Small cozy summerhouse 60 m2 about 200 meters from the beach in the lovely Faldsled area, short distance to Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg city. It has lovely views from the living room and terrace of meadow area and peek to the water. The house is bright and lovely, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet w/shower, 1 small bedroom with double box spring (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood-burning stove. Lovely terrace, there is a barbecue, sun loungers and outdoor furniture.

The house is located in Mårup on the North Island, close to the harbor and Nordby hills. There are 900m in the air line between both beach sides. The house is spacious, high ceilings and with many cozy nooks. Bed linen, one towel, and one bath towel per person are included. The beautiful hilly nature is characterized by the North Island, it starts right outside the door. The North Island has shopping, restaurants, and specialty shops. In the heart of Odense, you will find/In our over 100 year old redstone villa. On the 1st floor (top floor) there is an apartment with bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom with large bathtub. In addition, there is a 50 sqm roof terrace, overlooking the beautiful Assist Cemetery. The apartment is close to very close to the city and the light rail. We are a family of five living on the ground floor. Our children are 2, 5 and 8 years old. There is access to our garden including trampoline, which we also use ourselves.

Yes, it's tiny. The double bed is tiny (120 cm X 200 cm). The extra bed is tiny. The sink is tiny. But it will not be a tiny experience. The surrounding landscape is huge and plentiful. A charming cottage of 123 square meters that was completely modernized and remodeled in 2016. Appear bright and friendly. Three different shower facilities, one of which is outside the home, which is great when you have been out in the sea and swimming. Located in secluded nature by the sea. Cozy old cottage in the first row. The garden goes directly down to the beach. The original house is old but well maintained. The newly built conservatory, which has a direct view of the sea, makes the house a pleasure all year round. Please note that the rooms are small and what we describe as an annex, for lack of a better word, can only be considered an extra bedroom that is 8 meters from the main house. The price includes consumption of electricity, water and heat.
