This was hands down the nicest Airbnb I have ever stayed at. The photos do not do it justice at all!! Fernando was an amazing host and made the group and I feel right at home for my bachelor party. He was extremely responsive on questions, requests, and issues. 11/10 recommend!!!!

It is located in a central place close to everything, the neighbors are excellent. Since I arrived to stay, everything has been clean and very nice. Zulmarie is attentive to any message you send her. A good place to stay. I LOVED everything. ✨

Not far from familiar stores, 15 mins airport, 20 mins from downtown San Juan and beach. The back yard was my favorite part of the house. Quiet area, safe and fun. Will book again

The home was very beautiful and clean. The hostess was very consistent and concise with her communication. Her response to our questions with almost immediate, and I really appreciate our business transactions together.

This was my second time in PR and I loved this place. I also think that the pictures do not do it justice. It was even better in person. The host was great and responsive. I would stay here again. The outdoor bathroom was amazing.

The best place to disconnect from the day to day routine and explore the sights. Very peaceful neighborhood, the cleanliness was spot on. Nothing bad to say at all. We want to stay again here. We loved it. Attention to details 100% very professional.

Great stay, very clean home!

Amazing place, good location and great value. Javi's place easily accommodated our group of 5 adults and 2 kids. All amenities were available as listed and everything was working properly (AC units, laundry, hot water, etc). The place was very clean and Javi was quick to respond when I had questions. The place is within walking distance to nearby restaurants, small shops and a super market. The surrounding feels safe and it did not feel loud, other than the morning rosters that are everywhere in the island lol. Javi is a great host was very pro-active about making our trip enjoyable the minute we arrived. Highly recommended!

Loved the place. It was clean, neat, and close to the locations we were going to. Host replied very quickly had clear instructions. This place is a gem and we had a great experience here. The only con would be is that you can hear everything outside as the windows are thin and the architecture of the windows in PR in general are built that way.

We loved our stay in Puerto Rico. Check in was flexible and easy, and the location was fantastic! The courtyard was a dream to wake up to and eat in. The air conditioning in the primary bedroom turned on within 5 minutes at night and we woke up feeling cool and refreshed. Local restaurant options provided by Lincoln were authentic and well priced - great experiences to enhance our stay. The description of the place was accurate and just as wonderful as the pictures described. I would have loved if there were a few more hooks to place coats or clothing on but it did not affect our overall wonderful experience!

Sylvette was a wonderful hostess! She was very responsive to any questions we had. The place was exactly like the photos. Easy check and check out. The people are so kind and nice. Absolutely love it there.

We really enjoyed our three day stay at Erin’s place! It’s a great location from which to explore Old San Juan. It has the amenities needed and the roof top patio was a nice extra. We liked to eclectic decor and staying in a place that probably dates back a couple centuries or more! We really appreciated Erin’s quick response to our many questions about the area and things to do. Excellent restaurant recommendations!

Me and my friends had an amazing stay at Monteflores Property. Luis met us at check in and provided an update on every amenity in the beautiful villa. The rooms were big clean and spacious as we had 5 guest stay for my best friends 40th birthday. The location was amazing and private but very secure. The location was so much bigger in person and super clean which we loved. We recommend anyone with a big party to reserve with them you won’t be disappointed. Thank you again for providing an amazing stay and when I come back to Puerto Rico I will absolutely book with them again.

Great house! The AC is quite powerful. The backyard is an amazing space. The beds are on the soft size, so keep that in mind. The shower is a bit funky - either super hot or cold, but good once you figure it out! Overall a great stay!

This was a last minute reservations and Jesus quickly accommodated us in less than 24 hours. We will return and continue hosting. The location was ideal and secured. Simply minutes away from everything and had all the amenities you can think of.

awesome place to stay, exactly like pictures, neighborhood looks wired initially as we were in PR first time then realize this is how it is and get use to of it, close to airport and lot of other things, had an awesome stay no issues at all so many things to list that were great - will definitely stay again to this same place.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights and left our little ones with family. Marisa was such an amazing host, this was my first time using Airbnb on vaca so I was a little hesitant. I read some of the prior reviews and wondered if everyone was related to her because they were so positive, well she lived up to all of it and exceeded it (we’re not related but she treated us like family 😁) There was a power outage when we stayed and luckily she had invested in a big generator that kept EVERYTHING working in the home. Two balconies were awesome, spacious clean and comfortable all around. We were pleasantly surprised to walk into some snacks and drinks she stocked up for us. Coffee is a must for us, we drink bustello at home and whatever brand she had was just as good maybe better :). Highly recommend!!
