Michelle is a fantastic host and we really enjoyed the tranquility of the neighborhood and how spacious and clean the house was. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay in Bend. The home was clean and well maintained; it is located within walking distance of downtown. Michael was proactive in his communications and very responsive to our questions, all of which made for a nice trip.

Hands down one of the best airbnbs we’ve stayed at. Don’t be fooled by the modest exterior, the interior is spotlessly clean, clutter free and comfortable. Right away we let out a sigh of relief! Beautiful view ( despite the construction), cozy beds, and access to the beach (though the trail is a bit rickety). Great visit for ourselves, a couple toddlers, and a dog. If we’re ever down this way again, we’d love to stay here again!

Second time staying here, the place is clean and super comfortable. Heather was ultra quick on response time as we were in town on short notice and she was fantastic at helping accommodate us. Would absolutely recommend their place to stay !!!

This place is well deserving of 5 stars. Probably one of the best I've stayed at, my family and I traveled to the coast looking for a peaceful and relaxing weekend. We got exactly that, I would highly recommend this place and looking forward to going back.

great place to stay with toddlers and babies. beds were comfortable, everything no worked smoothly. lights being dimmable also helped with putting the kids/babies to sleep. never felt cramped. never had trouble finding parking, usually right up front, and walkable coffee shops were great. also the temperature was always perfect, which really makes a difference in airbnbs. never too hot or too cold.

We had a wonderful time at the Dolphin house. Our kids, 8 and 5, loved the toys available to play with both inside and outside. The small, sandy area at the front of the house was the perfect place for them to play with the beach toys provided. Do bring your own soap, shampoo, etc. It says it is not included and they mean it.

Joseph's home was clean and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked and I appreciate the fully fenced yard for our dog to enjoy while we used the hot tub.

There are many places to choose from in Sunriver and I’m so happy we chose this one! It was warm, cozy, and the perfect quiet location close to everything you need! The hot tub is perfect right off the master. We will definitely be back! Thank you.

The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable for our family. Loved sitting on the deck and watching the swallows in the morning. Beautiful area, and Yachats is a cute town. Ate great fish at the market and enjoyed the gorgeous hike at Cape Perpetua.

Leo’s home is beautiful, clean, and was everything I needed and more! I needed a place to be able to work and be close to my mother who was in the hospital. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and located close to a lot of things to do and close to restaurants. The indoor jacuzzi and pool were such a great self-care need for me, very enjoyable. Their kindness and hospitality was immeasurable! They thought of everything. This house had everything displayed and offered. Thank you Leo!

The pictures of the pool house do not do this Justice, it is such an amazing space and they have done such a great job with it. We came to celebrate my daughter's birthday and all of our kids had such a great time in the pool house. We will definitely be back again.

I traveled back home to Eugene with my family to take care of a close relative that had recently been in and out of the ER. This house was an oasis of calm during the trip -- a classic mid 20th century Coburg Road area home, with just the right touches of modernity. The house was clean and comfortable. The beds were perfect to sleep in (the firm pillow was amazing for my often painful neck). The location was perfect -- just off Coburg Road, centrally located between my relative's house and PeaceHealth Riverbend, and we could easily get anywhere we needed to go. This was a perfect Airbnb experience. Kudos to Americana and Neil. I couldn't recommend it more!

This house was perfect for our family getaway. We had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, the common spaces were great for the whole family including the large dinning room table. The hot tub and pool were an added treat. The home was on a nice quiet road/ neighborhood. I would rent this home again.

We had the great stay and instantly fell in love with this charming pink vintage getaway. Every detail felt so thoughtful — from the cozy decor to the super comfy bed. The place was sparkling clean, perfectly central, and had everything we needed, and the hot tub? Our dog felt right at home too. We’re already talking about our next visit — we’ll definitely be back! We had such a fantastic time at Robin’s place. I loved the way the house was decorated and had such nice little touches for us like books and toys for the kids. Everything was also so clean and well maintained, it’s always a relief to see that when you pull in to a place after a very long drive. We also enjoyed our walk through the trails down to the beach. We will definitely be back!

Great for a bigger family gathering and PUPS! We had 2 four-legged family members, and they loved the space. We had a great time celebrating our wedding on the beach and then coming back to the house to relax.

An Extremely clean, beautiful place to stay. Makes me want to build a small MIL place for my adult son on our own property. I loved the lay out, and the private courtyard with chairs, bar-be-cue, was really relaxing. We only stayed for one night as we were there to pick up a puppy the following day from a breeder who we have adopted from before. I wish we would have had more time, to relax and enjoy our time a bit better. The main thing is I highly recommend staying at this adorable little house. Patricia thought of everything. 5 stars We had a great stay! The place was quiet, comfortable, and very accessible—easy to walk around or hop in the car to explore nearby towns. Rockaway Beach itself is pretty low-key, but the location made it super easy to get up to Manzanita, Cannon Beach, and Seaside, or head south to Tillamook. Perfect spot for a peaceful getaway and a great home base for exploring the coast. Would definitely stay again!

Very nicely appointed house in a quiet neighborhood. Jessica reached out several times to make sure our stay was wonderful. The small fenced yard was perfect for our small dog to explore. We would definitely stay there again.

Clara was an amazing host and her home is charming and cozy. It's well appointed and well taken care of, with comfortable beds and an accessible bathroom. 4 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a large living/dining space make this a great place for family get-togethers. You could probably park a small car in the garage. There's a nice back patio and the lots are large enough to give a feeling of privacy, even though the houses are close together. Despite being pet friendly, the home was very clean and smelled nice. We will absolutely stay at Big Sky again.

We had a great stay; hosts were so incredibly understanding and accommodating about our recent rescue pups who don’t yet love meeting other dogs. The spot was clean and comfortable, super quiet, and a great location for the friends we were visiting. Would absolutely stay again!
