Manuela was available when we arrived very good location possibility to go to the train station on foot to get to Madrid about 30 minutes the apartment is impeccable and as advertised it is in a basement of his house there is not too much light( presence of a small opening that gives natural light ) we had a pleasant stay and we will repeat the experience at Manuela's as soon as possible we stayed for about ten days and we didn't lack anything.

Very comfortable and clean apartment. Very quiet place and just minutes away from Madrid. Rosa is a fantastic host.

It was a very comfortable stay, it is really worth booking this accommodation, kindness, availability, Amalia's attention, the facilities are very good, everything in perfect cleanliness, in short everything was perfect, we would stay there again.

It has been a stay of total disconnection, a lot of tranquility, everything is perfect. The house is as seen and described in the listing, it does not lack anything, the beds are very comfortable, the beds are very comfortable, we have enjoyed the barbecue and the good weather. Jesús Manuel is a very nice person who is very nice at all times has shown interest because the stay was 10, he recommended places to visit, routes leaving the house very nice to do as a family at all times available. This is a great place! Great location, good communication with the host, and really clean.

The dd Fabiola house is just perfect. Every little detail is taken care of, the spaces are beautiful, cozy and truly spacious (we were 7 adults, 1 baby and 2 dogs). Communication and entry/check out has flowed smoothly, responds quickly and is pending to be able to help with anything. Also, just a 5 minute walk you have supermarkets, bakery, butcher shop, pharmacy… We really had everything you need and more. Looking forward to coming back!

My friends and I have spent the end in the apartment and couldn't decide better. The apartment is central, just 10 min from the Salamantine environment, easy to park and has a supermarket around the corner where you can make the purchase. Raquel behaved super well with us, came to welcome us and was permissive with the time of departure. She also stocked the kitchen with several things that we might need considering we were arriving at night. This apartment is very comfortable and spacious. 100% recommended!!

Stayed here for my sister's wedding with my parents and siblings. The place was able to accommodate us all. It was nice that it has a washer, but we had to use the dryer at a laundromat because it was raining the week we spent there. Otherwise the hosts were very responsive, half way through our stay we received a change of linens which was great
