Lake ConRoy's Manor, a mini resort to say the least! Our home is a 4 BR/3 bath w/ a 5th sleeping space in a cute, cubby loft with porches on front and back. A pool table & dart board in front living area as you enter the home, plus a huge kitchen & dining room bar. The Manor sits on 5 acres and is completely fenced in. Please note a portion of the outdoor areas such as the private swimming pond, sand volleyball, horse shoes, etc. are shared spaces w/ two other small rentals on the prop.

Must see -- recently upgraded flooring downstairs. Enjoy your morning coffee/evening drinks on the deck or the covered pavilion located on the property. Spend time relaxing in the hot tub or hanging out by the fire pit w/family. Grill outside while enjoying a movie or your favorite sports! 5-minute walk to our neighborhood park with fishing, a small beach area, picnic tables, grill, sand volleyball court and lots of space to play. Pets will enjoy our fenced backyard to run and play.
