Everything was perfect. The house is superb, spacious, well equipped and clean. Frankly very pleasantly surprised because I already found it very beautiful in the photo but in real life the main room is even bigger than I expected. I was in contact with Cécile who was lovely. Anyway, I'm delighted. Thank you for your trust ☺️

The place had everything a larger group needs for a longer stay. Very clean with plenty of space. Only a 5 minute walk to the metro line.

Axelle is very responsive. Her father gave us the keys and showed us the space and showed all the amenities. The accommodation is very functional, well equipped, cozy and pleasant. We felt very good about it. We had a pleasant stay. Everything was as described, no bad surprises. We highly recommend this accommodation. And we'll be back with pleasure. Everything is perfect in Paulo's house. We where enjoying everything. It's rare to fall into such clean places. Very nice place, very well decorated, very good mattress. Really everything is perfect. In addition, we have parking space. The bakery is close by for breakfast. The place is very close to the RER station ( convenient to visit Paris) but is ultra quiet. A real slice of heaven. Ultra easy communication with Paulo. It's been a long time since we rented air B&Bs but it's by far one of the best. Thanks Paulo! We hope to be back someday!

Paul’s home is beautiful and very comfortable. I loved the fireplace and the thoughtful curation of books, art and vinyl records. Every detail invites you to relax and unwind. The garden is also very special. Paul is a very kind and generous host, and I’m grateful for his help and recommendations. I’d return to Paris, not just for the city, but to experience the stay at his home all over again. Thank you.

Our stay at Laura's was great and cozy. Thanks to Laura's communication and accomodations the check-in went super smooth. The apartment is cute and functional, we felt right at home. The location is really close to the Canal St. Martin, so you can find lots of Parisian coffees and restaurants. The subway is at 2 minutes from the apartment, so getting around Paris is easy. We'll certainly come back !

The location was absolutely perfect with the metro, great shops and cafes close by. The BEST hot chocolate was at the shop around the corner with Belgium Waffles. Isabelle is the sweetest and we felt right at home. However, be prepared that there is only one toilet and there’s no closet space to hang any clothing. The host was incredibly responsive and very easy to work with. We would definitely stay there again!

It's a wonderful little loft. The patio/terrace was spacious and would be a great place to hang out and relax. Unfortunately, I was there in late January and it was pretty rainy most of my stay. Everything was clean and it was easy to find and there were clear instructions to get in. I had a great time!

Claire was really friendly and helped us with our travels by recommending a very useful transport app. She also amended our breakfast order with no fuss. In general, Claire is a responsive and proactive host! The apartment is just as described, the hot tub in the terrace is a great addition too! The location is ideal, only a few minutes walk from the local station, Porte d'Orléans. Would definitely recommend :)

Stayed in Franck’s home while he was away on vacation. It’s nice and feels like a home. Franck’s communication is stellar.

A very nice apartment with good bedding, a super small kitchen and well equipped in general. And the rooms overlook a small, quiet park. And in addition the apartment is modern and well-maintained. Great place!

A great place for our visit to Paris. Sophie was great - responsive, proactive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect and the view of the Eiffel Tower made each night feel so magical!

Alian and Eric place is in a great location in 11th Arr. It is within a 5-10min walk to the Voltaire Station on the M9 line which then leads onto other areas where you can explore Paris. The space was as described and very comfortable for 4 adults. Alain met us on arrival and spent the time explaining everything we needed to know about the unit which was good. We stayed for 6 nights across New Year and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My stay at Mélanie's went very well. The place was clean and nice. The host was responsive and thoughtful, and the bed was particularly comfortable, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend! 👍

Great apartment very close to the metro station. Close to many restaurants and shopping.

My stay was just great. Sabrina and her daughter are at their best. Whether in terms of responsiveness, in terms of adaptability, in terms of communication I have nothing to repeat. It's rare to come across hosts like that. The apartment was clean, spacious, perfectly equipped, true to photos and up to all our expectations. I recommend 200%, it was a great stay and I will come back voluntarily whenever an opportunity arises 👌🏼

Judith and Cédric are the definition of super-hosts, highly responsive and you're unlikely to find a warmer welcome to Paris! Unfortunately my spoken french is no where near the level I wish it to be, however I was reassured to know that Judith and Cédric speak very good English and both had a great sense of humour to go with it. (Even when we managed to lock ourselves out!) The apartment itself was a joy to stay in, very clean with nice big windows throughout to let in good amounts of natural light and spacious. But most importantly it was very quiet and this couldn't have been a greater relief after 8-9hrs travelling by car from England, you wouldn't think you're in the central Paris! The local area is very walkable neighbourhood and you have a well stocked Carrefour at the end of the street for groceries. Also Canal St Martin is only a 5 minute walk away as well as a Metro station. All in all, a very delightful visit and would happily stay again!

I recommend it, Frank is very friendly and the accommodation is very pleasant
