Vacation rentals with beach access in Paralia Kalamatas

We had a great time!!! We had easy access everywhere!!! An ideal place for a family with children since the sea is just two steps!!! I highly recommend it and will definitely go back next summer!!!

We've stayed in Stoupa a few times and this is the best we've had in terms of position and quality of apartment. It's not a luxury apartment but perfect for us. it ticks all our boxes. We will return there next year as there's no point looking for anything else, assuming there's a vacancy of course

Natasa was a great host. Very responsive and helpful. Helped me with all the questions and requests I had. The apartment is on the first floor in a quiet neighborhood. Parking spots were available in front of the house, WiFi was stable. Great location - everything is reachable by walking. Everything is as described and great value for money. Definitely can recommend!

The house is in a very quiet and comfortable location if you have a car. Beautiful beaches and great restaurants are less than 10 minutes away. The streets in the area are mountain roads with several curves, so be careful at night. As for the house, you can see that it has been recently renovated, it is very clean and tidy. The tap water is not drinkable and is slightly salty. The host is very welcoming, super responsive, and also gave us a lot of valuable advice on beaches and restaurants. The neighbors were also kind, they made us visit a small church near the house and offered us fresh figs. Finally, if you like cats, there are many in the area 😊 Final review: I'd be happy to go back and recommend it!

A great choice, the apartment is lovely, tastefully furnished and with a huge terrace! Stella and her husband were very kind, perfect hosts! Thank you for their hospitality, a place to recommend.

We can't recommend Stavroula's apartment in Aghios Nikolaos highly enough. The apartment has everything you'd need for a stay. There is a lovely swimming platform 5 minutes walk away with beautiful clear water. There are many very good restaurants, cafes and a decent supermarket about 8 minutes walk away. A 10 or so minute drive away (or 40 minute walk via a beautiful coastal walk/cycle path) is Stoupa with beautiful sandy beaches and a good range of restaurants. Stavroula has to be one of the sweetest people, welcoming us warmly to her apartment, and providing us with a lovely selection of local products. Many people return to her place time and again, and we can completely understand why. Thank you so much Stavroula - we hope to return soon.

The whole family really enjoyed our stay at Christo's House. The house is really well suited for a big family, very clean and smartly designed and everything worked perfectly. We arrived really late in the night and they helped us check in, and provided us with snacks:) The service and communication was superb! Btw the area is probably the best we have been to in Greece. So many fantastic day trips when you have a car available.. The nearby beach is nice. and we really recommend the nearest restaurent "Thalassaki Giannakopoulou" Thanks once again:))

Wonderful stay, a real Airbnb, Lizzie has been so helpful, kind, with a relaxing gentle mood all the time we’ve been there. The house is authentic and superbly located in the middle of the ancient village, and has everything you need for a truly genuine, friendly and relaxing experience! 5 stars!

Villa Crysanthi is super nicely equipped. The house with pool is very quietly located in an olive grove and the beach of Stoupa is a 5 minute walk away. There you will also find the beautiful restaurants and bars. The house has 2 floors, 2 bathrooms as well as a terrace on the ground floor and a terrace with sea view on the upper floor. The kitchen is fully equipped! Highly recommend the house!

We really loved staying here. We have been to Koroni several times, but this apartment is a perfect location, right on Artaki beach, and very near to town. It is clean, comfortable, and just right for our family of 4 adults. We will come back here!

New (as of January 2025), modern design, clean, responsive owner. A bigger pan would be nice as the one we found hardly accommodate two fired eggs. The rest is perfect :-)

A family of 6 adults we all enjoyed every minute of this traditional home. So close to the beach and Agios Nikolaos. The welcome from Villy’s father made us feel as if part of his family. The welcome treats were many and delicious. Villy was attentive throughout our stay. Everything in situ worked well. Super holiday

My wife and I loved Niko’s place. Great location, we felt right at home. We walked to the supermarket and bought fresh vegetables and made salads. The local restaurants on the path and off were wonderful. So many things to do and see. Niko’s place was wonderful and we hope to stay again when we return!

Loved our peaceful relaxing stay at Ioannis and Carmen's, love what they are doing there with permacukture and aiming for living off the land. Great setup, spacious, homely, ac in bedroom, we'll equipped kitchen, upstairs so a nice breeze, lovely balcony for dining outdoors. Kindly picked us up/dropped us at Koroni town and took us to beach when they went. Enjoyed hearing the jackals howling at night, so cool!!

We booked this place in order to have a more relaxing slow paced time after busy sight seeing elsewhere for the previous 7 weeks. This apartment was just what we were after. Magnificent view for starters, that you’ll never grow bored of. The apartment is a real home with a well appointed kitchen and quality appliances. You’ll have all the supplies you need, Nikos goes over and above to supply everything. Beds are comfortable and the place is so quiet. Kalamata was easy to get around & the apartment was close to supermarkets & restaurants. Highly recommend this fabulous place and it’s definitely worth the money.

We had been travelling for 3 weeks and we arrived in Chrani, Peloponnese by bus very tired and looking for total relaxation for a good few days. We 100% achieved this. The view was stunning, the sea was flat like velvet and in the distance the beautiful mountains. The free umbrella’s & sun loungers on the beach a great add on & the peace and quiet was just what we needed. The sea is crystal clear & once in you don’t want to come out. The lady who cleaned was fabulous, changing sheets and towels/beach towels every 3 days, sweeping, changing bin bags & mopping everyday. She was truly a star. The other guests were people that have been coming to the same apartments for many years. Meeting friends they have met before. Very friendly, relaxed, chilled & highly recommend if you want to experience peace and quiet & beautiful scenery

We spent about 10 days in this place and we felt right at home. The owner was always willing to help and was very responsive. The rooms were clean and we had all that we wanted to make our stay comfortable. The location is great-at the marina, nice to walk and dine at some fine restaurants around. Parking was easy and the center was only 8 mins drive. We would highly recommend this place.

Perfect location if you are looking for peaceful place. In the night you only hear jackals howling in the hills and sound of the waves. Every morning we prepared fresh juice from oranges found in the garden.

Very proactive host. We enjoyed our stay in Kalamata.
