Studio apartment, equipped with everything you need and with a large balcony and beautiful views of Lake Maggiore. Free parking on the grounds of the residential complex.Stefano was always available for questions and always friendly and accommodating.

Nicolò's place was clean and airy, free of clutter, but with lovely art on the walls and great books and magazines too, the right balance of personal touches. Bed linen was brand new, everything was spotless. Lovely view of mountains and a bit of lake to one side and a great location. Suna is cute and quiet and the flat is very close to the lake, right where there's a small beach, plus cafes and restaurants. Nicolò also sent us a great guide of the whole area and let us use his parking spot which, unlike many buildings in the area, was easy to come in and out of, and spacious. There is indeed no wifi, as it says on the listing, but it was not a problem for us. We definitely recommend and will be back. :)

Beautiful apartment very well equipped with ample parking . We particularly loved the kitchen with everything you need to make good dishes, as well as the 2 bathrooms for each large bedroom. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a great stay and enjoyed the peacefull sorroundings and close distance to the lake. The appartment and garden was nice, clean, and just is described. The host provided clear information and was responding quickly.

Cristina was a super great host. Everything was perfect. She helps us with everything we need, also she asks us everyday if we need something. Fantastic apartment in a beautiful location. We enjoyed every day and did a lot. Since it was low season, some restaurants in the area (including the 50m from the property) had closed. Through some research, we were able to find a few (Alberho Paradiso, Pizzeria Concordia). The accommodation itself had everything to offer, communication with the host impeccable.

We felt very comfortable in the middle of the small village of Lesa! Also very suitable with dog, as beautiful walks overlooking the lake can be reached directly from the house. Silvia was a great host!

a beautifully restored/renovated Rustico. Furnished and designed with a lot of taste. There were three of us (2 adults and a 3-year-old child, who was very easily provided with an additional mattress/bedding) and also had enough space for visiting the grandparents, who could also stay temporarily. All interiors are very spacious, next to it also plenty of space on the fresh air on the terrace and in the garden. We will be happy to come back!

Very nice stay with the family, the house is very clean, very nice decoration, well equipped, the view of the lake is beautiful, really magical and it's very quiet. Very good communication with Albert, tips for accessing the house and recommendations places and restaurants to discover. A problem on arrival and during the week with the small entrance gate which was capricious to open, after multiple tests. The pool is very clean and very large! Beautiful for swimming. Think about bathing cups, balls, snorkel masks not allowed. Min depth 1.50 meter) We had a lovely week discovering the treasures of the area, Ceresolo nearby (beware of the road if you go there on foot), Laveno Monbello where we ate very good ice cream at the Gelateria L 'imbarcadero, took the ferry boat to go to Intra and access the beautiful borrome islands from Stresa or the very pretty village of Cannobio, or Lake Orta. Leo was very proactive and flexible about check-in and check-out.

This little place is just off the main area of stresa, which means it is in a quaint little suburb. The house feels just like home with Simona and Enrico leaving some goodies as required. The only thing is that it seemed that there was a little bit of a party at one of the locals houses, which kept my partner up and the church has a bell tower so no need to set an alarm! Otherwise was exactly what we needed!

It was amazing 🤩 We had a great time staying at Mary and Marcos's home. Everything is lovingly decorated and so it was not bad that it almost only rained during our stay. We turned on the fireplace and it was so cozy. In good weather, the view is simply picturesque. Thank you for this great time!

Staying at Paola's place was just what my mom and I needed for a lakeside getaway. Paola accepted my request immediately despite few days notice, and although she was away on her business trip, her collaborator helped us check-in while staying in close touch with me for the whole process. The place is as described with a lake-front view of Lago Maggiore from the living room and the bedroom, and the side view of the beautiful garden. It was located on a gated hillside community so it felt safe, secure, and secluded. The apartment was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for a stay from laundry detergent to balsamic vinegar and a bottled water in the fridge. The great care and warm hospitality of Paola shined through on every corner from the choice of well-appointed furnitures to flower patterned toilet rolls. It was so wonderful staying in on one rainy day as we felt right at home reading and sipping tea as we watched the rain fall on the lake. We can't wait to return!

Very nice and central location with great views of the lake. Very accommodating rental. Spacious apartment and accessible by wheelchair. The only downside was the traffic on the street outside

The apartment is very nicely located directly on the lake shore, but you can hear the busy road. It is well equipped and cozy. Lodana and Lele were great hosts, we felt very welcome.

Very useful and comfortable apartment for a couple. Really enjoyed the authenticity of the building and the handy location for all amenities.

We had an absolutely wonderful time in Lugano with this as our home base for the week of New Years!! It was easy to walk to everything we needed, including quick access to the train station. There are amazing views of the lake and mountains with a beautiful little porch. It was clean and comfortable with a great kitchen for cooking. The pull out couch was comfortable for my teenage son. It was chilly outside but the apartment was nice and warm. We loved it all! Gea was very helpful and responded immediately with any questions - thank you!!

We visited in Autumn , towards the end of the season . Probably quieter than other times which suited us very well. Tha apartment had everything we needed and is about 10 minutes walk to the Lido ferry terminal . About 20 minutes walk to Stresa central and 15 to the very well stocked Conad supermarket. Favourite activities were the beautiful chestnut walk and the boat trips to Isola Bella and Madre. Would definitely like to revisit.

The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood, with a beautiful view over the golf course. The location allowed us to explore various areas of Ticino during the day, as well as relax during the evening. Looking forward to visiting again!

The apartment is furnished with so much charm and love, you immediately feel comfortable. The communication with Patrizia &Gianfranco is great! The lake view is simply magnificent. Was also a great place to stay with a toddler. We didn't lack anything. Always happy ☺️
