Description The house is situated in a beautiful old fisherman's village on the Makarska Riviera. It is 25 meters from the beach. It has a large private garden for relaxing in and taking in the Mediterranean aromas of lavender, mandarin, rosemary. It is for families and romantic couples who like to be close to the beach and to have privacy. Brist is an ancient Mediterranean fisherman's village which has kept its old Dalmation lifestyle, with a sense of relaxation, sun, and sea. The warmth of the Adriatic sun and pebble beaches are enticing, the crystal clear water is there for all to enjoy. There are a few wonderful restaurants available which have a range of Dalmatian meals. Brist is wonderful for a relaxing holiday and the house is perfect for that. The house has 2 floors, ground floor has kitchen/dining room with access to lodge and big terrace, and bedroom with double bed and en-suite. The first floor has bedroom with double bed and couch single fold out bed and en-suite, it also has access to balcony. It is 25 meters from the beach. The terrace and balcony are 13 square meters. two-bedroom apartment with private outdoor lounge

Apartment consist of TWO spacious bedrooms, each having its own bathroom, TV, wardrobes and air conditioning. Beds are 160x200 with memory pillows and mattresess. Both bedrooms have doors leading to PRIVATE and very spacious LOUNGE AREA with a grill, seating area, deck chairs, outdoor sink, solar shower and lounge couch & table, all around mediterrean plants. Kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, fridge, microwave and all necessary dishes. Apartment is located on the ground floor of the house.

The apartment is situated on the first floor of our holiday house. There is nice garden with olive trees, terrace and barbecue place which you deal with owner. You have big private covered terrace and balcony on first floor. House situated on peaceful place where is not so much traffic. It is 300m from two big and long pebbles beaches and 150m from center of village where are market, post office and exchange office. On beaches you also have some restaurant and coffee bars like in village too.

Our house is situated in a prime location, close to the beach (3 row), cafes, restaurants, walks along the beach and the town center. Surrounded by family houses. Apartments in our house offer you peace, quiet and very pleasant atmosphere. Both apartments have free Wi-Fi. Our accommodation units are spacious, simple and modern. They have a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, balcony or terrace. What I would highlight is certainly a beautiful view of the sea and islands and the mountain slope.

Gareta apartment

A two bedroom and two bathrooms apartment, on the second floor of our house. Fully equipped kitchen, wi-fi internet, tv, parking place and tourist fee are all included in the price. We are located in Gradac, small town in croatian south region Dalmatia. Gradac is best known for its 2km beach. The vicinity of Split, Makarska, Medjugorje, Mostar and Dubrovnik which are all big tourist attractions, then the river Neretva and the Baćina lakes provide a variety of actvities for your holiday.

APARTMAN - LEA (2) - NO PETS!

Kuća se nalazi odmaknuta od glavne prometnice. Parking je privatni i odmaknut je od kuće oko 50 metara zračne linije. Inače normalnom cestom od parkinga do apartmana je oko 270 metara. Kod dolaska nije moguće doći autom skroz do vile, nego se moguće zaustaviti autom oko 30 metara od vile, izbaciti stvari i odvesti auto na parking. Krasan pogled sa balkona na mjesto i more. Komuniciramo sa gostima na češkom, slovačkom, engleskom i njemačkom jeziku. Nije za goste sa poteškoćama u kretanju!

The beach is 70 m underneath the villa, you can also choose to spend your time on the terrace with a private pool and everything necessary for a relaxing vacation. Gradac is a little place in Dalmacija, on a half way from Split to Dubrovnik. Little house have two appartmants and is placed on a long beach. Stone walls keep the apartment cool. If you love a sound of the sea rolling beach stones, you are on a right place. If you like to stroll, you have a promenade along the coast, from Gradac to Brist. Twenty minutes away is next exitement, Lake Bacina.
