Townhome vacation rentals in Oceanside City Beach

Cindy's place was perfect again. This is our second stay! Fully stocked kitchen (crockpot, pots/pans, etc), dishwasher, washer/dryer, tvs in each room, bbq grill, front and back deck for relaxing outside. Everything you need to cook and chill at home and play games after a day at the beach! A short two minute walk to stairs that go to the beach or to watch a gorgeous sunrise/set!! We had seven people with plenty of room and plenty of hot water the entire time. The community is super safe with a guarded gate. And also has a pool and hot tub! Lots of cute shops and restaurants within just a few miles! And a grocery store just around the corner. This place is centrally located to everything without being in the over crowded, busy, no parking part of town!

The location was beautiful and with easy access to interstates a few minutes away it was easy to get around. But it was the views overlooking the ocean with pelicans flying and dolphins swimming past that were amazing. Having 2 full bathrooms with 5 adults staying was great. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, etc. The living room area has a large smart TV and is stocked with books and games to play which we made use of. All in all, it was a great location for my family gathering.

This property was great for a week at the beach. It is literally a two minute walk to the beach. The best part was the rooftop terrace - perfect for watching the dolphins compete with the surfers for waves. The host Timothy was excellent - met us at arrival - and was responsive to our questions.

This was our fourth or fifth stay at Debbie’s. Always clean and well stocked. She is so easy to communicate with and always friendly and accommodating with special requests. It has become my family’s home away from home. The view is spectacular

We had a great time with the family. Angela's place is beautiful and super comfortable for two families. Fully equipped. The amenities were great. There are lots of beaches to check out around. We would love to come back. Thank you!!

Linda greeted us on arrival and showed us around the townhouse and the complex. This was a wonderful place to stay and had lots of restaurants etc within walking distance. Beautiful complex right on the beach. Linda was on hand for any advice and help and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the townhouse.

Enjoyed our one week stay at this comfortable, conveniently located condo. The bathroom door to the master bedroom was broken (sliding pocket door wasn't mounted on any tracks), but Susan's handyman arrived the following day and fixed it. The repair took several hours but handyman was very pleasant and did a good job.

Laura was an extremely pleasant host and our stay was just as expected. Great area with easy walkable access to Del Mar dog beach. Close to everything we wanted. Host was very responsive with any and all questions we had. We would stay here again.

Place was clean, comfortably fit four adults and a child, and was in a great location near the beach and shopping in Solana Beach and Del Mar. Mallorie was responsive and gave us tons of suggestions of things to do, which we found very helpful. Would highly recommend and can't wait to go back!

Allison’s place was awesome! Lots of space. Clean and quiet. Super responsive hosts. We have stayed in many places in Encinitas and this is our favorite! Definitely will stay again. Super close to beach and restaurants. Highly recommend.

What a great place with all the amenities. One block from the beach . Walking distance to Carlsbad village , restaurants, and the beach . Parking in the garage . I highly recommend this place !

Cheri'e is an amazing host and she went above and beyond to make us feel right at home during our stay, extremely responsive , understanding and helpful . She did provide very clear instructions for checkin, checkout and anything that was needed. The place was clean, very well decorated and organized. She did anticipate lot of the infant items that we needed. Overall this was a great place and experience for our family .

Soothing Stays does a great job of communicating important information leading up to the stay and is very responsive when I had questions. The place was beautiful and very clean. I had such amazing sleep, and this comes from someone who has sleep issues when I don't sleep anywhere except my own bed. LOL. It was worth it.

Amazing location and outfitted with everything we needed for a week away with our little baby! Very clean and good amenities. Could not be closer to the beach and neighbor was great with coffee shop or two and walking distance to very fun design district.

Joell was hands down the best host i’ve ever had on Airbnb. Not only her place matched the description, she was a great host with well equipped kitchen and home in general. She is very responsive, respectful and goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and are taken care of. Her place is really updated. The furniture inside is really comfortable, clean and really good quality. The bathroom is very clean, the shower is amazing and one of the cleanest showers i’ve seen during my stays at airbnbs. Would definitely pick her place as my first go to option if available.

The place was fantastic and Stephanie was absolutely amazing to work with. She was very responsive and flexible. The home had an amazing view of the Pacific and was super comfortable to stay in for a week. The beds were all comfy and everything worked well. Perfect location in Leucadia and convenient for everything. We will DEFINITELY rent here again when in this area. Had an amazing stay!!!!!!!!

Trevor's place was perfect for a long weekend with my grown daughters - we walked to the beach and basically hung out together, which was the whole point. I've never seen a kitchen as well-equipped. The space was generous and it was quiet at night. We used a couple of the beach chairs to sit out on the balcony in the sun. Trevor was helpful with a few questions we had and all in all in was absolutely great and I can highly recommend it! I hope that we'll be able to repeat this next year!

We had a great time staying at Kelly’s place. Good location, Close to restaurants and supermarkets within couple mins drive. Plus a playground near by which is great for a family with kids.

Beautiful town home at a cul de sac on a peaceful street in Encinitas. It was close car ride to many restaurants and beaches for surfing in Encinitas and easy access to interstate-5. A short car ride to San Diego sites such as the San Diego zoo and Midway museum and restaurants. The home is well stocked with kitchen utensils, coffee maker, and dishes with a large refrigerator. The patio is very neat with many plantings and a table with chairs. Overall, it was a good accommodation size for our group of three and also good for four or two couples. Thank you, Guy, for renting your place to us, we had a great stay and will again in the future.

You cannot beat the ocean view. We kept calling it the magic window. We saw dolphins every morning while sipping coffee. The place was clean and had everything we needed.

Great location, that stretch of beach is one of best in the world. Can walk to anything you want or need - restaurants, bars, coffee shops, entertainment, shopping. The home is very well stocked (including essential kitchen condiments) and well appointed with quality linens, beds, furniture. Lots of important details, like luggage racks, hangers, paper products, beach towels. One note, if you need the lofts, look closely at the pics - they are small and accessed via a ladder in each of the bedrooms, open to those bedrooms, could work for families but kids are basically in the same room with you. Overall it's clear the owners care about creating a lovely stay for guests. Highly recommend!

Cheryl was very responsive when the microwave didn’t work and had a new one delivered by 10am the following day. The beds are extremely comfortable, fully stocked kitchen and very quiet with no excess noise from neighbors. You’re so close to the ocean you can see pods of dolphins breaching. It was a wonderful vacation.

Clean, comfortable, and well stocked with all your beach-vacation necessities! Great location with beautiful views off the balconies. 10/10, would stay here over and over again.
