Vacation rentals with a patio in Orange County

This gorgeous spot apartment looked exactly like the photos and what made it better it was walking distance to plenty nice restaurants and attractions. Larissa made sure my check in process was smooth, she as very responsive and made sure I did not need anything. I cannot wait to travel back there.

I decided last minute to book this penthouse to spend one last night in Florida for my birthday. My stomach dropped when I walked in. It was BEAUTIFUL. The views, the decor, the bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on! Toby’s instructions were so clear I never had to contact him once my whole stay. I felt at home and like I could relax and enjoy. There was so much privacy. I could go on and on. I will for sure be back with my sisters, it’s way to amazing to experience to not share 😍

Beautiful place in a nice neighborhood. Good location in relation to Kennedy Space Center and UCF campus. Good assortment or food around! Worked well with our two dogs. Bathroom floor tile is slippery, but mats are provided -just be cautious!

Glorious was a great host ! The unit was very clean and in a great location. She was very responsive. We stayed an extra night last minute and she was very flexible and made the experience pleasant. Absolutely can’t wait to book again !

My family and I had a great stay at Andrea’s place. The place was very clean and looked just like the photos. It is located close to Disney, about 15 - 20 min drive. This place was our home away from home. Highly recommend.

Jake’s place was perfect for our trip to Universal Studios. The place was super clean, looked exactly like the photos, and had everything we needed during our stay. The location is not far from restaurants and entertainment. Access in and out of the complex is easy and we felt safe. The clang of the exterior pedestrian gate can be heard inside the larger bedroom. Other than that, the place is great!

This place was a lovely way to spend the month of January! Gustavo was friendly, incredibly responsive, and provided a clean and well-equipped space. I stayed for a month and enjoyed the beautiful neighborhood, the proximity to downtown, the farmers market, and a nice laundry mat 3 minutes away. It was a brilliant stay!

Erick was very helpful and exceedingly responsive to maintenance issues, e.g. broken or missing sink plugs

Megan’s is a cute eclectic little cottage!!! Feels very comfortable!!! Everything you might need for a comfortable stay!!! Our dog Gus loved the fenced in back yard to explore. The neighborhood was very walkable and quiet. Close enough to drive to the attractions but far enough away to enjoy your down time! Megan gave us dog friendly suggestions and we took Gus to a fun restaurant with an outdoor dog play area! We loved it!! Megan was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We loved having a washer/dryer available to us!! Highly recommend this cute little cottage if you want a peaceful place after a busy day in Orlando!!!

I love this house for my short stay! Everything was extremely clean and comfortable. Games to play and anything you can think of was already in the house. Communication was awesome and the host is very friendly and accommodating. The only con I have is as soon as I walked in the home up until leaving, everyone in my party had a stuffy nose, and kept sneezing. There was zero noticeable dust or anything that needed additional cleaning. So I am not sure why we all felt like that but other than that, I’d definitely recommend this location to anyone traveling in the local Orlando area

First, Steven is an excellent host! He is very responsive and answered all my questions quickly. The house is beautiful!! Very quiet and serene! We enjoyed kayaking on the lake and sitting down on the layout deck watching the fire works. The house was very comfortable. It is especially spacious. I like how it has two master bedrooms and a third room that would be great for kids! We spent our time in the back play room/living room area, which is very comfortable and has a foosball table, tv and mini-fridge if you need it. The kitchen is huge and had everything we needed. The dining room table easily accommodates 8 to 10 people. There are a lot of restaurants within a mile or two of the house and it only took us 20 minutes to get to Camping World Stadium. The neighborhood itself is nice and the area is safe. Overall, we had an excellent time and will definitely stay here again when we return!!

My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay. It’s a great place to stay if you want somewhere quiet and peaceful. There’s plenty of places to eat nearby. Very clean and it looked like the pictures and smelled good when we walked in.

We really enjoyed our stay at Vista Cay. The condo was spacious and decorated nicely. The bathrooms were huge and everything was really clean. We also enjoyed the balcony. The location was perfect - close to both universal and Disney. It was super convenient and walking distance to Publix and Dunkin Donuts. Even though it was too cold to use the pool, the pool area was super nice!!

Amazing views from the front ( landscape/city) and back ( lake/nature) balconies. Close to Disney parks, restaurants, and even a miniature golf right outside property. Nice swimming pool for lap swimming and pleasure.

Ryan was lovely and very responsive. Apartment was very clean and the free shuttle to the parks was amazing!

The home was clean and the stay was pleasant. The only things I would complain about. Only had 2 towels. Would have liked to have another towel! No fault of the host the neighbor next to the unit played music very loud. Very close to all attractions, easy to find. I would stay again.

My family and I stayed here for a week and it was lovely! It was spacious, close to the grocery store, parks, restaurants, etc. Stacy was incredibly responsive and I would definitely stay here again!

Clean, quiet, and great location! Kathy was very responsive and helpful with information prior to our stay. Place is conveniently located near OCCC, Disney, SeaWorld, and grocery stores. It was nice having a full kitchen to use and the pool was great for kids (when warm enough to use). Would definitely stay here again!
