Villa vacation rentals in Palm Island

My husband and I throughly enjoyed the two weeks we spent at Monika’s home. The house was absolutely beautiful! If you like to cook, the kitchen hosted everything you could want. The house is set up perfect with the master bedroom away from the other rooms which hosts wonderful privacy with a large open kitchen and family room for conversation. The lanai has a wonderful table for six, a table for four, along with four lounge chairs and tables. The heated pool was nice with an outdoor shower also. The attention to detail of furniture, essentials, plus extras made our stay wonderful. The neighborhood is very quiet which we appreciated. The location is perfect to head to the beach (15 minutes) or shopping. (10 minutes). If we had any questions, Monika was very quick in response and offered help. We’ve already booked to come back in 2026 and stay for a month. I highly recommend Monika’s home if what I mentioned is what you expect when traveling to this part of Florida.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We really appreciated having the beach gear, including a wagon the transport everything. Very convenient! Beautiful beaches within 30 minutes. Wellen Park and Warm Mineral Springs worth checking out! Irina was very responsive. Pool temp was a little cooler than our comfort level and some of the outdoor things are a bit warn (basketball hoop broken, pool floats, etc.). Other than that the place was just perfect! Highly recommend!

Great clean place to stay at and they were very fair on price

We came down from Maine with another couple to get some sunshine and see the Bruins and Red Sox. 😁 Great location and and roomy enough for the 4 of us. Julia was very responsive with any questions. We would stay again.

A comfortable and immaculate place in a great location close to Lido Beach. Lyudmila and Jeff communicated everything very clearly and the whole experience was a breeze. Highly recommend.

Colleen’s place was just as advertised and fit our group of 7 adults comfortably! She was great at communicating and responding immediately. Colleen was very accommodating throughout our stay. When she was made aware of a broken beach chair, she had 2 more mailed to the house that week! Her place has everything you need especially when traveling from afar; beach chairs, cooler, wagon, etc. There are multiple good places to eat and get drinks as well as convenience stores close by. Other shops and entertainment are a quick drive or Trolley ride. Would highly recommend her place!

Great home for a group…we especially enjoyed the pool, kitchen and shuffle board table!

We really enjoyed our month at the home. Everything was neat and clean, loved spending time floating in the pool and reading a few books. Loved hearing the birds in the mornings and watching the bald eagles in the trees. Very quiet area, felt very safe, we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. Sandra responded quickly with a few questions we had. Several of the beaches were closed due to hurricane damage. We mostly came down here to escape the cold and snow up north and to mainly relax, that we did. We’d recommend this home for anyone wanting a nice quiet relaxing vacation. Thanks again Sandra.

Pavel was fantastic as a host! We had booked another location for the weekend and when we arrived found it to be not feasible to stay in. At the very last minute we booked Pavel’s home and he was so accommodating and helpful. By the time we got to the house, he had the lights on, the AC running and pleasant music playing. The rooms were well decorated and the kitchen was beautiful. We truly had a great weekend after a rocky start. Would highly recommend renting from Pavel anytime!

The views and tranquility of this home was absolutely breath taking. You’re able to see the sun rise and sunset from the dock as well as dolphin, manatees, and more beautiful wildlife. Linda, is a great host and extremely responsive. Thankful for all her recommendations. Anna Maria island is a beautiful clear water beach close by, we loved! Inside of the home can use some love but nothing that can’t be cleaned or bought during your stay. Thank you Linda!

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this charming villa. The location couldn’t be better—just a short, easy walk to the beautiful beach, making it perfect for enjoying the sand and surf anytime. The villa itself was cozy, spotless, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It was clear that a lot of thought went into making this space feel like a home away from home. I LOVED the surrounding sound tv in the living room. Didn’t think I’d do movie night at the beach, but it was awesome. Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a clean, cozy retreat with fantastic beach access. Can’t wait to come back!

The property was perfect. Close to the beach but very private as well. The pool and kitchen were amazing and the kitchen was stocked perfectly to be able to cook. The home is much bigger than expected by the listing. Celine was amazing, clear communication and very welcoming. I highly recommend this property.

Unlike most listings, this place looks even more beautiful (and larger!) than the pictures do it justice. The home was clean, beautiful, organized and updated. Roberto was communicative and accessible. We loved our stay!

What a beautiful home and neighborhood. It was perfect for our needs. The pool was a huge plus and we swam every day.

This was our second time staying here and it was just the way we remembered it. Had one minor issue with the pool heater not being turned on when we got there but the hosts quickly responded and got it turned on for us. We love this place and the location. Close distance to lots of fun attractions and good restaurants.

Rays place was as listed..Nice location with in Rotunda West..My wife and I enjoyed the walking around the park.20 to 40 minutes to the beaches. Would like to come back at some point. Thanks Bill G

Great stay and host! Ina was more than accommodating when asked if we could check in early. Very quick to response to all messages. The house was clean, nicely decorated and came with everything you would need and more! Would definitely stay there again!

Great location and great host. We had a few incidental things come up and Yosdel was always very quick to respond and resolve any issues. Very clean house in a quiet neighborhood and very responsive host. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful & comfortable place. My daughter's had the best time in the pool. Felt like a hot tub. It was a perfect ending to both evenings. I will definitely consider this place again and recommend it to everyone. Almost wished I had the place for two more days.

The Port Charlotte home has a charming view of a small lake from the enclosed screen area surrounding the pool. It was a nice place to sit and read, and see various birds, including pelicans and flocks of cormorants (I believe). Two things to mention: There is an additional charge of $25 per day to heat the pool, payable directly to the owners. We understand that other owners do this as well but seems a bit strange. The suggested payment mechanisms are not available to non-US residents. The cooktop is an induction model; those not familiar with this type of appliance may wish to look it up in advance since there are no instructions for the rather obscure icons. There were some inconsistencies between the long pre-stay messages on rules and those in the on-site book.

Cool little getaway for multiple people or even a couple families. Backyard is a great little place to hang out with something for everyone.
