We had a great stay at Mariola's place. The property is in the small town of Raubling in a quiet neighborhood, just a few blocks from the main road and near several markets and a great bakery. Raubling is near the foothills of the Alps so you can see tree covered hills nearby. We took day trips to Munich, Lenggries and Neuschwanstein. The property was large enough for our group of six and we made use of the indoor pool and sauna.

We enjoyed our stay very much.

The house is very spacious and well-equipped! Franz has thought of many details, we noticed - chocolate star bunnies🙂, water, soda, milk, cheese ... and the helpful instructions. We felt comfortable. Easy to check in: lockbox with code. Location: Since in our time the U6 did not go to Munich-Hadern due to repair work, we have bus lines 54 (H Aurikelstr. 5 min walk) or 56 (H Marchioninistraße 18 min. Footpath) to get into town with a change to the U6/U3. The Marchioninistraße variant was well combined with breakfast at Café Widmann. Bus X6 and U4/U5 are also easy to get to the city. Very easy and smooth stay. Peaceful and spacious house with everything we needed.. clean and located in a very convenient spot, close to Munich Messe. Grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Small town, but big enough to find everything needed. I would definitely recommend this place especially if you’re in the area for a tradeshow and you have a vehicle.

We had an amazing stay! The space was immaculately clean, and the location was both peaceful and breathtakingly beautiful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here and would absolutely book again in the future!

I had a great stay at this beautiful location! The villa was exactly as described spacious, stylish, and perfect for a gathering. The host was very friendly and accommodating, which I really appreciated. My only issue was the cleanliness, which could have been better. Other than that, everything went smoothly, and I would consider booking again in the future. Looking forward to seeing improvements in that area :)

Sabeeka and her husband made us extremely welcome and helped out enormously by driving us to and from a lakeside restaurant as well as to and from the train station. Even helped out by buying us supplies for breakfast.

Oh and the beautiful view which took our breath away every day. The gentle jingling of cow bells was so relaxing too. You have a really beautiful and homely home, which enabled such a relaxing stay! The sauna was such a welcome touch for my eldest daughter and I. Your home was spotlessly clean and everything we could want for to cater for ourselves was there. Thank you so much again from the bottom of our hearts for such a magical stay! We will definitely be back!

It was a great place to stay for a weekend. We felt totally comfortable and the communication with Dagmar was great! You can jog wonderfully in the nearby park and the train station and some restaurants in Pasing are within walking distance.

We came to Munich for Oktoberfest and we could not have been more pleased with our stay at Rainer’s beautiful house. Rainer was there to personally greet us and show us around the property. The home was perfectly clean and the neighborhood was so peaceful. Walkable distance to many things. I would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay and would love to return someday.

Excellent house in a quiet and peaceful location yet a short drive to all the attractions in Munich. The house is extremely well equipped for large groups and families as well. The hosts are proactive and take special attention in making sure guests are comfortable and are having a nice stay. I would highly recommend this airbnb and will gladly visiting them again. Recently stayed at this Viletta and it was a great experience. The Villetta is very well equipped with almost everything you'll need during the stay. Also Richard provides awesome welcome gifts and a few beverages for you to enjoy. The location is also close to the train and a local bakery. Both are walkable. Everything went great for our Christmas celebration. No issues during our stay. There were also games and phone chargers convenient in the living area. The kitchen is fantastic! Would definitely stay there again.

Inge’s home was perfect for our family of two adults and two teenage girls (15 & 18). Beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is fantastic, huge bathroom in the basement, laundry is also in the basement which made it very nice to wash our clothes after a week in Paris before we arrived at Inge’s wonderful home. A five minute walk to the U-Bahn stop was very convenient also. A wonderful Gasthaus is a two minute walk away with great food and prices. We got to the know Francie our waitress each time we visited and she also made our visit very memorable! 15-20 minutes to anywhere downtown or to the BMW museum in Schwabing by car also. Parking your car at Inge’s was easy. Marienplatz is only a few U-Bahn stops away and you can get to many museums by foot from there. We absolutely loved our time there! I had lived in Munich in the 1980’s so I knew my way around and Inge’s home my return very memorable! You will not be disappointed with your stay here!

My husband and I stayed at this location after the Bauma trade show in Munich. It was a great escape from the busy city and we very much enjoyed the nature of the yard with beautiful flowers and birds. Each morning we enjoyed coffee outside and evening cocktails to finish the day. We did not rent a car and enjoyed our 15 minute walk to the store to purchase groceries. There are several restaurants in the area, we didn't have a single bad meal. Everything was wonderful! This location was a 9 minute walk to the S Bahn which made access to public transportation extremely easy. However, we found ourselves not wanting to leave the area once we got there. We enjoyed walking through the neighborhood and a stroll in the nearby forest. There is a beer garden in the forest where we enjoyed a Dunkle and watching the kids run and play freely. It was a great way to live like the locals for a few days before our travel back to Parkville, Missouri. We hope to return during the next Bauma.

Mark, the son, was ready to answer to any questions and Mark and Barbara were were best that I have ever experienced among airbnb hosts. The place was perfected located in safe, clean neighborhood, very near from the subway station, only 3 minutes walk from the exit. The house is so clean and dirtless. We had enough towels, and many kinds of toiletry. Super kind, perfectly prepared house for guests! We had a great time and we will definetely visit again when we are given a chance to be Munich again!!Thank you for everything! Going back to Korea with good memories in Munchen with Robert and Barbara, and the puppy, Peanut : ) !

We liked the place super much! The cottage is super stylishly furnished, as can be seen on the pictures! Location directly on railway tracks and country road did not bother us. You can easily reach Munich, Tölz or Garmisch. The kitchen is really well equipped with various utensils. Among other things: baking paper, aluminum foil, dishwasher, spices, and zewa - from experience I can say that this is not a given. We had a great travel cot from Nuna and a Stokke Tripp Trapp available. Everything is super family-friendly, also games are available. I recommend the accommodation for couples or parents with babies up to 1 year. With older children too small for us personally, as the further sleeping option is the sofa bed in the living room.

A really beautiful place perfect for a quiet stay! Lutz and Sophie were super friendly and made us feel right at home - the cuddly cat was also a bonus! Highly recommend!

Very nice, quiet, and comfortable house with a great outdoor space. The kids loved the chickens, bunnys, and the trampoline. Lots of opportunity for kids to play and have fun. Very enjoyable for us grown-ups, too, with nice indoor and outdoor spaces and a decently equipped kitchen. Very friendly and welcoming hosts.

Very cozy historic house directly in the center. Two-story home, clean and well-stocked. Annette was very helpful and quick to respond to requests. Great solution also with children (the rooms are accessed by a staircase but it was made safe for the little ones with double gate). Comfortable kitchen. Bathroom equipped with both shower and bathtub. Very close to the s-bahn, reachable on foot in a few minutes. Thank you Annette for this stay in Wolfratshausen!

it was a great staying in the house, it's really cozy and well decorated, it has all you need and the neighborhood is beautiful. 15 minutes away from the train stations if you walk.
