The building's location is otima. Proximo ao Mix Mateus (supermarket), which serves all meals with high quality. Just cross the avenue to eat. It was the differential neesses dias. The apartment is great. Super comfortable. Tuso clean and organized.

The flat is very nice and matches the photos. It is close to market, pharmacy and restaurants. The place is small but very cozy and nice. The only caveat is in relation to the drains of the sinks, both the bathroom and the kitchen are very bad, clog with common use. The one in the kitchen like this gets in the way of cooking/ washing dishes. That was the only downside, in the rest, all very good. The staff of the very cordial building and the hosts as well, always respond promptly. Great location, clean pool, laundry and gym in the building.

Christophe is a fantastic host who’s created a wonderful space that immediately feels like home. The apartment is large with amazing touches such as a well stocked library and eclectic art. I absolutely loved watching the moonrise over the ocean and city in the evenings. It was quiet and peaceful yet in an area with plenty to do. I highly recommend both Christophe and his apartment for your Recife stay!

Excellent! I gave maximum marks for all the questions, but here are some observations. We found the apartment warm. Recife was particularly hot this weekend, so it might have been for that. My wife thought the room's air conditioning could be a bit more powerful. I did not have this problem, as it was on the side of the appliance, receiving the ventilation directly. I may not have known how to operate the air conditioning correctly yet. Despite these observations, we enjoyed the experience very much. We would host again, no doubt. Our return flight was late in the afternoon. The hosts were very kind to allow us to "late check out" (there was no other reservation then, of course).

The stay in Fernando's apartment couldn't have been better. He is an extremely concerned host for guests and always willing to meet questions and demands. The property is located in an excellent region. I went to the pharmacy, supermarket, bakery and restaurants walking very little… there's everything. Anyway, everything necessary for a great stay you will find. I recommend it!

The host was of unique kindness and sympathy. The property is exactly as it is in the photos. Super served us. The location we found a little away but as we were driving this was not an issue.

This place has amazing cost benefit. Most ideal for 3 people but we fit 5 and survived well. There are many items available for purchase which is super convenient for cooking and cleaning. The host is extremely responsive. No further notes

I had a great stay, the house was wonderful, the host always proactive and worried about all the details, I hope to come back more often!!

We very much like the site. The biggest difference is to be facing the beach, the sea in front has waves for those who like it, and with a 5 minute walk comes to the pontal that has a swimming pool style, shallow and without waves, it serves all tastes. Quiet beach, we went in January and there were people but there was no agglomeration, people with a sound box, etc. At the same time, to go to the center of Porto by car takes about 10 minutes, very accessible. Security was not a problem, we saw that the place has cameras and the region is very quiet, we saw people with children walking the night quietly. The only negative point was the amount of mosquitoes, which is from the region, but as the kitchen is external, depending on the hour it is a challenge to use it. Host Carlos served us very well, we felt at home. Ah, and the space with nets is also excellent for a rest with a beautiful view of the blue sea of the region. I recommend it!

Mr Djair was a great host, very responsive, whenever we needed assistance he would respond/send help right away. The house was clean, had everything we needed - sheets, towels, kitchen utensils, etc.. only needs more TLC and maintenance of some appliances, but in general, it was an amazing stay. the community is beautiful, the amenities are really good and the beach is only a few steps away. overall we all loved our stay, but as it is a community with lots of rules, I would not recommend it if you are looking to meet up with friends and party.. it is really intended to rest and relax.

The host has always been available from the first questions to the end of the Rental. Very good place, spacious and a few meters from the beach. An employee who helped us a lot and prepared very good meals. We liked the place and will be back.

The stay was wonderful! The house perfectly met our expectations, and Rafael was extremely helpful, always available to answer questions and help us with whatever we needed. It was a great experience, and we certainly intend to return at the next opportunity!
