Vacation rentals in Otta

This place is a warm, cozy and stylish gem, in the middle of nature. We had a lovely personal welcome by the hosts, plenty of fire wood, never ending views and lots of peace and quiet. For two weeks we enjoyed the snow, ski tracks, winter nights and northern lights! Our three kids spent hours building snow castles and we spent hours reading near the windows. The place has all the amenities you need and good quality furniture, kitchen, beds etc. The nearby mountain school has a friendly owner and rents out various ski equipment and the cabin has some different sleds too. A proper car(winter tires, preferably 4x4) is advised as the road up to the cabin can be tricky in certain weather conditions, but the owners are very proactive in weather and driving advice! All in all a place we love to visit again.

Great accommodation and stylish interior. Everything was decorated thoughtfully and we felt immediately at home ourselves.

Lovely quiet place and nice cabin on the sunny side. A little far from prepared ski slopes, but nice close to terrain for hiking on snowshoes/trout. Take the path up to Atnvola and look down to the cabin from the mountain top. Fresh trip and great views. The area has enough to offer for a week's experiences.

Tonjes place is just amazing, and a rare find. The place was clean, the kitchen has everything you need for cooking dinner and having a lovely breakfast. The thing I loved the most is how private it felt! The cabin is placed among several other cabins, but when you are in it, it feels like you are In the middle of the woods. There is another jaquizzi now than on the pictures, but just as good, just remember to turn up the temperature a while ahead since it takes a while to heat up. Thank you Tonje & Irving for having us, we would love to come back sometime.

It is a really beautiful house, located directly on the ski slopes with a magnificent view of Skeikampen. I warmly recommend this house! The proximity to a sports shop and Joker is also nice.

A very cozy and cozy cottage. It's a little small but big enough for the four of us. Perfect for a cross-country skiing holiday. Public transport and shop nearby, so also good for groups without a car. Warm up well and quickly in the heart of winter. And very good communication with host Alvar.

During our one week travel in Norway, staying at this place has been one of the most pleasant experiences we had. It was so down-to-earth, so humble, so real, so original.
