Villa Papaya is a spacious and comfortable villa in a perfect location near the Pafos promenade along the sea. There are several nice restaurants nearby. The villa features a courtyard and two balconies, offering shaded spots to relax in privacy. We stayed there with our friends and had a wonderful time. The villa is highly recommended for large families or groups of friends.

Lovely stay at Pambos’ house. Cosy and warm despite it being January with lots of heaters, AC and wood fire. Idyllic isolated location good for stargazing. Nice walks nearby.

I had a fantastic stay at this property! The house was spotless and clearly well-maintained, showing the host’s great attention to detail. The parking spot right next to the house was super convenient, and the entire area was wonderfully quiet. The outdoor space is impressive—perfect for a BBQ with everything you need, and the pool area is amazing. The views are great, and it feels completely private. Savvas, the host, was incredibly thoughtful, super friendly, and provided very clear instructions, making the stay even more enjoyable. I absolutely loved it and would highly recommend it!

Everything was perfect! Pavlos is a great host. He was very helpful and pleasant. The house is spacious, clean, and nice. It was a nice time for our staying.

I stayed by myself and felt completely safe, not only in the property but the whole surrounding area. I walked around a lot and there are some lovely cafes and restaurants around. Mini mart for all conveniences is only a 5 min walk. The nearest beach was less than 30 min walk but the bus will have you there in 5mins and they are very regular. The property has all kitchen essentials to cook and some condiments like oil, salt and spices. It is a very safe and I found people were very friendly and willing to help. I would really recommend this accommodation and the area. It did suit a range of ages as you do have romantic restaurants and cafes for couples, you have the beach for family days, there were some very stylish shops and there was a few late night party places. The host answered all my queries and was most helpful

Very good place to stay for 6 adults. Comfortable and easy check-in. Good location by public transport, it is not necessary to have a car. Quiet neighborhood. Close to grocery stores. The apartment offers plenty of space. Rooms are large, clean. Bathrooms are also clean. Accommodation as described. Recommended.

great place and great hostess, very helpful, gave us lots of advice. if you rent a car, the parking is in a gated community so you don't have to worry about damages

Lovely private villa. We had a hire car so could get around easy enough. There was only 2 of us so it was very spacious, would be a good space for up to 6 adults. Had everything needed in the villa in terms of the kitchen including washing machine. Pool area was relaxing with nice views to the mountains and sea. Would go back.

Just WOW!!! Nice place to be there with family, friend and relatives. Huge space, nice swimming pool and walking to beaches, restaurants, grocery stores etc. Definitely, I will reserve the same Villa in the near future. Highly recommended 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Staying in the apartment of Michelle-Marie makes you appreciate the small things in life. Like waking up in a comfortable bed after a good night sleep. Or sitting on the balcony with a cup of coffee and the morning sunlight in your eyes. We enjoyed our stay very much. As soon as we arrived we felt welcome in our new home away from home. Michelle-Marie is very thoughtful. The different things that are offered to you in the apartment make you aware of that. Everything is taken care of. I have not seen that before with any other apartment on Airbnb. Tip: rent a car. There is so much to see and explore!

Monica's place was great. Right across the street is a kiosk that is even open on holidays. I thought it was great that there was a parking space at the apartment. And the bike I was allowed to use was super fast everywhere. The communication with Monica was friendly and straightforward. If I travel to Paphos again, I would definitely book this apartment again. However, I find it important to know that the apartment is located in the residential area directly on a street. I didn't mind, but I wouldn't call it quiet.

Nice villa with pool, within short walking distance of sea shore, several restaurants a short drive away, would recommend the Fly Again Irish pub and restaurant both for dinner and breakfast, thanks for the stay. Driveway is a little steep so need to be careful is you have car with low ground clearance, plenty of parking in road outside if this is an issue.

The accommodation was very comfortable and perfect for our stay. Shops, restaurants and Venus Beach all within walking distance. Would definitely recommend!

Nice and quiet place, 10-15 minutes drive to main area in Paphos so need to consider that it’s not that close to all the attractions. Beside that the house was perfect for us. Very suited for family with kids. They have a baby bassinet and also baby bath. They have a lot of games and toys for a large range of ages. The kitchen is also full of instruments to cook with. Overall very nice place I will come again if I would travel to paphos.

Great location with beautiful views! The BBQ area was a fantastic bonus, and the host was very welcoming and always available to answer any questions. Had a really comfortable stay—highly recommend!

The place is great, nicer and cozier than in the pictures. You can see that someone put a lot of effort in it. Everything is provided and the goat is kind and responsive. The place is a bit on the hill and has nice views as well. My family and I really enjoyed the stay 🥰

Had an excellent stay with Sabina. She was extremely helpful with recommendations, tips and advice throughout our stay around Sea Caves. She definitely went above and beyond as an Airbnb host - she was great to talk with and really made us feel at home. We had plenty of space and the facilities provided were super clean and looked after. Please stay with Sabina as she will ensure you get the most out of your holiday and is always available for any issues questions that you might have. Cozy apartment in great location. Sofronis is standing out as a thoughtful and generous host. The place is well-equipped with all what is needed for a foreign in Cyprus, including electric adapter and cables for charging the phone. With a fringe benefit, next building there is a great local, non-touristic, Grill restaurant. We would love to return and stay longer while touring Paphos.

Everything was good as expected. Only one concern the water pressure was low so taking a shower was longer then expected :)
