Ground floor house with garage for 4 Small/Medium Cars. It sleeps up to 12 people in beds, with 2 suites with air-conditioning (check the type and brand photos) and fans and 2 more bedrooms / one with air-conditioning and the other with a Fan. Pool area with barbecue and shower. Located 400 meters from the beach and close to markets, Pharmacy, Quitanda, Restaurant, Pizzeria, Bakery, fish shop. On the beach, there are schooner tours, kiosks, a beach that is very pleasant to families, because it has good infrastructure.

Typical caiçara house, from top to bottom, with spectacular views. Close to rivers, waterfalls, beaches and trails. Two bedrooms, living room and balcony, with external kitchen and bathroom, fiber cement roof, fan, electric shower, two double beds and two single beds. Access by boat not included via pier of Paraty Historical Center or Paraty-Mirim Beach. Access trail to the house of approximately 200 meters up the hill. Not recommended for the elderly, children and people with disabilities.
