Vacation rentals with beach access in Northumberland County

The place was clean and well stocked. I couldn’t think of anything we needed to make our stay better. There was even beach gear outside for our use. Much appreciated!

We had a wonderful stay at Mary’s. It was the perfect space to relax to after a long day of fossil hunting. We especially loved the big comfy couch! We made use of the kitchen and it was perfectly stocked with everything we needed to prep our light dinner. While the sunrise did not line up with the cove on our visit, we were delighted to see a deer walking on the sandbar as well as geese swimming across the cove. Like others have stated, the cookies were a perfect sweet treat for our stay in this lovely little retreat!

Pat and Nell were such wonderful hosts. It was the perfect mix of function for a nearby swim meet at St Mary’s and relaxation like a mini vacation. The beds are very comfortable, the linens are nice and the shower is wonderful. Although we didn’t use the laundry it was so nice to have accessible units so we could dry my son’s swim suit and towels in between sessions. The location is just beautiful, filled with lots of history which Pat was so gracious to share with my boys and I. Highly recommend.

Wow! What a fabulous loft! Karin paid attention to every detail. The loft was well-stocked and had everything you need! Most impressive were the immaculate nature of the space and the VIEWS! The balcony was the best place for a morning cup of coffee...secluded, private, peaceful, and beautiful! This loft is brand new and so clean! Karin also allowed me to check out late and was an excellent communicator! Check in was easy and her directions were clear! Thanks for an amazing stay, Karin. I'll be booking next year, same time!

The place was so clean and the location was very private. Being able to use the kayaks was amazing. The only thing was the table was still wet with paint and one of the kayak carts had a flat tire. Other than those small things we had a great experience here.

Erin’s place was the getaway that we definitely needed. We spent our time enjoying the sunsets (stunning pastel colors across the water), watching movies, cooking together, and had a nice meal at a local diner, too (which was recommended in the listing)! The place was so clean, well equipped, and very homey/comfortable. Being situated right on the beach, where in the mornings you can see all of the bay from the windows in the living room and kitchen. Erin was so personable and responsive which we so appreciated. She gave all the information you could need about not just the AirBnB, but the surroundings as well. We felt right at home. They have wonderful neighbors who we met on the beach one of the evenings. Everyone was just so friendly. They were enjoying a beach fire and we talked for a while about how amazing the area is. We have already decided we absolutely will be staying here again! This is the best kept secret quiet beach hideaway! My partner and I LOVED it!

A spacious home by the water. We celebrated Thanksgiving at this location and it was very special. The views are beautiful, had a fire right by the water and relaxed by the beach. A perfect getaway with family and friends. It has everything you need, the living room is super comfortable and great to relax with the family. The kitchen was spacious making it easy to cook and entertain the family. We loved the hot tub, playing pool and having family dinner. Overall a fabulous experience!! Great host- great communication. Highly recommend

Ryan’s home was lovely. Perfect for our family. Ryan thought of every detail to make our stay seamless and relaxing. His home was clean and well kept, but the personal touches made it even more lovely. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful spot! Beach, woods, small lake, & fire-pits stocked with wood - everything you could want for a relaxing trip.

We took a small vacation with my sister’s family and we loved the location. Our kids enjoyed the small play area in the basement with the arcade machine and foosball table. We cooked every night and they had all useful appliances. We used the Ninja air fryer and Keurig machine every day. Since we went in January after a snowstorm the road was a little hazardous to use and the lake was completely frozen, so we spent most times indoors. We did enjoy going to the dock and looking at the frozen lake. This will be a great place to visit during the summer, they had Kayaks to use and a nice dock to jump from and fish. We would definitely come back.

Loved this place, exactly as advertised. A beautiful place in a beautiful location on the water. The house was perfect and exactly what we wanted and the family enjoyed every minute. Jeffrey was very responsive to any questions and provided everything needed. Would definitely recommend it and would go again.

Great, Fantastic place where you can Kayak, Play in the water & private beach. Relax in Hot tub (Jaccuzzi) listening to music. Indoor games and Mini theatre with decent sound. Night at the firepit with clear sky and under the stars. we experienced all the things at this place. Dana & Nicholas are very responsive and they are maintaining the place beautiful.

This place worked wonders for our family vacation. the place is very new and updated with 2 full bathrooms that were clean and spacious for beach time and baths with kids. colonial beach is a hidden gem in a historic little town that seems as though at one point was hustling and bustling but isn't quite as popular as it once was but trying to come back. if your a family looking for a uncrowded beach and some activities to do in the area then this place is great! we actually read about this place being in the heart of historic downtown. only thing we would have loved to see with this place is some outdoor patio spot at the home directly to be able to sit outside together. the location does not really have any night life during the week, not even on 4th of July. we went out at 9 pm and the bar closed at 10 pm which seemed way too early for a Thursday and holiday and being on the beach.

After a little miscommunication on the arrival time, everything was at it should be or better. Great location, clean, responsive well worth it. Great experience and will be back regularly.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay! The place felt comfortable the neighborhood was pleasant. Brandon's kitchen was well-stocked with all the kitchen utensils needed for cooking and baking . The little touches, like having makeup remover wipes available, were really appreciated. And the view from the rooftop was simply amazing! Communication with Brandon was perfect. He was easy to reach and very responsive to any questions we had. The kids had a blast playing basketball across the street – thanks so much for making sure the ball was inflated, that was a lifesaver! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place to others.

Very good spot for a small family trip to Tangier (I came alone, so it was more than enough.) The house is spotless, and Travis has some extras there for his guests (coffee, water, fishing rods, board games for young kids on a rainy day.) Travis also sent me the phone number for an evening ferry off the island, which was extremely helpful. I had a great stay at Travis' place, and would stay here again. I hope to soon.

Greetings, My family and I decided to go away this year for the Thanksgiving Holiday 2024. We stayed at this Beautiful Condo in Crisfield MD from Wed. Nov. 27th -Saturday Nov. 30, 2024 The price was very affordable which made our decision to stay that much easier. Our check in process was effortless. Our host, Marietta provided the information needed to gain access to the property in a timely manner. Parking pass were readily available for our vehicles and the neighbors we met when entering into the building were very friendly. The decor at this property is fabulous, the entire unit is spacious, squeaky clean, neat and well organized. It was really our home away from home. The views from this 5th Floor unit are breathtaking and even though the weather outside was frosty, which prevented us from lounging on the balcony to take in the scenery. We simply enjoyed the inside warmth from the gas burning fireplace and the view of the marina so soothing and relaxing. Satisfied 🥰
