A very nice stay! 4 large bedrooms with a large living room and all the amenities in terms of the kitchen! Large parking and balcony to have a good time outside. Easy to access, I recommend it!!!

Jessica and Michael were wonderful hosts! Their property was quiet, extremely spacious, beautiful kitchen (but the restaurants around are so good we didn't cook). We would definitely stay with them again!.

We had a lovely stay at Brenda's place over the Christmas & New Year Holiday. Brenda even had a live Christmas tree set up for us which was a real treat. Third stay at Butternut Bay, and it truly does feel like a home away from home. We have such special family memories because of Butternut Bay and its owner, first Jeanne, and now Meagan who is continuing her legacy--and it really does feel like that. Meagan cares that your time at Butternut is one you will remember. We thoroughly enjoyed her sharing of the St Lawrence Seaway map online, so we were able to track and learn more about the ships that were passing, day and night! Looking forward to our next stay, and more amazing family moments. Thank you Meagan!

Our stay at Henri's place was fantastic! The host was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. The space was spacious, spotless, and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. Any questions we had were answered promptly, and the attention to detail was much appreciated. I highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed the property and location. The house was very well laid out and we really liked the decor. The beds were very comfortable with memory foam tops. Kitchen had everything we needed and the common areas were very comfortable and had a Sonos system which was a big plus. We’ll be back!!

The serene surroundings, fresh air, and beautiful views made it a perfect escape. The hot tub was a fantastic bonus perfect for unwinding under the stars. The hosts were welcoming and thoughtful. Highly recommend for a relaxing retreat!

Absolutely amazing stay! Abdul was a great host! Our families loved everything about this cottage. The indoor pool was a huge hit, especially for the kids, and the hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a long day. The theater room made for great movie nights, and the overall setup of the cottage was comfortable and inviting. The place was clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed. Highly recommend for a memorable getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

The location couldn’t have been better. All of the photos and information were completely accurate. We were travelling with a ski loving 9 year old and a 4 month old puppy and both had an amazing stay…there were even dog bowls and dog towels. The location was truly a highlight and made lunching at home easy and a quick turn around to be back on the slopes. The walking trails were perfect for with our pup. Excellent responsive host, all as advertised and greatly appreciated the hospitality.

This was our second stay at Sarah’s farmhouse and it was even more cozy and pretty than our first. The farm was snow covered and absolutely magical. We walked the trail in our snowshoes and enjoyed all of the beauty the property offers. The house was sparkly clean, beds comfy, atmosphere cozy and we had everything we needed to feel at home - including some snacks for the kids. Thanks for a wonderful and relaxing stay Sarah! A wonderful and comfortable stay! The place was exceptionally clean, exactly as shown in the photos, and matched the description perfectly. It felt very welcoming and comfortable throughout our stay. The location is convenient, with a Greek restaurant and a convenience store just a short walk away. Overall, a very good house and a great experience—I’d definitely recommend it!

We had an amazing stay at John’s and Laurene’s place ! It was truly a hideaway, quite peaceful. The sauna was such a relaxing touch after a day of exploring. The host provided clear and detailed instructions, making everything so easy and stress-free. I can't wait to come back again! Highly recommended.

Would definitely recommend for one person or a couple

My partner and I really enjoyed our weekend at Etienne’s cottage. The island was so interesting to explore and we hiked many trails. The cottage was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a cosy weekend! We didn’t realize when booking that the main house was only a few hundred feet from the cottage but we still had privacy. In the summer, if other people rented the second cottage and you were all outside I do think that privacy would go down. Otherwise, we loved all of it and would highly recommend!!

We had a great time at Dani's place. Great communication and truly enjoyed our stay with the family. Will return in the summer to see and use the lakefront they own. Thanks again to Dani for a great stay!

My husband, 3&1/2 year old daughter, two dogs and I just returned from the most incredible cottage stay in Bracebridge, Muskoka, and we’re already counting down the days until we can go back! The host, James, was truly exceptional - responsive, organized, and went above and beyond to make our stay feel like a home away from home. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the thoughtful touches and extra details that made our stay so special. The Christmas tree was beautifully decorated with different lighting options, and the abundance of board games and video games kept us entertained for hours, regardless of the weather outside. The hot tub was immaculately clean and the perfect spot to relax and unwind, and the home itself was spotless and tidy. It's clear that James takes great pride in his property and goes to great lengths to ensure guests have an unforgettable stay. I'm so grateful to have found this little slice of heaven in Muskoka! Highly recommend!
