Vacation rentals with breakfast in Orlando

I do not know where to start! This place was absolutely amazing! We do not eat out much but we were not far from restaurants. OOOMMGGGG now the kitchen was my absolute favorite. I cooked almost everyday of our stay and let me tell you now the kitchen lacks nothing at all from all pots and pans to knives forks spoons bowls and plates to accommodate even babies or small children. The home was extremely clean inside and out. The beds are extremely comfortable and the upstairs living room was our favorite place to have movie night. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and peaceful. The resort is walking distance from the home and is also amazing. Vanessa was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. This is one of the best homes I found on Airbnb. The only thing we had to buy was food of course, wash rags, laundry detergent, dish soap and tissue. If I could give her 20 starts I would. The pool and out door area was fantastic for the kids and adults to enjoy. The grill was a plus.

Family of 10 came here and was very happy to choose this place. It was perfect for us, loads of space and areas to chill and have a good time. You can tell by the moment you looked around that someone cares about this place. A lot of thoughtful things added, it felt like a home from home. Will defo book again.

A great stay. The house was gorgeous and had everything we needed. The pool was really nice and not too deep. The host responds quickly to any question or problems you may have. The only issue, which isn’t any fault of the owners, is that you can only park 2 cars at the house. Other cars have to be parked onto another street nearby. Overall, it was a great place and I would definitely stay again.

Recently stayed here as a party of 4 adults for my partner’s 30th birthday trip and I just wanted to specifically highlight the following for other guests: - The hosts were super responsive and helpful from day 1 and answered every question we had. - Property had all the amenities listed and allowed us to cook breakfast/dinner and prepare lunch to bring to the parks. - Property is in a very quiet neighbourhood and allows you to escape the hustle and bustle of the theme parks - Property is within close proximity (roughly 30mins drive) to the Disney Parks / Universals - Property is very spacious and we all enjoyed the air hockey table and basketball that was free of charge. - Property was clean, tidy and extremely cosy/comfy. The pool was an added bonus and was also warm enough to swim in. We would definitely recommend booking this place for any future Orlando visits!

The Garcia family home was amazing! Very clean and had a very homey atmosphere. They were very responsive in answering any questions I had very quickly. I would most definently stay there again.

Phenomenal experience from start to finish. House looked great in photos and was even better in person. Hosts were great at communication and made us feel at home. I will definitely book this property again.

We loved staying at the Minnie Mansion. The house had ample room for my family to spread out. The kitchen was well appointed with all necessities including plates and cups for children. My son and husband got a kick out of the Star Wars coffee mugs. The bedding was pristine and the bathrooms clean. I appreciated the ample number of pool towels provided for swimming. My kids loved the game room and spent most of their spare time there. We enjoyed family movie night in the movie room. My daughter enjoyed all the Disney touches and liked finding the "hidden Mickeys." The most ringing endorsement of all came from my three year old when we arrived home from vacation this afternoon. As soon as we pulled into our driveway, he began to cry and said "No!!! I want to go to the Mickey House!" So, it looks like we will have to rent the Minnie Mansion for our next Orlando trip. Thank you Chriestine, for hosting our family.

It was a wonderful place to stay, with thoughtful personal touches and unexpected amenities.

This place is great!! was exactly as advertised. We had an issue with wifi when we checked in. Let me tell you. Steve was at our door within 10 mins of us sending out our message. He even had to remove equipment (modem, Router) and return to a store for exchange. He did that the following morning and got it working right away. The location is close to everything on Idrive, SeaWorld, etc yet still tucked away from the traffic. Walgreens connected to the entrance, 7/11 across the street with a new Chick Fil A as well. We needed a late check out and it was granted immediately. Can't thank them enough. The responsiveness was incredible. Denise was wonderful too. We will definitely be back!!!. don't forget to check out the pool. Very large Pool and Jacuzzi. with DJ and games. Oh and a Bar. coming back soon.

Our stay with Roy and Darko was absolutely great. The house was very clean, they were very responsive and had a complementary small breakfast that was unexpected, but a very nice detail. Would definitely stay with them again if back to Orlando.

Situated on an old brick covered road that circled Davis Lake, this 1940's beautiful spacious home made a statement of good taste and style. The private room with a bathroom was spotless and very comfortable, offering a view of Davis Lake at the front, and the exotic pool and hot tub area from the back! The pool was so nice and looked as if it belonged on an island, along with the waterfall going into the hot tub on the next level of the gardens. Breakfast was delicious on both mornings and anything we could want in between was provided for us. It felt like we were being treated like family! Such a relaxing vibe at The Tugboat, one can't help but take that calm feeling home when you leave.

I can't thank our amazing host enough for making my daughter's first solo trip so memorable and stress-free! This charming one-bedroom Airbnb was the perfect spot for my 18 and 16-year-old girls to stay while they celebrated my daughter's birthday. The location was ideal—just a short drive to Universal Studios, and close to all the major shops, which made it so convenient for them to explore. As a parent, I was understandably nervous about letting them stay on their own for the first time, but the host went above and beyond to put my mind at ease. From the first message, they were incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring everything was set up for a smooth and worry-free experience. When my daughters arrived, they immediately felt welcomed and at home. The house was cozy, inviting, and impeccably clean—exactly what they needed to relax and enjoy their trip. They raved about how comfortable and safe they felt throughout their stay, which made all the difference for me.

Everything was fabulous… the space was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable.. the location of the house is in a area thats not to congested and close to many sites given we all know how traffic in Orlando is.. lastly the Hosts we’re amazing! They’re very friendly and down to earth people who makes sure your stay with them is as smooth as possible. I would most definitely stay here again, no question…

Staying with Christi and Tom was a similar feeling to staying over at your favorite aunt and uncles place. Comfy, restful and cozy and entirely perfect. This stay was absolutely wonderful and I am so wowed by the amazing care to detail on top of amazing food. Tom made a stupendously tasty breakfast and the both of them were so accommodating and enjoyable to get to sit down and eat with. Christi and Tom are both intelligent and interesting humans, combined they make everything so genial and so easy, the time flew by after eating. Learning the history behind the house itself and enjoying the breathtaking art inside and out added such an appealing environment for breakfast. The room was perfectly set up and impeccably maintained, there was so much thought and effort put into making it exceptional. It was so so so comfy and yet quite efficient. There is not another place you will find that will give your trip more sunshine and enjoyment. thanks kap&kappy b&b for having us!

Cathy's Bed and Shred is beyond what we expected. We originally were unsure about staying at an airBnB with the host. However the photos and the superb reviews convinced us to book the place. After greeted by Cathy we felt right at home. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. The open floor plan of the kitchen and living room is spacious. There are also areas with comfortable chairs to sit, read, or just gaze at the canal out in the yard. The most amazing part of the house is the view in the backyard looking out toward the lake. It is so pretty and tranquil sitting in the backyard to enjoy the view. Cathy is just as what previous guesses described, friendly, easy going and made us feel like part of the family. My husband and I had a lovely dinner with Cathy and her friend/guest on our last night there. Overall, we are very happy with the one week stay and would highly recommend the place.

This is one of my absolute favorite spots. This host is incredible and it provides a much better experience than most places I have stayed. She is the absolute best.
