Vacation rentals with a firepit in Norwich

This was a truly beautiful home that was perfect for our week along the coast of Connecticut. The home was impeccably clean and setup with an amazing bathroom and kitchen. Set in a peaceful area north of Niantic, it was a perfect place for my family and I to head out to many coastal adventures. We had close access to Mystic and New Haven with a short road trip to Newport. Jason and Colleen were wonderful hosts and have setup their place amazingly easy to get in and utilize. From the available bikes in the basement to the games my kids quickly found to play, this was a perfect place for us this week. Highly recommend to others looking for a great CT coastline getaway!

My main search was for a pet friendly rental so I could invite friends with a senior golden retriever. And secondly I wanted to be near the ocean. Having lived on Cape Cod for 25 years, I moved back to Connecticut a year ago after the passing of my wife. But the call of the ocean never fades and this rental was steps from East Beach. My stay was in February and the weather wasn't the best, but beach walks are always best when the only footsteps in the sand are your own. The rental was very accommodating with 3 bedrooms, a spacious living area and large, fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of outdoor seating is also included. Melissa was very attentive and always responded quickly when needed. I definitely recommend this rental for a peaceful adult retreat or for a full family vacation. Kids will love it with the big yard and kayaks available. Enjoy, John

The house was very cozy, incredibly clean. View of the river was fantastic. Ned and Sharyn also had helpful notes and labels throughout the house, which I thought was quite kind and helpful!

This lake house was absolutely beautiful! Brought my girls there as a little get away in preparation for my wedding day. Jhismery was responsive so quickly and so accommodating with some questions I had. Stunning view of the lake and the house had this homey feel to it. I would book it again as a weekend getaway again!

Beautiful and easy little cottage, lovely porch with wonderful big swing to nap on with the pup, luscious huge lawn to feel space and privacy, and absolutely beautiful lake view, easy rock step into shallow section to launch our floaties and Wayne’s paddle boards. Easy living with picnic table and great Weber grill, and second small fridge in the boat house. A keeper!

Host has excellent communication and is very professional. The property was clean and everything was laid out in a very organized fashion. I can’t say enough good things about this setup, it’s quiet and private, has a wonderful view, is clean and comfortable, you can tell great care is taken with this property. Will certainly stay here again.

On a visit to UConn, this was the perfect place to stay- 10 minutes from campus, close to restaurants and stores, and fully stocked kitchen with all amenities. While we were only there for one night, check-in, check-out, and communication made it seamless. The house is very cute with lots of places to sleep, and great for families.

Nancy and Robert were extremely welcoming and helpful. The unit that we rented was clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. They made us feel right at home. We would highly recommend their place to friends who want to enjoy a peaceful weekend with a hiking trail and stream. They recommended a great breakfast place Breakfast at Diana’s. Don’t let the Fox News on the TV turn you off. My wife and I felt comfortable and welcomed. They were very friendly and the food was amazing.

Omg, where do I begin. The decor in the place was so pleasing. The pictures was how the place actually looks. She had everything you needed, from baby item to rolling cooking pins. The best experience i'v had with airbnb. She restored my faith in the host.

All around 5 stars, perfect place. Quiet, most comfortable bed I’ve slept on in a while. I will definitely be visiting again, I literally have 0 complaints.

Nice place. I would go back again. It’s in a quiet neighborhood. Close to West Hartford center. The apartment is spacious, private, clean and well equipped.

My daughter and I had a great stay at Kathryn's place! Kathryn was exceptionally responsive and helpful. The place was very roomy and comfortable with large bedrooms, a full kitchen, large living room area, and lots of games/puzzles/activities for entertainment. Location was great as well - private yet close to local amenities.

Joanne’s place is an amazing, convenient location. The place is short drive to the casino and old mystic. The place is clean and comfortable. I highly suggest it for anyone to stay there . We loved the place and will definitely stay there in the near future.

I didnt want to leave this little cabin in the woods. It felt rustic but had all the modern amenities you would expect in a home. From the rocking chairs on the porch to the comfy beds, there is nothing I could complain about, even if I tried. Marilyn gave excellent suggestions of places to eat and local current events. We left with fall apples, bellies full of clam chowder, and gigantic smiles!!! We have already started planning our return!

My husband and I had a great weekend stay at Lakeside Landing. It was conveniently located near Foxwoods. We thoroughly enjoyed a more quiet setting for some relaxing for a childfree weekend. The house was super cute and offered everything we needed. It was nice to hear peepers at night and enjoy the night sky from the hot tub.

We had a great stay. Johannah had a welcome basket full of fun stuff waiting for us, she came over just to help us start a fire and shoveled the snow for us to get out. We are certainly looking forward to coming back in warmer weather to have that experience as well.

Great find! Hidden cottage away from the road, with lots of space to sit indoors and outdoors. Master bedroom spacious but missing blinds, make sure to bring an eye mask if you want to sleep in! Enjoyed our stay!

Our second stay at Angela’s. This Airbnb never disappoints. A private and relaxing oasis. The cabin is comfortable and well maintained. Quality hosts that make you feel at home. The sauna was clean and always ready to go. Five star Airbnb. Looking forward to our next stay.

Great place, comfortable, and made for a group gathering for a birthday celebration. Some dishes and the coffee pot needed cleaning - not adequately cleaned by previous guests or cleaning service - not a reflection of Mike the owner who seemed like a stand up guy and was great at communication. We would recommend this location and house to others!

Absolutely worth staying here! Fruzsi took a chance renting to me as it was my first time using an airbnb. check in was easy the whole weekend had no issues house was as expected the teens I was hosting went out and played basketball. they went walking on the trails. will likely rent again.
