Listing as shown in the pictures The apartment is very spacious and in excellent condition, box to park the car is a real plus. Ideal location: 2 steps from the sea and shops. Very flexible checkin and checkout and quick communication with co-hosts who are very responsive. I would recommned this property. The only downside: no chair or table in the rooms (not convenient for putting your things) and no toaster!

We had a great time in this tastefully appointed apartment and especially everything you need. The apartment is just across the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The plus is the 2 bus lines that allow you to go to downtown Sete without having to take the car. We'll keep the address to come back Emmanuelle and Cyrille

The location was easy to find and very good accessable. Private parkinglot, very peaceful atmosphere, beautiful appartment with stylish interieur. And the most beautiful: Breathtaking view right onto the sea so clear you can see the curvature of the earth.

Ruth and her husband are flexible on schedules and will welcome you with great kindness. The apartment is in a very good location in the center of Palavas-les-Flots with views of the port and the beach. The apartment matches the photos as well as the description. Parking near the apartment for a fee, however there is free parking a few minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment is close to all amenities. For us, for sure, if we come back to Palavas-les-Flots, we will come to Ruth and her husband's.

The house is a 2 min walk to the beach which is very peaceful and not too crowded. The water is quiet, children can swim or paddleboard. The house was perfect for our large family, everything was very clean and modern.

We (a family of three) enjoyed staying at Olivier's place very much. The house is very close to the beach & Olivier provides a lot of what you need on the beach (sunbeds, umbrellas, ...). The house is nicely decorated, clean & we found everything we needed. Olivier was very quick to respond to any questions. Overall, we enjoyed it very much and if we come to Marseillan Plage again, we would love to take this house again.

Thanks to Maxime and Celia for their friendly hosting and flexibility! The cleanliness of the place was perfect. It's an atypical and peaceful place. We will keep our cafes and aperitifs on the terrace facing the flamingos. The Bois des Aresquiers trail is next door and as well as the beaches.

Super nice place to stay. Located in a small private forest and right on the beach. Very quiet, beautiful garden with pool. House also top notch. Each en-suite bedroom. Overall, a clear recommendation.

I was charmed by this small multi-story house, its cozy and original side;Bouzigues is a small corner on the edge of the pond of Thau that has kept its authenticity;as for the host,Catherine ,I greatly appreciated his kindness,his responsiveness,his joviality; I encourage you to stop in this cozy place!

Excellent welcome, considerate hosts. Modern and super well equipped apartment. All from walking distance: beaches, city center, etc... A whole book available with information about activities, sightseeing, walking, cycling, boat, events, etc... And the icing on the cake: the terrace equipped with views of the harbor and the sea. Beautiful discovery of the city of Sète: really very nice.

Beautiful very well-equipped accommodation with a great location next to all amenities, bars, restaurants, harbor, beaches, post office, banks, etc. The private location for parking is a real plus. The instructions are clear and accurate. Katia is proactive if you need it and always with good tips and recommendations. I highly recommend it, and hopefully see you soon.

Having rented Martine's apartment for a month and a half, I had a very pleasant stay. It is very easy to attach to the apartment. Several parking spaces available in front of the building and visible from the apartment, quiet and peaceful, clean and functional, everything is there for a pleasant stay. In addition, Martine is a great host, available and reachable throughout the stay to check in and make sure nothing is missing. I was able to have clean bed linens in the middle of the stay when needed. I also had 2 bottles of cool water as soon as I arrived, which is always nice.
