Vacation rentals with a patio in Nuevo Altata

Good house, with utensils, good common area

The house has everything you need to get to and be comfortable. You only have to bring the food that is to be consumed, it even has the basics (oil, salt, sugar, ...) and it has a grill/charcoal, which is a plus in high season. Unlucky there were certain details but that have nothing to do with the owners of the private and the communication with our host was excellent, he was always very attentive and appreciated. We hope to return soon, very nice house.

Very nice and comfortable

The house is very nice, spacious and well equipped, with AC, kitchen utensils and whites. Noelia and her husband were very helpful and kind during our stay. They have surveillance and administrative staff that meet the needs of the visitors. It is 5 minutes from Playa Pelicanos and 10 minutes from the Malecón de Altata, close to restaurants. It features its beach club, pool and beach furniture for even for cooking at the house and making a fire on the beach. Suggestions for improvement: Include two towels x occupant (for use of pool and beach and one for the daily bathroom), include in each bathroom a brush to clean the bathroom, improve the quality of the internet. What we loved: recommendations of places to visit, restaurants and local contacts for food and their willingness to make our stay comfortable. Issues: Visiting neighbors who do not respect the regulations and are very noisy late at night, however the complaint was resolved.
