Can really recommend this place!

We had such a wonderful stay at Sanja’s apartment with our 2 young children! Dubrovnik is all hills and stairs so the apartment was mid way down a hill on a stair passageway and clearly numbered so easy to find. We were able to use a parking spot at the top of the hill which was convenient! The apartment is just beautiful with a view to match with a gorgeous patio! Absolutely stunning! Has a secure entry way, good wifi access, comfortable beds, everything inside was modern and clean. Kitchen has necessary cooking items and we picked up coffee, soap/shampoo, and groceries nearby. We could walk to the old town and there were restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, etc within 5-10 mins walking distance to the apartment. Laundry on site was great to have and our kids loved the jacuzzi tub! Highly recommend this stay! Thanks Sanja!

Martina’s place is amazing. Perfect distance from town for our group that likes to walk. Martina was at the ferry dock to pick us up (and drop us off upon departure) and also provided some welcome items and groceries which was very generous. All the outdoor spaces (living room, kitchen) are very stylish and unique. Exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend!

Great stay! We loved everything about our stay. The host was amazing with communication and helping us set up airport transfer. The location was absolutely perfect. Highly reccommend!

Lovely stay! We really appreciated all the help and the nice touches, including some food left for our 20 month old daughter - very kind. The apartment was ideal for our requirements (X4 adults and a child) and the terrace is stunning. The location is great, we burned lots of calories walking up and down but you can easily get cheap Ubers if you can't manage the steps. Overall a fab stay! Highly recommend!

Awesome place. Had great time and Orsat (the host) seems like a great guy and was very helpful.

We were there in October. All questions that arose beforehand were answered quickly. We were also in contact during the arrival, so we found the house well even in the dark. Matjes' father had been waiting for us. He showed us around and explained everything very well. The pool is not heated, but half of our group were still swimming. But the sea was warmer and everyone was in it. The house is located on a road. You can hear the cars at night. But by the pool it's totally chill and quiet and very private. Everything is full of olive trees. There are also tangerines and pomegranate. Really great. There is also a grill by the pool, which we did not use. From the house you can walk to the sea and to various restaurants. In about 45 minutes on the opposite side. Here, too, you can eat well (and have breakfast). Matej organized a private speed boat tour through a buddy. That was awesome! In Dubrovnik we use the parking lot! 25 min. away. Super

We had a fantastic stay! On walking distance to one of the most beautiful beaches of Dubrovnik. Old town is super easy to get to with an Uber. Appartment had everything to wish for.

Nene’s place was great - as advertised and a good value. Unfortunately, I didn’t do enough research and from the picture I thought it was overlooking old town. It is still a fine location - a quick Uber away (around 7-9 euros to old town) but I think my group would have enjoyed old town a little bit more. The host was fantastic, very responsive with quick recommendations when asked. Her dad was very sweet and even picked us up at the ferry station and helped us check into the apartment. We felt safe and not too loud for us at all.

Marija is a very friendly host. She provided many little gifts for us, including mandarins grown on the property, and olive oil she had made herself with her family. The apartment was easily big enough for our family of 4, and a short walk down to old town Dubrovnik.

October 2024 I highly recommend Hrvoje as a host, we felt very comfortable with him! Our stay in Dubrovnik was very nice and for that we thank Hrvoje from the heart!❤️🙏

Very good stay at Ivana's, the apartment is clean and well-equipped. The sea view from the balcony is very beautiful.

Great apartment with breathtaking view, has everything you might need and it’s in a walking distance to Old Town. I’ll definitely come back.

Very pleased with Mara’s place. A short walk just up the road from the old town meant it was nice and quiet. Apartment was very clean with comfortable beds and it was nice to have two bathrooms! Ideal for couples and families visiting Dubrovnik.

