We had a fabulous stay! It was a dream come true. Pietro was SO helpful answering any and all questions we had. He connected us with local drivers and tour guides so we could experience local cities and have a personalized experience. We also loved the private chef that cooked us an authentic Sicilian meal at the Villa. Everyone felt like family. We all want to return. The villa was beautiful and the location was just what we were looking for in terms of easy access to the beach and restaurants

We had a nice and relaxing time in the apartment: everything was as described. We and our children felt completely comfortable. Especially because of the quiet location! The apartment is bigger than it looks in the photos. Great location, close to the train and the beach, in the area there are shops and restaurants. Enzo turned out to be a very nice and helpful host, always in touch with us. Thank you very much for a very nice holiday in beautiful Sicily. See you in the future!

This trip was only for 1 night in Palermo, me and other guests of the host Danilo, did not even expect that you can get so many emotions and impressions from staying at his villa. Recommendations for trips, purchases to the supermarket, and the city. Constant communication, and unprecedented responsiveness and incredible responsibility. Danilo confidently helps and constantly supports his guests from planning their trip, ending only on the way home. Thank you Danilo! I hope I will be lucky enough to be in Palermo again, and then after a wonderful walk in Palermo, return to his quiet villa with friends and spend a comfortable time together.

Thank you so much Maria, we were so sad to leave!! The house is stunning, with all the amenities you could ask for. 10min drive to the shops, 15 mins to the beach and 25 to the airport. We love Maria's house and we love Sicily!

We loved the place: good location close to the beach (10 min walk), natural reserve (20 min walk), bus ride to Palermo (direct bus 806). Grocery stores, bakery, restaurants nearby. Comfortable house with family vibes for four adults, with two full bathrooms, two balconies and a beautiful small garden where you can enjoy your breakfast, dinner or just sit in a shade. Internet worked well and allowed us to work remotely without any issues. Francesco, the host, was fast responding to our needs and questions. He prepared a welcome set of food for our late evening arrival and waited for us at the house. Thank you! Overall, great stay, would stay again and would recommend to others. Thank you Francesco!

Beautiful, comfortable modern accomodation

We liked the place very much, was clean and cozy. We'd love to stay there again. The location is also great, the beach is very easy to reach in 10 minutes on foot. I just wanted better amenities for the kitchen because we cooked very often.

We had a lovely time at Caterina's house, Agostino her husband is exceptional. He was very good tips and always available if we needed it.

There were six of us staying in Paola's beautiful apartment, which exceeded our expectations. Everything is very clean and fragrant, with attention to the smallest details and equipped with everything you need in a home. In addition, we took advantage of the Appa rental car (suggested by the host) right in front of the apartment and it was a very positive experience, also thanks to Mrs. Giovanna, kind and helpful. When we had small problems, Mrs. Paola was immediately available and helpful, promptly resolving them. It was easy to communicate thanks to her kindness. We would definitely come back, highly recommended.

Ornella and her daughter Beatrice were wonderful hosts. They responded to my questions in a timely manner.—- always pleasant and eager to help. The Villa and its surroundings and location were perfect for my group. The outdoor space was amazing! I would highly recommend this Villa to anyone wanting to be near Palermo and the beach!

Tucked away but still close enough to town. Walkable restaurants with a walkable cove to dip in. The coast is close by. If you rent a car this is a good location to take all your day trips, hour to Trapani Erice segesta 30 mins to Palermo Monreale & 25 mins to castellamarre & 40 mins to scopello. Just a great spot! The HOST has incredible recommendations and is very hands on and on top of things. The heated pool was a great plus to come home and wind down. the outdoor dining area was great & where we played cards every night too! Upstairs deck has a beautiful view & awesome sunrise vibe. It was a great overall experience!

Great and lovely place. We were 11 people and rented both the units (apartment and penthouse) which worked out perfectly. Note that there are lots of stairs- may not be suitable for everyone. And there is no walkable area - you absolutely need to drive to get anywhere. Thanks Fabio for being a wonderful host!

Very nice house. 4 rooms and swimming pool. A very large kitchen and living room. The landlord is very nice, with good English, smooth communication, and provides very convenient services

Stunning location. Beautiful Villa lovely decor. myself, my partner and our 4 children had a lovely stay and enjoyed the swimming pool daily. A small gym and and table tennis especially was very much enjoyed. Valeria was great and we felt welcomed. Very memorable stay with everything we needed. Close to the beach and supermarket. Highly recommend.

We (couple and 1 child) had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Balestrate, Sicily! The property is really cool – the house is spacious and the large garden was a real highlight; it’s the perfect place to relax, with plenty of seating areas and gorgeous landscaping. The pool was fantastic – clean and just the right size for a refreshing dip on hot days. Nino was very welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. They made us feel at home, providing great local tips and always being available for any questions. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat and a wonderful host, this is the place to be

We had a lovely stay at Jessica's villa in April for two weeks. It was a great place to relax and really convenient for all the sights like Segesta, Scopello, Monreale and Palermo. April is a good time to visit as the weather is warm and sunny, but there are fewer tourists and queues. Good supermarkets are a short drive away along the motorway. The family were great hosts and we really enjoyed the gifts of local pastries. A big plus was the memory foam beds after staying in lots of villas and hotels with rock hard mattresses!

We spent 5 pleasant days at Fabrizio and Lavinia's Villa. Communications were always accurate and timely. The property is reminiscent of a small Hollywood villa transplanted to Sicily. Designed and tastefully furnished, the villa and especially its swimming pool allow you to enjoy a relaxing stay in privacy. The two hosts live in the basement and are often away during the day for work. The villa coexists physiologically with the small fauna of the Sicilian countryside, for example with the cute geckos that come in the evening to snoop around. Recommended for those who want to relax in a large, clean, quiet environment, surrounded by nature that can even be sumptuous in some of its details.

Aldo’s place is very well situated for Mondello and just as described in the listing. Aldo’s parents (Emilio and Maria-Laura) hosted us and we’re simply charming. We used google translate to chat and text and we were very well looked after. The room has everything you need you almost feel like you have the pool and garden to yourself. The pool is beautiful and the outdoor eating area is very well equipped. We stayed for two weeks and had a fantastic time in mondello. A huge thank you to Emilio and Maria-Laura for making us feel very welcome. Home from home. The location is a 5min walk to the first public beach and a beautiful 25 minute walk along the seafront and you are in the main piazza. Notes *The best public beach is by the harbour and is spacious close to great cafes. * We used electric scooters occasionally (LIME or LINK) which were easy and fun. * You must sit at the barrels in the piazza (SCHILLACI) and try their aperativo menu - great atmosphere. * Le Lunette cafe👍

Very nice property, very nice outdoor area with pool (unfortunately not heated) and outdoor kitchen, barbecue area. Great views of the sea and surrounding area. Apartment is functional, everything you need is available. Kitchen and living area combined in one room (thus few retreats in the apartment), plus bedroom, children's room and shower/toilet. My personal favorite was the shower and toilet outside, very nice. We spent a lot of time outdoors and did a lot. Giorgio gave us many tips for excursions at the beginning. Palermo, Cefalu, Trapani and beautiful beaches in about 1-2h all easy to reach by car. Driveway to the grounds and property very steep, the ascent is exhausting on foot.
