Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Österlen

Kerstin and her Sami husband have renovated an old Skånegård after they retire as an agronomist at a university in Stockholm. They are nice, helpful and very open people. The rooms are nice, newly renovated with a small terrace for each with evening sun where you can gaze out over a beautiful forest area. The five rooms share three toilets, but only one (very large) bathroom. It was no problem for us, but might be a challenge at full house. Inside, we had a weak mobile connection. It is therefore nice to have an excellent wifi network. Kerstin and her husband are nice to suggest activities, sightseeing, restaurants, etc., as well as books, maps and brochures about the area. In the barn, where you also eat breakfast, Kerstin runs a small cafe with changing art exhibitions. Kerstin makes an excellent breakfast with everything you could want and also offers to make light lunch and dinner which can be important as there - at least outside the summer season - can be quite a long way to open dining. However, we found a few. In Lövestad, the nearest small town, there is a reasonably well assorted ICA, and there are kitchen facilities for guests to cook for themselves. All in all a recommendable and extremely comfortable stay! Thanks to you two!

Kerstin's accommodation is clean and nice on lovely Österlen which includes a good breakfast. Highly recommended.

This place was absolutely what we expected - cozy, quiet and quiet, nice hosts and not too far from Simrishamn! The room was clean and fresh and the breakfast was very good. Should we go back to Simrishamn, we would love to stay here again. :)

Surrounded by the beautiful Swedish landscape with rolling hills and cornfields is the B&B of Malin. A typical Swedish farmhouse, with beautiful rooms that are tastefully furnished, a lovely terrace and a nice kitchen. We were welcomed by the chicken and for breakfast we had fresh eggs and homemade jam. The private forest landscaped by Malin's husband was also enjoyable. During our walk through the private forest, we saw two deer. Then we came to an open space with a beautiful view and a lovely bench to sit on. A short distance away are Lund, Ystad and wonderful beaches. Culture, tranquility or nice swimming, it's all possible here.

A great place to stay in Simriahamn. Quiet rooms, easy Check-In and very kind people. :-) The breakfast was great and a good start into the day. We had a room with bathroom for ourselves. There are some nice restaurants good to reach by bicycle ;-) Thank you very much.
