Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in New Orleans

This location is great. Walking distance to all the attractions around. Also close to restaurants and shopping. Would highly recommend this property if staying g in New Orleans. The host is responsive, easy check in and check out, and the place had just enough amenities for our stay.

Would definitely stay again! Great responsive and caring host, super accommodating and kind. The place is exactly how it looks in the pictures, we didn’t get to enjoy the pool because it was being worked on but overall everything was great. About 15-30 min walking distance from most “must see places”

Brad was absolutely amazing! He made our stay in New Orleans truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfectly organized, and the place was immaculately clean. His communication was excellent, and he went above and beyond to offer any extra help we needed. Thanks to Brad, our trip was even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, we will be returning to New Orleans—and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

Perfect for attending the convention center, very spacious!

I love this neighborhood, and Joe’s house is stunning. Joe was quick to address and inquiry. This is a great place to stay for a relaxing week with great access to local restaurants, coffee shop, NOMA and City park. Also, if you don’t have a car great access to the Canal Street red streetcar to get downtown.

Unit was clean and extremely nice. Photos are accurate. Check in was a breeze.

Really convenient location to Super Bowl week activities and bourbon street . Much better option than some of the nearby hotels. Apartment had a great layout and nice loft building. Would definitely recommend for business travel ! Easy to check in and out.

This was the perfect place to stay in NOLA. It was nice to stay a bit out of the downtown area in a pristine apartment. The hosts had great response time and were very flexible amid a crisis in the city.

Cristopher’s place is the perfect spot to stay and worth every penny. I felt right at home in the cozy apartment and it perfectly matched the listing photos. There are lots of cute restaurants that are walkable in the bywater area and a short distance to the French quarter. I highly recommend staying here.

What a great find! Brad & Laura’s loft was clean, spacious for two of us and was decorated with a modern vibe that had hints of New Orleans throughout. And we enjoyed staying in a building that was part of the area’s history. It was the perfect location for our stay, so close to trolley stops and restaurants and found it an easy walk to Canal St and the French Quarter. We also appreciated Brad’s prompt responses to our questions and his great restaurant recommendations. We really liked Luke! We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful new place with everything you need. Great location, easy access, clean and very comfortable. Indoor parking was a plus.

Great location walking distance to Bourbon St and felt safe

This location is accessible and extremely convenient for walking to the French Quarter and riverfront. The apartment was as described, met our basic needs and comfortable.

Christine’s place was a great spot for me and two friends. Comfy bed, super clean, and the snacks were a nice surprise! Easy to get around and had everything we needed for a fantastic stay.

Super smooth experience. I had everything I needed from the directions provided and didn’t need to communicate with Jeff- but he had been super responsive through the booking process so I had no concern that any issues would be addressed immediately. But we didn’t have any issues! It was a great spot to land away from the more chaotic parts of the city and we enjoyed the vibe and experience of the house.

Stayed here for two days before we boarded our cruise! We had a great stay! The place is very well maintained and tons of room! We will stay here again next time we come back!

Staying at Genevieve's was a great experience. She is extremely attentive and accommodating and helped me and my colleague in every way she could. The space is very nice and comfortable and it worked very well for us, having two different bedrooms, each of them with its own access to the shared bathroom. The apartment is perfectly appointed with a lot of extras that made our stay very comfortable. The apartment is also a very short ride to many attractions in New Orleans.

The host was friendly and informative. The house is located 15 min from pretty much anywhere to include the French Quarter and the Swamps. Was there during the great snow storm of 2025 so it was nice to have a place to be at home vs being in a hotel. In all it was a great experience and will definitely be booking this place next time we come.

This was our second stay with Nancy, once again wonderful. Her place is beautiful and clean, very charming, and she is very responsive. Our group experienced some travel delays due to an unexpected snow storm, and Nancy was accommodating of changing schedules and proactive in communicating about the local impact from the storm and what that might mean for our visit. The location is peaceful, an easy car ride to the French quarter, and there are also several cute places - a bakery, a cafe, and a wine bar - within easy walking distance. We will definitely be back the next time we’re in New Orleans.
