Beachfront vacation rentals in Ocean Beach

Lovely home had heaps of board games for the kids they enjoyed it. Right across from the beach. Lovely neighborhood very quite and peaceful. Definitely recommend Julianne’s place 🙂

Very spacious and well set up Bach / Crib in a wonderful coastal setting. Very tranquil and relaxing atmosphere augmented with a great sense of family history of happy times across generations. We hope to enjoy this very special place again in the future. Craig and Petra.

We had a wonderful stay at Nicki’s place!! Nicki was very responsive to messages and check in was super easy with clear instructions. The house is gorgeous, beautifully styled, spacious, super comfy and had all the amenities we needed. It rained most of the time we were in Hawke’s Bay, but we enjoyed chilling out for a few days after a busy week and were able to enjoy walks along the beach (stones, so wear shoes) in snatches of clearer weather. Had a lovely time wine tasting at nearby wineries, coffee at Brown Dog Espresso was excellent and lunch at Hygge at Clifton (just up the road) also delicious. A lovely place to stay and would highly recommend.

Gerry's home was THE MOST beautiful place we have ever had the pleasure and privilege of staying. You can see and hear the ocean from almost every room, the rooms were spacious and modern but homey and comfy. There were 4 of us that stayed the week, and all 4 of us can NOT wait to come back too this very location. Gerry, the host was so sweet and attentive, he made us feel so at home. We walked to the shops and beaches all day and coming home was one of the greatest parts of our day. 100% recommend this home.

Beautiful location. Just like the photos! It was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids aged 2 and 4. Beach a one minute walk away, playground and shop/cafe (excellent takeaways) a 15 min walk on the beach. Accommodation basic but absolutely fine. Beds comfy and linen etc high quality.

Staying at Marg's was comfortable and exactly what the family needed over the Christmas break. Very homely, private and easy access to the beach. Would happily recommend.

Amazing hosts made us feel very welcome Our room with ensuite was very large and well equipped with mini frig , tv and tea/coffee centre. Hieke and Peter are outstanding in their helpfulness .

We found and requested to book Shelly’s at the last minute after deciding to extend our stay one more night in Napier. Shelly was quick to respond and was gracious enough to allow an earlier check in so we could easily transition from our accommodation to her place . Shelly met us at the apartment, walked us through everything and showed us our secure parking space too. Shelley’s place was well equipped and very comfortable and quiet, and walking distance to many restaurants and the Ahuriri shops. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Shelly!

We really enjoyed our stay at Asha’s AirBnb and cannot recommend it highly enough. It was great for a group of us, with multiple entertainment areas and private bedrooms. Amazing back section with a swimming pool which was a treat in summer. Thanks for letting us stay Asha, we had a great time.

Lovely place felt right at home would definitely stay again

We had a wonderful stay at Brin’s place. The place was beautiful, clean and calming. We enjoyed using the spa pool, looking out at the sea and the stars at night. Brin allowed us to use his bikes which we used to ride to the wineries in the area. Brin was a lovely host and couldn’t do enough for us, making us feel right at home as soon as we arrived. we would definitely stay here again if we are back in Napier.

Compact upstairs apartment with wonderful sea views, right on the waterfront. Simply but well appointed, bottle of wind in the fridge a nice touch. Nice seating area in front of the panoramic beach window.

We loved our three night stay here. The ocean is very close across a grassy field. Beautiful beach. Lovely home. Excellent value compared to staying in downtown Napier and got to see more because of it. We only met Deidre as we were leaving but wish we had gotten to know her more. She was super friendly and kind. Only regret was that we didn’t get to meet Lemmy. I’ll definitely stay here next time we visit Napier.

Fantastic house nestled under the stunning cliffs and just a short walk away from beautiful Kairakau beach. This was our second stay here and it was another wonderful stay. There is plenty of room in the house for 3 couples with lovely big living/dining areas and a spacious kitchen, and having three bathrooms is a real luxury. Stephanie was very responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a long weekend escape at the beach with friends or family!

We stayed at Brents place while visiting Napier for three nights. Our stay exceeded expectations. The view was to die for, the place was spacious and comfortable, as well as completely private. Great amenities and lovely small touches from the hosts (coffee, washing liquid etc.). The jacuzzi was absolutely lovely in the cooler evenings which was waiting for us all hot on arrival 😀. Highly recommend this home and hosts, would definitely be top on list when in Napier again!
