We had a pleasant stay. The apartment is in a very good location to discover this beautiful center of Perugia. It has everything you need to stay for a few days. Marco is an attentive and attentive host.

I booked this place for my mom and brother, they were excited about both the location and the human aspect of the owners, it was like feeling at home, highly recommended for those who want to carve out a little time to relax and get away from everyday life

Cristina is an ideal host: kind and helpful. The house, very spacious, is tastefully furnished but at the same time it turns out to be practical and comfortable. The cleanliness is impeccable. It is in the center but you can park nearby and it is also very quiet. Highly recommended !

Very beautiful apartment ! Spacious for 7 adults

We visited from California after traveling throughout Europe for 2 weeks. We were pretty sick of rubbing shoulders with other tourists. Our stay at this residence completely recharged us. The staff is wonderful, the pool is so nice (especially in this heat), delicious dinner, and all is in a secluded, magical location. The spa was a real treat at the end. Never experienced something like this before, it was amazing. Totally a five star experience.

Gabriele was immediately available and kind in anticipating the check-in time; also the house was in impeccable condition, matched the photos and was tidy and clean!

We had a great time. The place is very nice, with everything you need breakfast included and very close to downtown. Chiara was very kind and available to recommend places to visit and restaurants to eat. I highly recommend it

i only stayed one night at Valentina's place, her mother Manuela welcomed us with extreme kindness , she explained everything to us. I absolutely recommend this extremely comfortable apartment and impeccable cleanliness. i stayed with my husband and three very young children, one of whom was an infant and we had a really good time.

We stayed with Sonia and Roberto for two days on New Year's Eve 2025. Before our arrival, they were kind enough to make sure we didn't have any food allergies to prepare a welcome kit for us and they left us their phone numbers for any eventuality. When we arrived, we had difficulty finding the place and they were kind enough to be found on the street. In addition, they have always been responsive, flexible, and provided us with all the necessary information about transportation and taxis. Roberto was kind enough to personally take us to the station when we left. It's very tidy and clean, but a little far from downtown if you want to walk around (35 minutes). It is well served by means of transport, available until around 8:30 pm.

We had a great time at Paola's Airbnb. It was well equipped for everything we needed. Paola was very responsive to all of our questions and had great recommendations. It was very nice having a garage for the car. Check in and check out were very simple. The mini metro is very close that can easily take you into the historical district. Wonderful Airbnb in Perugia. We would definitely stay here again.

We had such a wonderful stay! The location is truly idyllic. Unfortunately weather was not on our side and we’ve had some storms. Nonetheless there was enough to do around. The villages in the surrounding area offer great restaurants, bars and cultural activities. I can confidently recommend it!

Great family run place! Welcomed and greeted by Robert’s mother with a glass of wine that Robert made himself. Robert’s mom doesn’t speak any English but she was just so sweet and welcoming. The view is gorgeous and this place is a true agritiursimo with active vineyard and olive farms. Highly recommend.

Awesome choice of house in the countryside of San Quirico in Val D 'orcia, although there are villages more advertised like Pienza or Montepulciano, feel free to choose the stay in San Quirico, nice house cozy and city close to the village !!!

Accurate and very kind host, very clean apartment

We had a wonderful stay with our children. Very friendly hosts, beautiful property and everything as described. Would very much recommend.

Perfect for families. There’s a childrens shallow pool, a normal pool (with bar next to it). Large beautiful gardens. Great playground and bbq area. The house also has a little private garden. A great set up. Even better than the photos and info. High recommend.

Fabulous structure in a quiet area and close to Assisi and Perugia... the lady and figkia are truly exceptional courteous and always available... fabulous rachele suites to be comfortable (there were 3 of us).

Love love love Montepulciano and Monica’s place is an ideal location to experience the area. The apartment was cozy, clean and has beautiful views! Love this stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, there are beautiful views from the bedroom window. Fernanda was very thoughtful and left us a bottle of local wine. We had an issue with batteries in the remote and she had new batteries sent right over, went above our expectations. The shower was wonderful.

We stayed in the apartment for a weekend(4 adults plus a dog), and we could not be more satisfied with our choice. The apartment was perfectly clean, well-furnished and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location was ideal, allowing us to easily explore the city and its surroundings. A big thank you to Fabrizio for his hospitality. He was always available and ready to help with any questions or requests. Thanks to him, we felt right at home from the start. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Perugia. We look forward to coming back!

This is a jewel of a property. We were looking for a restful and relaxing place in the Italian countryside and this is it!! The amenities are great, Ilario and his wife and their son, Ricardo are lovely people and they are so grateful for your business and make you feel right at home! Our rental unit was spotless and the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals in house of which we did. The bed is very comfortable!! Even though you are out in the country you are still close enough for many of the beautiful sights of this part of Italy. We will definitely return!!

House just over a 10-minute walk to the center of Perugia. A fabulous pastry shop is 5 minutes away, where the host has also arranged discounts for his guests, as well as in many other bars and shops in the city. Giuseppe is a fantastic host, he was always available and responsive in communication, he made us find the breakfast necessities and a gift for my partner's birthday. In the house there is everything you need for the kitchen, pots and pans, dishes and also oil, vinegar, salt, coffee... a microwave, a pizza heater, another oven, the gas stove... in short, really everything! What about the fireplace and the fantastic spa area with Jacuzzi, steam room and shower with chromotherapy! A dream! The heaters also work perfectly, which is important if you go in the fall - winter. The house is tastefully furnished, very quiet, and surrounded by greenery. Perfect for visiting Perugia both by car and by foot. Thank you for everything Giuseppe!
