Very good experience in the house of Angelines and her husband, from the beginning they communicated very well with us and they are very nice and friendly people. The house is very cozy and is perfect for a quiet weekend, as you can connect with nature, the views are very good too, you have access to the marsh of San Juan a 5 min walk.... And you can also entertain yourself in any way and the house, as there is a ping pong table, billiards, darts, board games... All in all it was a wonderful stay with lovely hosts and a highly recommended house.

We had a nice stay here with our family of three—me, my husband, and our 6 yo daughter. We were in transit in Madrid for a few days and wanted to stay local to a friend’s place. The location was convenient and just a 5-minute walk to two metro stations that go straight to Puerta del Sol, La Latina, Opera, and Gran Vía. There’s also a bus stop right outside that takes you to the city center in about 20 minutes. The space was meticulously clean and stylish. It had everything we needed and stocked with cooking supplies to make our morning breakfasts. Another plus was the little cute patio to have my coffee. It’s cozy and perfect for my family of 3. The neighborhood has a fun local vibe. There are restaurants, cafés, and grocery stores just around the corner. Also, if you’re into art, the Carabanchel Arts ariea is only a 10-minute walk away. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and felt like we got the real local experience. Would definitely recommend this place.

Alberto was super attentive and flexible with everything, even with the check-in and check-out times. I was always available and aware that everything was perfect. The house is amazing, huge, no lack of detail and the surroundings are beautiful. I went with friends to spend the end of my birthday and everything was perfect. Just mention that a guardian lives in the house itself, which although he is friendly, does not stop having a person outside the group inside the house and withholds privacy. You share common areas with the Lord and it is still his home.

Raquel's place was very inviting, white glove service from start to finish. quiet community, beautiful home and home amenities where perfect. Home has private parking that was available. Also had cable TV service - free of charge, great for my children. enjoyed plenty of sunlight. Bathroom and showers where amazing. Beds where comfortable after a long walks site seeing. This is a must stay and very close to Madrid (downtown). We had a rental vehicle.

Definitely recommend this apartment. The location was fantastic and the apartment was perfect for a couple or three people. Restaurants, bars, attractions were all walkable. Marie was great as well. Super friendly and always very responsive. You should stay here.

So I imagine an airbnb: easy, clear access instructions, clean, has everything you could need and a very good communication host. I would repeat on any occasion

We had a wonderful weekend. Daniel was very kind and very attentive to us. He sent us many recommendations to visit. The place also has everything, you have no choice but to have fun. But it was also a very quiet environment for walking and resting. Highly recommended!

The house is beautiful, everything was very clean and new. In the pictures it seemed nice, but when we arrived we were astonished. Overall, a very cozy place. We stayed there for our visit to Puy Du Fou which is about 20 - 25 minutes away. We would repeat without a doubt, it is highly recommended.

It was a perfect stay for us! It was very peaceful and idyllic, the house was very old built in 1940s and it’s evident that the owner is currently doing the place up, only downside being some cracked plaster on the walls and upstairs but the property was so clean and had everything needed. I imagine it to be even nicer when the property has been fully renovated! Would recommend it to anyone staying families/ friends and couples! Muchas gracias ❤️❤️🙏
