This is the second time we have stayed in Helen’s place ( for good reason- is excellent!). Absolutely immaculate, tastefully decorated and well equipped. Helen was always responsive to any queries. Great location in centre of Stalham- highly recommended.

We loved staying at Beside the Willows. It was beautifully furnished, very comfortable and spacious with lots of thoughtful touches. We particularly enjoyed sitting by the river on a private deck watching wildlife and relaxing. The private sauna was an excellent extra feature that we really enjoyed and added to a very special stay. Our hosts were really friendly and helpful. It’s set in a beautiful location and we hope to come back and stay for longer next time.

Brilliant location. Great communication from hosts with really easy check-in. Hosts left a welcome hamper which was a nice surprise and a lovely touch. It even had items for our 13 month old.

We had a fabulous few days, the apartment was everything we could expect and more. Vikki contacted us a couple of days before we set out to check if we needed anything. We could not have asked for a better place, the best apartment we have stayed in so far. Highly recommended :)

A lovely flat designed with care and beautiful taste. Everything was as described and we were directed to a fab local pub for dinner. Chris and Peter were very responsive and helpful. Will absolutely book again! Especially brilliant if you're in Norwich to visit the Norwich University of the Arts!

A beautifully furnished home and lovely courtyard garden. It had everything we needed and was beautifully presented. My wife and I felt very at home and relaxed staying here. The flat is much bigger than we expected and was very well laid out. It is in an ideal position for visiting Cromer and the surrounding area. We will have no hesitation in staying here again.

This is a fabulous little place to stay. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Very clean and tidy. The location is great, especially if paddling is your thing as the river is literally right on the doorstep. The view from the little garden is so beautiful.

We had a lovely stay here in Norwich. Great central location. We really enjoyed the space. particularly the kitchen which was well stocked with utensils so we could buy some food and cook for ourselves which is always nice

I had a wonderful stay at Cliff Haven. From start to finish, communication was excellent, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The apartment was well equipped with great quality furnishings, and I especially loved the artwork—it really added a personal touch. The location in Sheringham was perfect, just a short stroll to both the beach and the high street, making it easy to explore the area. It was also very quiet, ensuring a peaceful stay. The bed was super comfortable, and I slept like a dream. Highly recommend this place!

Interior space exceedingly well planned and furnishings comfortable. Excellent value for money. Being on a busy road was a negative point as was the smallness of the exterior space. However neither spoiled our stay and I would emphasise that the positives far outweighed the negatives and the hosts were very nice, so we would recommend

Marisol replied quickly to my emails and went out of her way to help . The information pack for check in and about the area was excellent . My first trip traveling with a dog , and all the extras were so nice . Biscuits , poo bags and even an outdoor hot water shower for your four legged friends . Perfect location for visiting my son at UEA , and close to green spaces .

Bernard's Hideout is in a great location just a few minutes walk from the beach and promenade, with plenty of restaurants, takeaways coffee shops and pubs nearby and just across the road from the Copp supermarket. The downside was some late night noise from drunken groups, but not too bad. Parking is a slight issue, being restricted to 30 minutes in the street outside, although free overnight parking from 6 pm to 9 am is possible if there is a space (which there always was during our short stay). The longer stay, paid car park is 5 minutes walk away. The apartment was as described, clean and spacious enough for us (3 adults and 2 young children). It was well equipped and nicely decorated. Graham was a responsive and helpful host.

Thank you so much for another wonderful stay Elaine. The annex is pristine and so cosy from all the welcome goodies to well stocked amenities. This is the second time we have stayed at Sea Mist and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. It truly is a home from home. Elaine is such a welcoming host who cannot do enough for you! Me and my wife stayed here for New Year’s Eve. We wanted. Change from the house party vibe, and stumbled across this lovely place. Annetta is a lovely host, very friendly and was happy to help if needed. We enjoyed the location, such a wonderful house surrounded by countryside. The jacuzzi was amazing! We looked at the stars while sipping champagne from our wedding a few months back. What more do you want! Would definitely recommend! Thanks for the hospitality Annetta! All the best Luke & Addie x

Brilliant night away. Was very clean and tidy, with great decor. The spa was great, everything worked as it should and was well explained on how to use. Would highly recommend and will stay again.