This is a lovely apartment, very comfortable and with everything provided for a great stay, including some lovely extras like wine, juice, tea, coffee, which were really appreciated! Biljana was always quick to respond to any questions and came out straight away to sort a problem we had with the wi-fi when we first arrived. The apartment is about 30 minutes walk from the old town of Dubrovnik and is up a steep hill, but catching ubers was easy and cheap - about 6 euro, so not a problem. If you are hiring a car, I would suggest not getting one bigger than you need as the roads are narrow and windy. We had a Qashquai, which was okay, but a bit of a squeeze sometimes when passing other cars. We noticed a lot of locals drive small cars and we could see why! All in all, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend staying at the apartment. Thank you Biljana!

Overall we had an excellent stay and highly recommend the villa, everything is as described! Only 2 things to be aware of: i) when getting a taxi from the airport, give the address with the street number so they know where to drop you off to climb up some street stairs that get to the villa. ii) take repellent with you for mosquitoes (we were there in early October). Enjoy!

Ivo was really friendly, responsive and approachable. He provided a welcome platter on arrival which was a lovely surprise. Arrived early and Ivo kindly dropped us off at a local restaurant and picked us up after, really kind, hospitable host. The villa itself was just the same as the pictures, location was very quiet and peaceful, local bakery walking distance and the Verandah restaurant highly recommended. Small supermarket also walking distance away to pick up essentials. Villa only 20 to 25 minutes from old town Dubrovik. Mihaela also arranged day trip tours and airport transfers which all worked out perfectly. Highly recommended

John's villa is beautiful. The views are stunning. The units are well equipped (both with washers and one with a combo washer/dryer). John prepared a delicious meal for us one night, with Sea Bream, Sea Bass and his world-famous spaghetti with lobster. We had two children, ages four and eleven in our group and they especially enjoyed the pool, even in late September. A highlight was swimming with the grandkids at the villa after returning from a full-day outing (Dubrovnik, Elaphiti Island Boat Trip and a journey by our van into Montenegro). The beaches are beautiful, but quite a journey to them, which given our time at the villa, was not as much of a plus, as I had imagined. The pizza restaurant and local market are extremely walkable (uphill), but everything else needs to be driven to. There are a lot of hills, but this is part of the beauty of this coastline! John is a very connected, responsive, kind, and helpful host. He will help with all sorts of arrangements.

Everything about this property is FIRST CLASS - the hosts Boris & Katija have built an amazing place for your Dubrovnik holiday. We were a group of 8 adults and were amazed at how huge the property was, the amenities it had (a sparkling infinity pool, steam, sauna, a well appointed kitchen - you name it). But most importantly the hosts themselves were wonderful - they helped us out in every way possible with the transfers to/from Dubrovnik airport & the daily visits to the Old town. They recommended us a nice speed boat for a full day trip to all the surrounding islands. If you do end up staying here do not miss the almost private beach at your disposal All in all it was an amazing 3 night stay for us all & I am sure we will be coming back here & recommending it to our friends to try it out. What a beautiful home Diana and Mihaela have! We spent a week here with friends (4 kids and 4 adults) and there was plenty of space. The layout is so well designed and the locked gate made it so we never worried about the kids safety. It is just a 5 minute walk to the grocery store and shopping and a 10 minute walk to a rock beach and marina for easy ferry transportation to Cavtat and Old Town. Ubers were aplenty and the home was spotless. 11/10 recommend this place, you will be coming back!

Loved staying here! Nikolina was so helpful and quick to respond to all my messages before and during the stay. She even put us in contact with a private chef (who was lovely!). The villa was gorgeous and would happily stay here again!

My whole family loved staying here. We wish we could have stayed another week. The house is perfect, there was plenty of space and the outside area is amazing. Everything was nice, modern and clean. The hosts were amazing, friendly, helpful and super responsive. I definitely recommend staying here.

What a lovely way to kick off a holiday with our family - on arrival Diana had prepared some local meats and cake as a welcome. The house is 5 star luxury, the view is stunning, beds are so comfortable, and we loved using the outdoor kitchen by the pool. This is the best stocked airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. Diana truely made us welcome and is a fantastic host. She helped us organise dinners and a day out on a boat. So many great memories from our holiday. Thanks Diana you are simply amazing.
