It was perfect location. Next to historical and traditional streets, very unique neighborhood. Just by 10-30 minutes walk, you can see a lot of important places. Near to supermarkets and restaurant. Very vibrant. This apartment has wonderful kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need, including rice cooker. The host speaks good English, it was easy to communicate. There are many instructions that can guide you to use everything in the apartment so that you do not need to keep asking the host. Bedsheet was very clean. The apartment is bright. The hist is helpful. It is a good price for what we got. We are happy with our stay. The host is also open to feedbacks and suggestions👍🏻

Excellent stay - our only regret was not staying longer. The place is better than the photos, beautiful new building, great neighborhood. Very clean and safe. Will bookmark for our next stay in Lima!

Excellent place, very nice and cozy. Angela is super nice and always responded. The house is cozy. Recommended to go by car because it is a little removed from the beaches and avenues but it is really worth the visit with the family Angela's casita.

The house is very clean and equipped, as described to me by Geanfranco, the terrace of the 2nd floor is quite spacious and the grill is also large. The common areas are very cool and above all clean and tidy, the access to the beach is super simple and with showers when leaving to avoid messing up the rest of the common areas. Everything was excellent!

The apartment is very cozy, despite being on a busy avenue there was no noise inside the apartment. As it is a shopping area you have easy reach to restaurants, shopping malls, etc

We really liked the apartment, it is visible to see that they have put effort to renovate and update it, they looked very nice. Very good wifi. The description and photos match. Access is via public stairs, public parking on the boardwalk as described. We spent some quiet days in midweek , enjoying the view.

The absolute best spot to stay in Miraflores. Impeccable hosts and apartment with terrace views to die for! Just book it!

Jorge is an awesome host. He made us feel at home and paid special attention to making the space feel welcoming. He was also easily reachable and made sure any questions we had were answered. The location is perfect. Just a few minute walk from the beach, delicious restaurants and extensive running paths along the boardwalk.
