Vacation rentals with lake access in Pacific Beach, San Diego

Family enjoyed the stay its a very peaceful area, we felt right at home, check-in & check-out was easy, host was a message away. We will definitely look forward to stay here again when traveling.

Listing is as advertised. Very quiet, cozy, and 10 minutes from a ton of stuff. Street parking is generally available within a block of residence and Lyfts are plentiful. I would definitely stay here again!

Dulei is simply a sweetheart! Very kind!! Extremely responsive and friendly! She left books for my girls and they even READ on vacation!!!

Overall, we had a great stay! My husband and I brought our 9 month old and our moms. House was great for the 5 of us. Safe for baby, and convenience of the high chair and climbing blocks was perfect. Rooms were nice, and the beds were comfy. Plenty of pillows and towels. Sound machines in the rooms were convenient as well. We were about 15 mins from everything we wanted to do, and being close to the campus, there were some close restaurants and grocery stores. Hosts were responsive and helpful, and it was nice to not have a huge list of checkout tasks that some air bnbs require. Only downside to being close to college campus is late night parties. Lol Saturday night, the house on the hill above was playing really loud EDM/techno music until 2 am or so. The sound machine helped drown it out some, and the hosts did provide ear plugs. Just something to note if you’re sensitive to noise. No issues with noise Sun/Mon. Otherwise, neighborhood was very quiet. We would stay here again.

Jermaine’s place was exactly as described, clean and he was a very responsive host. Priced very reasonably, amazing views from backyard and master balcony. Can see from Tijuana to downtown SD and Coronado. Oranges in backyard were delicious and lots of nice flowers that attract birds (including hummingbirds). Would stay again

Yaping was such a great and friendly host! The room and bathroom were so clean and comfortable and the home is in a quiet neighborhood and very centrally located. Everything I wanted to do/see was about a 20-30 min drive (without traffic). I felt extremely comfortable and would highly recommend her place! Thanks so much!!

Two of us stayed about 5 nights. Hosts are amazing, super responsive and helpful. The place feels very homey and is well equipped. My only complaint was that listing photo shows sleeper sofa but the unit had small futon that is inadequate for adult to sleep on. Hosts brought foldable mattress that worked well for sleeping. The noise can be annoying, airplanes fly over constantly. And neighbor’s unit is under construction so expect some noise during the day. Common area has mini-split unit which worked great to heat the place. Bedroom has small portable fan based heater and ceiling fan. Kitchen was spacious and great for cooking. Lots of grocery shops and restaurants nearby.

Kim is definitely a "Super Host" in San Diego! We have stayed in many excellent ABnB's all over the U.S. and Europe and Kim is at the top as far as thoughtfulness and details. Kim anticipates her guests needs like she is planning her own vacation. Her unit is wonderfully appointed and the care she puts into her property shows in every aspect. From the bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, and the outside patio and laundry facility. Kim even has a fully stocked storage unit chocked-full of great beach equipment. She even has a handy snacks for purchase cabinet to save you a trip to the 7/11. Overall our week long stay was outstanding! 😎

It was a nice place to stay for a month. Veena was very responsive to my inquiries and questions. It was a good location and the bed was extremely comfortable. It worked great for me.

Great little place right by the bay. We used the bikes quite a bit; there were enough that it wasn't a problem for us, but some of them needed some work to be functional. We walked and biked pretty much everywhere -good restaurants, grocery stores, pathways close by. It is a condo, so neighbors can be noisy. The upstairs neighbors came back quite late one night we stayed, so if you are a light sleeper, be aware.

Third time staying and can honestly say that there is no Airbnb like this one. Beachfront beauty at an amazing price. There is physical no way to get a stay closer then this one on the beach !

This was the perfect place to stay, especially to visit Legoland. The host was always super responsive and helpful, and can even help you get discounted tickets. We definitely would recommend to others.

Rex really appreciate hosting us beautiful place. Love the bikes easy to get in now you communicated very well. Place was clean great area and lots to do. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend staying there. Very cute set up. Thanks again.
