Our stay at Coquina Castle was wonderful! The ocean views were breathtaking! Sunrises were beautiful! Our host Erica was so gracious and accommodating. The home had everything we could possibly need with plenty of space for all of us. We enjoyed St Augustine, Palm Coast, fishing, spring training baseball and so many other things the area has to offer. I would highly recommend this Airbnb and we will stay here again when we are in the Palm Coast area. Thank you Erica! You’re a wonderful host!

We had a wonderful week staying at this location. Great location, quiet and safe neighborhood, close walk to the beach with everything needed for fun on the beach. The kitchen supplied all that we needed for our meal preps. It was a pleasure to lounge on the deck and listen to the sounds of the ocean. A great stay.

Excellent location, with very nice hosts who communicated well. Even had the house ready a little early which is always nice. The house is very well stocked with everything you would need. Perfect Thank you for a great stay. We will be back.

Our family had a memorable stay at this beautiful property. We walked less than 10 minutes south to dinner at the Golden Lion, an afternoon ice cream at Sally's, and Easter Sunrise Service at the park. We walked a little further north to an amazing brunch at Java Joint, but we mostly soaked up the incredible view. The furniture, even on the patio, is all designed for comfort. Couch has dual electric recliners built in, the beds are all pillow top, and the lounge chairs on the sun deck are delightful for catching rays or a nap! Extraordinary kitchen is fully stocked and is loaded with prep space. This property is posh in every sense, but the thoughtful touches really set this rental apart from others. Lovely soaps, quality linens, plush towels, beach towels and chairs, substantial outdoor grill, a high top table oceanside porch to ensure views, back porch with large ceiling fans for reading a book or a private conversation, and my twenty somethings raved about the gaming system, raved!

Cecilia’s place is a beautiful home that answers every ask you could come up with both inside and out. From the garage to the third floor every amenity anyone could want is available and ready. The ocean views put you at the top of the Flagler beach ocean skyline and leave everyone staring as they pass by while you’re enjoying being at home on your private balcony.

Absolutely peaceful. Incredibly inviting and welcoming. Family oriented and set up was conveniently arranged for easy beach access and clean up after. We will totally return if they will have us.

Great place at walking distance to the beach. Can get anywhere else within a 15 mins radius via car as well. Lawrence was very friendly and the house was very cozy. We would definitely go back

My first stay at this location was in the downstairs unit. Loved the host, Marty, and the location so much we reached out for this second trip, but in the upstairs. Can’t say enough about the host of course. But the location here is near so many great restaurants and friendly people and beautiful views. Yes, we will be looking to come back next year. Thank you Marty for being so helpful as always.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. There were plenty of beds to accommodate our large group. We had some issues with the hot tub heating but the daily morning walks on the beach at sunrise were priceless! Excellent location, great restaurants close by, safe and cozy! We highly recommend!

We really enjoyed staying at Dee’s place for Christmas that we are already discussing coming back for the summer! We didn’t think exactly how we were going to pull off a Christmas tree for Santa to bring presents to our 4yr old, but Dee informed us that they had an artificial tree with ornaments in the garage!! It was extremely easy to put up and take down. This house is in a great location, close enough for early fishing charters out of St. Augustine. Also surrounded by a good selection of golf courses to choose from. The house was very clean! We had zero issues during our stay. The pool was well heated and was able to keep up even with the very cold temperatures we had. The hot tub was very clean. We didn’t get to enjoy the pier and pond as much as we wanted due to the weather but any chance we did get out there was very enjoyable.

Great place for a family to get together and share a few days with their kids and grandkids!

The house was perfect for our family. Had a great size pool, lots of extras outside and inside. It was the perfect place to relax and a quick walk to the beach. I would recommend a wagon or stroller if you have smaller kids to get to and from the beach. We really enjoyed our time here.

Jared’s place was warm and welcoming. Clean with all the extras of home. Comfy beds. Super cute front patio and entrance. The back patio and pool was a great way to spend mornings and evenings in conversation. And if your Bestie locks you out at 9pm Jared can get ya back in the house as he was quick to respond and work his magic. An absolute beautiful little place to stay off the beaten path in between the best of both worlds. Two blocks from the beach and less than a block from the river. Close enough to shopping, restaurants and cute little gift shops. Ponce de Leon Lighthouse & Museum is just a hop skip and a jump down the road if you want to add a little history to your trip. My birthday getaway was filled with great beach sunrises, river sunsets, and that moon on the water is a dreamy way to welcome the nights.

As advertised, the home was in very good condition. All instructions were clear for an easy check-in and checkout. Very well supplied kitchen and appliances were clean a looked like new. New gas grill worked perfectly. Lots of room outside to enjoy and very private. Golf cart was plus for transportation to the beach. Also, easy walking distance to Debra Jean’s Cafe was a nice surprise. Excellent food and coffee selections. Overall, an exceptional stay. Thank You.

We felt right at home in Matt's place. The house was big and spacious, we absolutely loved the pool on the back porch. Was a perfect setting to grill dinner and enjoy the pool, was very hot outside but the back porch was very shaded and comfortable you could feel the ocean breeze., just perfect!! The ocean access was very close walking distance. The garage was also stocked with all you need for a day at the beach. Coolers, umbrellas, chairs, even beach toys for the kids. The kitchen was also stocked with everything you need to cook a meal for your family. The snacks and bottle of wine that was left for us by Matt was a great surprise and treat after a 6 hour drive. Plenty of restaurants within good driving distance. Plus a circle K at the top of the road. Matt was very responsive to my messages. We would definitely stay at Matt's again in the future. It was .6 miles to the beach-1km. Great beach. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The kitchen was well equipped-everything worked. We had 6 adults, 3 children and one infant and we all fit comfortably in the house. Really nice neighborhood. Lots of sitting areas. Would definitely recommend this house.

If you enjoy the peace and serenity of the Ocean, it doesn’t get any better than this place. If you want fancy amenities with spacious living quarters, not a good fit. We prefer the perfect quiet view in an area that feels like your own Beach/Ocean access! We will be back!!!!

Thankyou for a wonderful trip. You were a host that we will remember for a long timw. Your place was perfect for our trip. More spacious than it looks. But most of all, you were the kindest, most proactive host we've ever had. And check-in was a breeze and so well explained. And for ONCE the check out instructions were WONDERFUL. So simple and didn't seem like so many rules and things to do lol. Sounds silly, but it was so nice. The quick walk across to the beach was just wonderful! I feel like we should know you! You were just that friendly! ❤️❤️

Our family of 8 stayed 4 nights during my niece’s wedding weekend. The house is spacious and met the needs of my parents and my adult sons & their wives. The house is a short block from the beach with direct access onto the sand. It is close to great restaurants. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Sherri was very communicative with quick responses. We will definitely be back!

We loved the house. We had space for each family to enjoy and a good space to all come together. The beach was nice just few minutes drive could walk but had some small kids. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would rebook again. Janice Florida

Our stay was just what we needed. Some time in the sun on an amazing beach. The house was beautiful with a porch facing the ocean and private boardwalk right to the beach. Coffee on the deck was so relaxing every morning. The kitchen window overlooking the ocean made us want to stay at the house and cook our meals there. It was peaceful, private and quiet. The only sounds we heard were the waves and the birds. Our bedroom was comfy with a king size bed. So much to do in the St Augustine area too. We will be back!!!

This place was a little pricey for just one couple, but we took full advantage of the house and the amenities. We really liked it a lot. Wish we could have stayed awhile longer. Great bike paths. The only shortcoming was the absence of some comfortable chairs from which to enjoy the beautiful deck.
