Vacation rentals with a pool in Palma

We chose this villa for its central location from where you can explore many parts of the island. Whereas it lacked the charm of some villas, this was compensated for by the peaceful location, the security of parking for 1 or even 2 cars, the cleanliness, the well equipped kitchen, decent beds, 2 comfy sofas, a covered outside bbq eating area and spotless pool. The house is accessible and is like a bungalow in style. No frills but everything we needed, and it was convenient. Good agromart supermarket few minutes away. Good choice restaurants in Lloseta nearby village- We enjoyed Es Garuda. There’s a Train station nearby for convenient access to Palma .Friendly host who came to greet us and say farewell.

We loved our stay! Thorsten was helpful throughout and was extremely friendly and attentive to our needs. The pool was outstanding as was the outdoor space. Everywhere was spotless and I can genuinely say nothing needed to be improved! We loved the accommodation and three generations simply had the best time together in this exceptional place.

A wonderful week at Can Coa. The villa was spotless throughout. apart from the shower drains that needed cleaning out as a couple of the showers flooded. The kitchen is well stocked but some items such as washing up liquid, dishwashers tablets and bin bags had to be bought. The terraces outside and the pool area are great. Fantastic views of the mountains and town. However there are a lot of steps so be mindful if you have mobility issues. A small table and chairs outside the kitchen door would be useful. Josep was very helpful and quick to reply to any questions and Emilio the taxi driver from Mallorcabs was excellent. We would definitely recommend staying here.

We celebrated my 30th birthday at the finca and had an unforgettable time. The house and property are even more beautiful than in the photos, the view is a dream! I would book this place again at any time and have also recommended it several times in my friend and circle of acquaintances ❤️ The inflatable pool toys were broken and we disposed of them, for that we left our swimming rings and air mattresses for the next guests:))

Jaime´`s house is a juwel. Well furnished. Good quality kitchen ware. As it was still pretty cool we enjoyed the fireplace very much. Overall it was a fantastic experience and we hope to be back again probably later in the year when we can enjoy the pool as well.

Great place to stay with friends or family, super close to the beach and restaurants. Plenty of space outdoor and indoor. Really enjoyed our stay. Juan was super responsive and helpful.

We had an enchanting time staying at the place. The house is quaint and cozy, just to feel comfortable. Amenities were manageable, but was completely sufficient for 5 people. The landlords were always helpful with problems and questions. We will be happy to come back!!

Overall we all had a lovely, relaxing getaway. The place was absolutely beautiful and each room was so unique and cute. The garden was amazing with lots of sitting areas and a fun ping pong table. The pool was a bit too cold for us however that’s because we went in November. I’m positive that throughout summer it would be refreshing and a fun pool day with friends and family. I asked Gabriel for help when it came to taxis and he responded straight away with links and guidance. Me and my friends took lots of pictures together and had a lovely time. I think my favorite part was the kitchen (it was the perfect kitchen!) When we first checked in there was some drinks and snacks for us which was lovely. The location was a bit far from the city centre of Palma however we didn’t mind as we were mainly there for quality time and relaxing. Thank you for a lovely time, we’ll be back!

Couldn't fault the apartment, clean and functional with very attentive host. Located just off the main strip so quiet but right by anything needed for a good day in the sun, our host always gave a quick reply to any requests or questions. The Siesta complex shows signs of Investment and regeneration, however, after previously visiting 32 years earlier, the outer local area seems to have lacked investment over the decades. Very much worth a visit, especially with a hire car to visit other towns/resorts as the island still has much beauty to explore. Caves del Drack are a must!!! We'll worth the money all round, Many thanks.....

Pedro's place was just a dream, it is even better to what's shown in the pictures. The house is huge and very comfortable. Each room has its own bathroom which is extremely handy for 6 people and the house is fully equipped with everything you need. The balcony has the best view, we had breakfast and dinner there every day. The location is perfect, minutes from one of the best Calas in the island. We are blessed and grateful that we found Pedro's place, and we would like to come back every year now! Pedro our host is lovely and warm, he gave us tons of recommendations for the island.

