just a 20 minute, $40 to $45 Uber from the airport, you have plenty of options for staying, plus a little back yard and open studio to watch the kids play, or enjoy the afternoon sun.
