This was an AMAZING SPACE!!. Great floorplan, great amenities, and it will be a perfect space for your family. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed and more.. The beds, pillows, and linens were very comfortable, and the kitchen had PLENTY of tableware and utensils for the family. My family and I will certainly return.

Our family loved staying at this charming cottage on the river. The views are beautiful and very peaceful. Inside the cottage is everything you need for comfortable stay, the decor is tastefully and artfully done. Outside is equally enjoyable with fun and relaxation all around! Our family enjoyed the sunsets and the hammock. You truly feel on vacation here! So peacefuI, would recommend this location above staying in Norfolk or VA Beach to get the best of all worlds. Its an easy quick drive to Downtown Portsmouth and Norfolk. Virginia Beach was only 25-35 min using Midtown tunnel! We loved walking around the neighborhood everyone was so friendly. Portsmouth City park was easy for us to walk to and only a few minute drive by car. Truly one of our best airbnb experiences in the Hampton roads. We felt like we were able to take in not only the Elizabeth River views and tranquility, but also got to experience surrounding tidewater cities. Janine's cottage just shines!

This was such a beautiful house! The fenced yard was fabulous for my little dog. The bed was comfy. Plenty of hot water and great water pressure in the shower. Well-stocked kitchen. Big fridge. Such a comfy couch to have a snack and watch a movie. I didn't use the piano room or the big three-season room, but they would be lovely for visitors in groups or with kids. The hosts had a great sense of humor when I thought I'd locked myself out (I didn't...I just had a temporary brain freeze, lol). Beautiful neighborhood. If I can get my kids to come visit, we'll definitely look into booking this house because it's got all the space and conveniences we would need. Highly recommended.

Loved our stay at the Casita! Adam was very responsive during our trip and was sure to stay on top of any concerns. More than enough room for two couples. We did find that the couch and some blankets had a slight smell, nothing crazy but just a heads up if you're sensitive. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our trip, the kitchen was a dream to cook in.

We loved this Airbnb! Had so many amenities that made it feel like home such as extra linens, fully stocked kitchen, toys for the baby and items for the dogs. The back yard was so fun for our dogs and toddler. The home is spacious and easy to get to places in Williamsburg. Would definitely come back !

Our stay was fantastic and the Christmas decorations made for a wonderful stay.

The home was in pretty good shape considering it’s an investment property The inside was very clean and smelled good. Host was very responsive and very helpful The only negative I can mention is the water pressure in the master shower and sink…..beyond that the stay was great and I would gladly stay there again

We really enjoyed staying at the golden hour! The hosts were very responsive and helpful! They had sound machines in every bedroom which if you have kids is a big deal. The toys and kids activities there were a big hit! The pools are pristine and the whole outdoor area is very nice! Very short walk to beach which was also convenient! They literally thought of everything, if you forgot something chances are they had it! Definitely recommend staying here if you have children and want a nice low key place to stay!

This stylish, well-equipped home exceeded our expectations! the private pool and backyard were perfect for relaxing, and the included bikes made the beach trip a breeze. The comfy king beds and screened porch added luxury, while the kitchen had everything we needed. Hosts were responsive, and the location steps from restaurants/activities couldn't be beat! Loved the quirky neon art and beach gear! A gem for families or groups seeking convenience!

A wonderful place. it was perfect for our faimaly. Everyone in the faimaly had a delightfully time. i also never would have thought a game of fussball could be beneficial for relationships.

Absolutely amazing stay, this was the perfect place for our young family. Our toddler loved the playroom and our dog couldn’t get enough of the huge backyard. The house is large and very comfortable, it is well equipped with everything my wife and I could want or need. Sabrina is a fantastic host, and made us feel right at home for our nearly month long stay. She was very responsive whenever we had questions and extremely considerate, checking in on us several times to make sure we had everything and were enjoying our stay.

We loved staying here! It was very quiet even thought it was next to the highway. Easy access to stores, NEX, Commissary, and the beach. The townhouse felt like home and the beds were very comfortable. Sandi and Ashley were quick to respond to all of my messages. We will definitely be staying here again when visiting!

We stayed at this Virginia Beach condo over Christmas vacation. The home was very clean and spacious and an easy walk to the beach. It was perfect for our family of six. The only drawback was the traffic noise. Even with the windows closed, we could hear the traffic all day to late into the night.

I absolutely recommend Steff's studio, it is charming! So many attractive decor touches and super well equipped, including a variety of chargers, cooking materials, extra towels, lots more. And Steff is the most responsive host we have ever experienced, have used Airbnb for years. Above and beyond describes both the apartment and her attention. We happened to arrive right after a crazy snow storm and unexpectedly the whole town was pretty much shut down our first night. Even grocery stores were closed. Thanks to frozen pizzas left for us we had a warm dinner that first night. Top of the line Airbnb experience.

I stayed at Erin's place for Valentine's Day weekend, and it was a wonderful experience. She graciously allowed an early check-in, which made my stay even more convenient. The property was peaceful, exactly as pictured, and had all the amenities I needed to cook both breakfast and dinner. There were no disturbances, making it a truly relaxing getaway. Absolutely wonderful hosts! Gracious and friendly. Respected my privacy. The fenced yard with plenty of space for my dog and the lovely koi pond made our stay safe and relaxing. Quiet neighborhood for walking. The camper was stocked with everything we could imagine needing. Comfy bed with super cozy linens and blankets. The heat was great despite it being in the 30s and 40s outside. Wifi allowed me to watch streaming videos and work remotely. Plenty of hot water. Fell in love with Mandy, the black lab, whom we saw a few times as we were coming and going. If you want a comfortable space away from traffic and people, this is a great choice. I would stay again anytime.

Great stay very comfortable and private, the host is very responsive and made me feel welcome . I did travel with my dog and having a fenced in backyard is absolutely a great perk