A beautiful apartment with high-quality furnishings that make you feel right at home. Everything is available and the technical equipment is top. We enjoyed the two terraces and the quietness in the complex very much. Thank you Ralf and Frank for putting so much love into the apartment and renting it out. We will be happy to come back.

we've been here for the second time and we enjoyed every moment. the bed is comfy and th Kitchen has everthing you need for home cooking, even some spices and Coffee. we loved the two balconies. over all, a great place to escape for a few days

I have stayed in 7 different places in Santa Ponsa and this one was a favourite. Great location, stayed 3 weeks. The apartment had a front door code to get into the block and a lock box for apartment key. Very easy and safe. An elevator was a big plus. It is literally across the road from the beach, with no buildings in between. Steps away from restaurants, grocery store across the road. Although it is so close to beach, the buildings behind are mostly residential, so the bedrooms are quieter at night. The front balcony is perfect for people watching and view, the back balcony has sun all day and perfect for washing to dry. We were lucky to have great weather in February. Miguel is a very charming, helpful host and quick to respond to messages. We had no problems though. Comfortable beds, two bathrooms, washing machine, dishwasher. The kitchen has a good selection of pans etc. Big smart TV, comfy chairs. Wifi. Public parking very close. We would definitely ask to stay here again!

A really nice apartment, we felt very comfortable! The contact in advance was great, everything was well described and the apartment is very well equipped. The place is little busy in the low season, yet we found two nice restaurants and it's less than a five minute walk to the beach.

The apartment is in a very nice, well-kept complex. We felt very comfortable right away. From there, we had a good starting point for our activities. The overall package was consistent and we had a great vacation. We'd love to come back 🤩

we were there for over a week with a 2yo kid. great place - in our opinion better than in the first sea line - much quieter, without walkers. close to Pine Walk, very comfortable apartment with two bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. very functional kitchen and spacious living room - but we used the very large terrace the most, where we rested after the day and ate meals. nice addition was the beach toys for children - we also left some for the next guests. communication was clear and fast. check-in and check-out without problems. a very nice gesture was a bottle of water, a few nespresso capsules and a bottle of wine to welcome. we sincerely recommend and will probably come back if we plan to stay in Port de Pollença.

We felt very comfortable and had a great time. Francesco welcomed us wonderfully and was always available to us for questions. The house is ideally located in a safe and quiet environment, perfect starting point to explore the entire island. It only took us 35 minutes from the airport. You are quickly in the mountains or by the sea. The amenities are exactly as seen on the pictures, very tasteful and everything was thought of. There was simply nothing missing and is highly recommended.

We (family with 6) had a very nice 2 weeks in Finca Son Morla in Porreres. The house has every comfort and the garden is beautiful and full of many birds. Unfortunately, the pool was really too cold to swim. The contact with Francisca went very well. We felt very welcome and she is immediately there for you if you have a question. It is necessary to rent a means of transport because you are really staying afterwards, but from Porreres you can discover the island very well. We enjoyed it, thank you so much!

Great place. We felt like we were in an oasis. A beautiful place for trips by car, Santanyí is a beautiful town. The pool is very large and clean, with a table, sun loungers, and space in the garden beautifully for spending time together. It was an unforgettable stay. We feltvery comfortable. The space provides freedom and privacy. Animals, nature, peace. Rustic style home, beautiful renovated old windmill. It's like a movie place. Perfect vacation. Thank you for the time ❤️

We had a lovely time staying at the property, by car you were also very quickly in surrounding cities, or on the beach.

There were two of us in the house from 11/24-12/4. What gave us a lot of mild weather conditions for this time of year. We could bathe in the pool, so for the sporty person no problem at all. Also the sea was warm enough - about 18 degrees. We took a bath. I recommend the beaches in Sa rapita, Cala d' Or, Cala Millor. The biggest advantage of this accommodation is the central island location, where you can reach all the places in a maximum of 35-45 minutes. Car hire is of course a must. You can park directly in the house yard. The homeowner Antonio lives close by and is very friendly and helpful. The house itself with two bedrooms upstairs, with large balcony, 2 toilets, a large shower line, full equipped kitchen, dining in front of the pool, clean barbecue area is perfect for a private holiday. The stay was great overall. The house was clean and had everything that was needed. Communication with interhome was good. The actual contact person however was not too friendly and could have communicated a little better. Nevertheless, I would book this place again

We were captivated by the serenity and beauty that this house offers. It is the perfect place to enjoy as a family, surrounded by tranquility, silence and the cheerful cacareo of the chickens, which adds a charming touch. The house is meticulously decorated with many lovely details that make you feel at home from the moment you are. And speaking of amenities, nothing is missing here! The owners, Joana and Domingo, are authentic lovely Mallorcans who welcomed us with open arms. Also, if you are looking for recommendations on places to visit or local restaurants, they are your best allies! His tips were always successful and helped us discover the hidden gems of the island. The only small suggestion we have is the possibility to recycle glass, plastic, organic and paper. On the other hand, the location of the estate is ideal, with impressive coves and nearby beaches that left us amazed, we will return without hesitation!
