Great place, more than enough linen. Very comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was supplied with all necessities which was very appreciated. Check in instructions were easy to follow and accurate. Beds were firm. Quiet and beautiful location.

Kent and Terri's place was great! The hosts were very responsive and the property was absolutely gorgeous! Waking up in the morning to that view was the best part. It was super peaceful and tranquil. As city fokes it was a perfect little get away to recover from the hustle of Christmas. The drive to ski on Song Mountain was short and the local skiing was great! Perfect little place. Perfect little get away. Only thing, not even Kent or Terri's fault, I would suggest doing any grocery shopping before going to the property, the closest grocery store we could find was a 30 minute drive. But totally worth it for the view and seclusion.

this is an excellent stay worth your money. found it very reasonable for the accommodation. was just what I needed for a short overnight. parking is easy and it's very close to many destinations in Syracuse, especially the schools. Syndi was very kind and welcoming! I'd definitely book here again.

Second stay for us, and just as great as the first! Quiet neighborhood, great for running or walking. The house is well-stocked with everything you need to cook - plenty of cookware, utensils, and seasonings available to use. Comfy furniture and overall, a great stay.

This is our second time staying at Spruce Heaven. The place is pristine, the host is superb and hospitable, and the company of other guests is great. This is our place to go to when visiting Syracuse University. I highly recommend it.

We absolutely loved our time at Matt's place! From the moment we booked to the end of our stay, he was very communicative and helpful - responding immediately to our many questions about local options. We were dropping our son off at college for the 1st time and being so close to Syracuse's campus was not only convenient, but also very comforting. Matt went above and beyond to make sure we were doing ok with the transition and to make sure we were comfortable in his home. It was the perfect place for us to stay for so many reasons. We highly recommend this beautiful home. You won't be sorry! (Thank you, Matt! We'll definitely see you again soon!)

Great home, very spacious, accommodating and spiritually uplifting!

We are checking in for the second time.The previous check-in, the host's friendly, caring, comfortable, hygienic experience of the room was very good, so this time when we needed to find a transitional stay for a month during the winter vacation, we first thought of Liz&Ben.The host did not list the rooms for rent before, and when we asked if we could rent it for a month to spend a winter vacation, the host quickly helped us with all the procedures for us.This experience is as good as ever, next time I go to Snow City, I will choose it again next time I go to Snow City.

Out stay was very accommodating , with a very clean living area and comfortable beds. The apartment is in a very good location as it’s only minutes away from downtown, but in a quiet enough area that you’re able to wind down after being out and about.

I was greeted by Will who was very kind nd respectful. He gave me a tour of the place and let me just say it is gorgeous and the vibe I was looking for. It was an unexpected trip but they helped me with recommendations and swift responses. I loved this AirBnb there are pieces of art throughout the building and the Airbnb was very clean with a fully stocked kitchen. Resting bars in the area were very friendly as well. I definitely loved my stay. Thank you all for having me.

Had an amazing stay here at La Gloria (2nd floor) - couldn't have been cleaner, more spacious or more welcoming. I was in/out several times and when I returned to sleep (in the very comfortable bed), I was so pleased to wake up to eggs, toast and milk being available, plus an espresso machine for me to get my early morning cappuccino on. Every little thing I could have needed was provided, thanks for the fantastic stay and I look forward to booking again next time I'm back in Syracuse!

Perfect little spot for a weekend trip. Right above a wine shop, across from a restaurant and coffee shop in the heart of town. Super clean and has everything you need. Look no further for a reasonable, great stay!

Absolutely LOVED this stay! The hosts were so friendly! Even provided a lovely homemade breakfast, and tooth brushes and toothpaste when I had forgot mine. Host even found some clothing I left and reached out to me to have me come back and get it. They were very welcoming and very flexible. Would love to stay again in the summer when the pool is open but the hot tub was still a dream in the winter weather! 10/10 recommend!

This was our third stay with Jeremy & Lauren and the other couple there this weekend it was their 4th!!! That about says it all. I am always hesitant to write a review because I don’t want anyone to know about our favorite little spot. Jeremy and Lauren are the perfect hosts, with the most delicious breakfasts on weekends and beyond accommodating and welcoming. We will be back the next time we are in Syracuse for sure!

We were in the mauve room for 3 nights and had an AMAZING stay! This beautifully restored historic home is full of history and charm. We had a lovely time chatting with other guests over coffee and danish every morning, which is generously provided. Rhonda is a wonderful host! We thoroughly enjoyed our conversations with her and appreciated her recommendations about the area. Highly recommend! We would definitely stay again.

The B&B is outstanding, like a home away from home. The flowers in the lawn were beautiful. The breakfast is delicious and elegantly presented. The hosts pay attention to every detail. This is a must stay location in Syracuse.
