This 1980's 2 storey home boasts a large open plan entertaining area with large deck, 5 bedrooms upstairs, 2 bathrooms + ensuite. This unique property offers 2 outdoor entertaining areas, 2 kayaks (life jackets supplied) with plenty of parking including catering for boat parking and filleting bench within the secured property.

Downstairs is an open plan kitchen, dining & living area with French doors opening out to your own courtyard. The second bedroom is found downstairs, with an accessible bathroom/ensuite.
