Smoking-friendly vacation rentals in Paralimni

Vera is quite interesting, honest, straightforward and modern lady. Communication with her prior to the check-in went pretty smoothly. She was waiting for us at the apartment, even if we were a bit late, as we were using public transport to get there from Larnaca airport. She met us on the street, let us in and offered a glass of cold water. Explained everything about the apartment, beaches and town, and then she was gone until the last day of our stay. Apartment is very clean and has all you need in it: double and single beds; washing machine, balcony and dryer; fridge, microwave, toasters and all other kitchen appliances; umbrella and sunbeds for the beach; a lot of towels and bed-sheets, soaps, shampoos, etc. So, if you don't mind the distance (20-30 minutes walk to the beach), this place is perfect. On the last day, Vera gave us a ride to the Larnaca airport with her car for a decent price. Thanks for everything, Vera, hope to see you again!

Very nice apartment with a spectacular design. Everything worked very well, very well equipped for cooking, washing clothes, etc… Communication with Rafael was very good. The location of the apartment is perfect.

Everything worked out great. The apartment is extremely tidy. All required items are available. The beds are extremely cozy. I felt very comfortable. I can only recommend it. Would definitely stay here again.

I could not have picked a better place for me and my partner to stay while in cyprus. It has everything you need from home to home. Katarina is a great host, very welcoming and cant do enough for you. I believe the pictures on air bnb do not do her wonderful apartment jjustice. Great Host. Ideal & cosy apartment for a couple which we are. Christina was very responsive when we asked for help in the apartment.

Best appartment for this price. Provided parking for a car. Chip and good market in 50 meters. 20 minutes walk to the beach. But it is very easy to find parking near the beach, so you can use car and it is 5 minutes drive to the beach.

My daughter and I had a great stay at Jo's place while visiting Paralimni for a tennis tournament. It was a real bonus to have multiple swimming pools, a gym and a Tennis Court available during our stay. It is an easy walk to restaurants and a supermarket. So many English language television options helped us fill in some spare time. We look forward to staying with Jo next time we visit Paralimni.

Kash was brilliant from start to finish. As soon as we booked, he saw that we had a baby coming with us and said he could sort baby chair and cot which he did. Our group were all arriving at different times and Kash sorted taxis for us all from the airport. Even when my travel plans got changed, he sorted things so that my son and family were looked after. The villa is in a great a location, in a quiet road just 5 mins from restaurants, bars and a big supermarket. The pool was brilliant for us and more importantly for a 11 month grandson with a good choice of inflatables. Also, the pool man came twice while we there to check the water. I can't thank Kash enough for looking after us!

Highly recommending Andreas house for families with children. You can find in the house all you need for them not only for the beach. Games, umbrellas.. No talking about chair for eating etc.. It looks as on picture but you know where you go.. maybe not super modern but very autentic. And few meaters far you have small aquapark!! No worry, no loud.. you will not hear nothing.. Very well working aircons in all the rooms.. Thank you Andreas for very first vacation with our 11 months old son!

Hi , great villa highly recommend. Very friendly cooked a traditional meal for us . Welcome pack was most welcoming coming on a late flight and had food ,drink for the evening and morning without the hassle of trying to find something on the first day . Perfect location for everyone all within walking distance or the bus . We did use the car provide as well . Very clean and tidy no complaints at all was a very enjoyable stay and also provided a great service to an accommodate our late flight back . Couldn’t ask for much more thank you Nikos

Absolutely perfect Cypriot house. It has been expertly restored, preserving its texture. We stayed in a peaceful neighborhood that smells of history in every corner. The house was extremely comfortable, spacious and clean. Everything was available for guests to stay. Coffee, soft drinks, snacks, soap, shampoo, every detail was considered. Great location of the house. Cafes, restaurants and places to shop are within walking distance. Thank you so much to the host.

This home offers both an original and comfortable stay experience. Due to the winter season, we did not evaluate the garden enough and we would like to spend a summer vacation.

My family and I stayed at Mediterranean view villa for 2 weeks and really enjoyed our stay! Any problems or questions we had were very quickly resolved! We felt right at home as soon as we arrived with a few essentials left for us! We absolutely loved the outside space! The pool and gardens are absolutely stunning! We used the bbq most nights and it worked perfectly! Especially with it being next to the kitchen, making it super easy for prepping food! We arrange this trip few months before and our family came from all over the world to enjoy this vacation. The villa as described very big and there many rooms and bathrooms. The pool is the center of the house and the private cabana is really a plus. You are close to a lot of places 5-10 minute walk and you can always take a taxi if you need to go to Ayia Napa. Overall great stay we all had a lot of fun and the place was as we expected. Thank you. Ps The fig , lemon trees are so amazing plus the tennis court that was a great addition.

The beds are very comfortable. The home location is easy. A stylish apartment and Famagusta….. it was pleasant to wake up in the morning… everything is clean and working… the host is a very good lady..

This is a peaceful village, very close to Larnaca. It was great with a 10-month-old baby since there was a crib and a high chair. The place is full of art and accessories. The kitchen is fully equipped with details. The bath is great and the water is great. The elevator wasn't working although it was mentioned, rather than that, everything was perfect.

The place was really clean The rooms and living room are even better than the pictures, bathroom is perfect. The compound is really peaceful also has a supermarket inside open 24 hours, 1 min walk. And in front of the compound you find many restaurants and supermarkets again.

We had a great week at Loucas apartment and it was equipped with everything we needed. Good for sharing two people and with a nice balcony to enjoy our morning coffee on. In walking distance to everything you need and with a supermarket and small cafe just down from the apartment. Close to the beach, restaurants and the city, but still in a quiet end of the town. We very happy with both the place and the facilities. And Loucas, even though we didn't meet him personally, have been a great host, giving good descriptions and great local tips. Would definitely recommend and also book again if we return to Larnaca!

The place is nice, clean and cozy. Just maybe the apartment style is a little bit old fashioned. Chris is great! and very responsive, helpful and easy to communicate with. The location was excellent for us personally.

We have had a relaxing 9 days at Eugenia’s place. If you have a car it’s a good starting point to explore Cyprus but if like us you’re for a calm and relaxing time, there are nice quiet beaches (20 min walk or much shorter by local bus) and a wonderful bakery, supermarkets or takeaway in the vicinity. All in all the sun, the sea, good food and nice cats all around are worth it. We strongly recommend Eugenia’s Airbnb. She’s a nice and communicative person.

Great place to stay either if you are on vacation or working. Close proximity to airport (but no aircraft noise), beaches and Larnaca with Limassol and Nicosia only about 1 hour away. Plenty of space in and out and nice peaceful location. Main bathroom shower great. Justin is always quick to respond and is proactive (without being intrusive) to ensure you have an enjoyable stay.
