Our stay at Mark's was wonderful. The area is very calm and beautiful, Mark was always there to help us out when needed and the place was gorgeous ! There are also lots of things to do around and visit, it's perfect !

We had a wonderful weekend at this beautiful home. The disconnection was total. The house is very well equipped and enjoying the pool, even in October was a real pleasure. Vanessa welcomed us with great kindness and made us feel very at home. Thank you!

We really needed a relaxing break and this location looked beautiful on the App. The stunning buildings all look out to rolling countryside, no traffic, no noise and very dark at night. Very peaceful. Internally the accommodation is a great open plan layout, tastefully decorated, with a comfortable feel. You can see that care has been taken with appliances and fittings, everything is pristine and good quality - coffee machine, washing machine and oven are all ‘as new’. Sandrine and Yves had perfect balance of being visible, but not intrusive. They offered suggestions and welcomed contact on the phone if we needed anything. Our French is embarrassingly basic, but Sandrine and Yves spoke English and we had no issues at all. There is another ‘let’ which did have visitors too, but we heard nothing from them, it didn’t impact us at all. The pool and spa are fabulous and you use a booking system to ensure complete privacy for your ‘slot’, we had ample time options. Very recommended!

A small stay in a quiet green setting in the small house on the meadow. When we arrived, a small fire in the stove was waiting for us and if needed, Steve and his wife were very responsive and caring. Back to basics away from the hustle and bustle of the city! We'll be 😊

We had a great time and enjoyed the quiet place, the large enclosed garden ( very convenient with a dog) . The equipment , rooms , beds and mattresses are great . The playroom well stocked with toys is perfect for the kids . The fire in the fireplace is lovely . Very popular walks and visits to villages in the Perche. This was a perfect location, quite, rural and peaceful, away from the hustle and busel of every day life, you do need a car, but still close enough to explore the history and beauty of Normandy. The property is spacious with a well equipped the kitchen is excellent for preparing and cooking meals, comfortable furniture for relaxing, a spacious and secluded garden. Good value and would certainly return.

Very nice accommodation to recommend without so much as a second thought

We had such an amazing week at Julie's Gite. As everyone said, Julie is such a super host and she was always trying to ensure everything was as we wanted and expected. She knows so many things around the area and helped us to book an activity and recommended places to visit. We were with our 2 kids and grandparents. They all had a lovely time at the games room and in the pool and the massive trampoline!! ( The kids loved jumping up and down all day.) The rooms were so clean!(I am picky about cleanliness but this Gite had no dust, not even under the beds!) Probably, this place is the cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed at. The kitchen had everything we needed and Julie asked us if we needed more pans, plates etc etc. The nearest supermarket has got everything you need . (fresh fish counter, meat counter as well). We had a day trip to Mont Saint Michelle , Laval, kayaking in Gorron. Our favorite bakery was Boulangerie Chérel at Gorron.Thank you Julie for all of your hospitality.

Unusual and friendly house very spacious Everything is provided for a pleasant stay. We were 3 couples with 5 children (from 18 months to 6 years), we had a pleasant time the availability of kids toys is a big plus. the kitchen is fully equipped We're all excited

The cottage is in a beautiful location, wonderfully quiet. You have to drive everything if you want to go somewhere. Nearest bakery is about 12 min drive. But that makes the tranquility and surroundings completely worth it! The people in the villages are also very friendly and you can easily park everywhere for free. Cottage is like the pictures. Very extensive kitchen, bedding is delicious and everything is available. David and Sheila are always responsive and nice hosts. 100% sure we want to come back here.

The house is tastefully decorated, functional and cozy, it is a pleasure to stay at the corner of the beautiful fireplace and its wood burning stove, it feels like home. Its geographical location is ideal for combining sightseeing tours and outdoor activities. Everything comes together for a pleasant stay with the family. An address we recommend.

A unique place near an exceptional forest, a just perfect landscape and environment, a moment of break in this crazy world. For nature lovers, that's fine. For the others, Alençon is just 10 minutes away Personally, I'll go back as soon as possible

We had such a relaxing time at this property. Our children loved the pool and we loved the peace and quiet in such a beautiful setting. The owners horses were lovely and the children enjoyed being around them. The house was equipped with everything we needed.

We had a great weekend for Valentine's Day. The place is quiet and peaceful. The lack of network (inside) allowed us to fully recharge. Isabelle welcomed us warmly, and is very responsive as soon as we need. We'll be happy to go back!
