Beautiful house in stunning surroundings. we only stayed a night as we had a wedding to attend nearby. The house really felt like a home and all the rooms were clean, tidy with ample space. Very highly recommend!

Great option for international travelers! Sam provided additional details and tips regarding local restaurants and facilities. The onsite caretaker was helpful to get everything setup and ask questions. Amenities were solid - hot water in bathrooms and AC in all rooms. Thanks!

A very well maintained property with a great host. Guests who would like to have a peaceful, relaxed holiday would love the place. It is near the town but away from its hustle & bustle. Guests who love reading books have ample cozy places to enjoy; or can spent time gazing at the canal/backwaters or go for a 'lazy walk' around the property. A canoe ride in the backwaters in the evening or early morning and kayaking during the stay will be an added highlight. Food is home cooked in traditional Kerala style and is super delicious. The host and his family are all there to take care of the Guest's needs. Overall a great homestay, super hosts & delicious home made food.

Highly Recommended! Staying at Jaya Ma'am’s place was a delight! The location was fantastic, the space was spotless, and the amenities were more than sufficient. What really stood out, though, was Jaya Ma'am’s & her husband's hospitality—they truly care about their guests. I’ll definitely be returning in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The apartment was neat, tidy, and exactly as described—a cozy, comfortable retreat that truly felt like a home away from home. It came equipped with all the amenities listed, ensuring we felt completely at ease during our visit. Joe and Raji were incredibly responsive and always ready to assist with any queries. While the apartment is situated in a quieter area, having access to a car would make your stay even more convenient. Plus, most local restaurants offer food delivery, so enjoying a great meal is never a hassle. If you ever need recommendations for car or auto services, the hosts are more than happy to help. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’d happily return!

Infanta is a great host, and very helpful with recommendations and even making the arrangements if needed. She is also very promptly responsive and effective in her communications! Her place is very spacious and clean with riverfront views that can’t be beat. A very quiet and relaxing place in an area with a small town-like ambience. The delivery and transport services have no trouble serving the house. It is about 45 minutes or so from Fort Kochi attractions. Overall, a highly recommended place to stay for visitors to the area.

It was a feel of home and very safe and secure stay. The family was attending all our needs, and we had a peaceful and wonderful stay.

Sajo was helpful from day 1. Though there was a small challenge that we encountered during our stay, Sajo ensured that we were least affected by it and promptly took action to address and rectify the issue at hand. He was available on call throughout whenever needed. Would highly recommend to any traveller and you definitely should stay here if you are in the town to watch the famous Nehru trophy boat race, as the racing venue is just 10 min comfortable walk away

Easily one of the best places we’ve stayed at. The pictures honestly don’t do justice. It’s a joy to wake up early to birdsong and look at fishermen on their way as the sun comes up over the water. Mr. Prakash is amazing - he organized everything for us - local trips, boat rides, transfers. And he makes the most sublime, delicious meals. We even had a baby cot. The place is immaculate, the garden gorgeous. Would return in a heartbeat
