Alice was so great with our baby and Elise (the cook) made delicious food for us and our baby. Anything tour related such as hiking Mount Bisoke ask Peterson. All of the staff went above and beyond to help us. Alice came to the Market with us to buy Rwandan imigongo (pictures) and Kitenge (traditional fabrics). All in all our group highly recommends staying at the Urugano Virunga Palace when you come to Musanze. :)

Our stay at Hervé's place was really good. The two bedroom house is located next to his own house. It's very clean, quiet, bright. The matrasses were comfortable, bedding and towels new and soft. WLAN works perfectly. He provided eggs, milk, tea, coffee, cornflakes and bananas, which was super helpful. It's a perfect place for a family to stay over on the way to elsewhere or as a base for excursions towards Kibuye.

I loved and enjoyed staying at this place, it felt just like home. The home is beautiful and very peaceful if you are looking to rest well in Gisenyi it's the right place to be. The host was very responsive and helpful and Donata and Eric who maintain the place amazingly were very much helpful and welcoming. it is also a nice home if you have a family and want to visit Gisenyi as it's location is near most of the staff including the beach which is 5 min drive. I really loved staying here and would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a calm place to rest while enjoying Gisenyi.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa! The lake views were stunning, and the private pool and garden made it so relaxing. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a big plus. The place is serene, spacious, and perfect for a family getaway. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind, and we will surely be back!

Staying at Villa Kileleshwa was nothing short of a DREAM! What a beautiful home! When booking the place, we asked whether it was family/baby-friendly, and it didn't disappoint one bit. From its luscious Eden-like gardens to a lovely decorated home and just the comfiest beds...it was hard to wake up :-) The wait staff were extremely professional and helpful, but especially kind, a wonderful reflection of how the owners treat them. The only thing I would recommend is that the pictures be updated to reflect the true beauty of the place; they do not do it its due justice :-) :-) I can't say enough how much we loved it. I am recommending this to all my friends and family. They put the V in Villa. Thank you, Yannick, Noamie-Anne, and Francoise, for opening your beautiful home to the world! I hope to be back soon :-)

I enjoyed my stay at Flamingo. The location is conveniently located in downtown, safe and close to all amenities. The Flamingo staff are very welcoming, helpful, attentive, and do their best to make your stay enjoyable. In addition, every morning you are entitled to a delicious breakfast that is included in the nightly price. You can also order a meal on site at a good price. Wifi is there, too. Good value for money, I highly recommend it. Thanks again.

Francois's please is truly relaxing, it felt like vacation from the start. Francois is a very friendly host, "un grand homme"! His team is also very supportive and hospitable. We can truly recommend to stay at Francois's place as it's near the beach and the garden is beautiful for starting your day with special bird sounds. The breakfast is also outstanding. Overall, we will come back to Francois when we are visiting Gisenyi as we really had a special time.
