Beachfront vacation rentals in Northern Cyprus

Mr. Rifat was very interested before and after the reservation, he was very pleased with the referrals and quick response, one of the best locations of the house is one of the best locations in the area, 5 minutes to the market to the beach, the apartment was quite clean, like an iron and a broom, etc. There are household items, we were very pleased with the holiday we planned for the honeymoon, thank you Mr. Rıfat.

When I arrived the apartment was immaculate and Annita had kindly left some water and drinks in the fridge- it was welcome after a long flight and quite late at night when I arrived- she also left some coffee and milk- very thoughtful Throughout the stay she contacted me to ask if all was OK and if I needed anything A really excellent host

The location is quite nice. The air conditioners turn off in 2 hour periods and you need to turn it back on. We didn't have any issues with the water pressure and hot water need. It is nice to have three separate rooms, 5/6 people can stay very comfortably. I would consider staying again on my next visit to Kyrenia.

This is a good stay and would definitely recommend to others, it is spacious and very enjoyable to stay in for a bigger group. The backyard is also incredibly spacious and the location is great. A couple quick notes: the power went out twice and so just know that it is easy to overload the system and is a quick switch flip to fix. Additionally, the location provided is not accurate and we walked .5 miles to the actual location, but the host was incredibly friendly and very helpful throughout the small mishaps.

We stayed there for a week with our one-year-old daughter and were very excited! The place is very nicely decorated and offers plenty of space. Just around the corner is a super nice beach. By public transport you can easily get to Girne in about 15 minutes. The contact with Bekir and his in-laws was very, very nice. Everything was really perfect! If we come back to Girne, we will definitely come back here and also recommend it to friends. Thank you Bekir and your family 🙏

Beautiful, clean, top equipped villa in prime location! We would come back any time! Super nice host! Everything was perfect :) The host is extremely helpful with issues and questions, and you feel cared for. Everything was extremely clean, the bathroom and toilet freshly renovated, the kitchen perfectly equipped and air conditioning in every room. By foot it is, through the garden gate, 30-60 seconds to the beach. In 5 minutes walk you can reach the first supermarket, chic restaurants and bars. By car it takes about 20 minutes to get to Ayia Napa and 50 minutes to Larnaca airport. The villa is located in a quiet residential area and the beach promenade invites you to walk or jog (very long :)). The "garden" is beautiful with a really big pool, comfortable loungers and there is even a small barbecue. Every two days someone comes to the pool maintenance. We felt completely comfortable and would come back at any time! Thank you :)

Antreas was always responsive and super helpful. He did check in with us to ensure things were going smoothly. The standout part of this Airbnb was the pool and garden, perfect for our two little ones. Plus, a bonus that you could heat the pool for an additional cost (very rare to find). Thank you again for a lovely holiday experience!

The house is 30 minutes away from the entrance, car-free transportation is difficult, the house is clean, tidy, and there are little comforts.

Beautiful villa , so comfy it’s just like being home from home with the added bonus of a large pool,which was much needed as the weather was scorchio 😀 . The villa is ideally placed , about five minute walk from stunning Nissi beach and about 20 minute walk to the main Ayia napa strip ,or you could easily catch the bus and be there in a few minutes and for only a few euros. We were very sad to leave and would definitely book again

This fabulous apartment is nicer even than the photos! Very spacious and beautifully furnished, it also has a huge terrace, accessed from both the living room and bedroom, with terrace and both rooms enjoying an unbroken and direct sea view! It's a short walk from the beach and all facilities. This is an all year site with indoor heated pool and spa too. A member card is supplied for use of the gym and spa facilities . The East coast is much better than the north coast in the off season as the sea is less windy and calm. I enjoyed sea swimming here in the second half of October which was not so easy on the north coast. Maria was extremely helpful and brought lovely welcome supplies for us! There are wardrobes even for the guests who stay in the living room. I look forward to coming back and felt sad to leave. Thank you!

Rebecca's place was beautiful. It was our second time at Thallassa Resort and we find it such a nice tranquil community that's great for children of all ages. The accommodation was beautiful, thank you so much for sharing your home with us x

Nikos is a very experienced host who provided all the information we needed prior to our arrival. He arranged the airport transfer for us, which saved me the hassle, and seemed reasonably priced. The welcome food pack was much needed as we had arrived during the night of Christmas Eve. Nikos also provided us with the traditional Kleftiko meal a few days later, which was a lovely gesture. The villa though not quite spotlessly clean, was tidy and well maintained and is in a good area, just a short walk from the stunning beach waterfront. There are loads of restaurants and shops nearby. Many were closed as we went out of peak season but there was still enough places available for our requirements. The free use of the car is a great perk of the property, which we used for day trips into other areas. We enjoyed our time in beautiful Cyprus.

Apartment was very nice. Pool area good with showers and toilets. 5 minute walk to Nissi beach. 10 minute walk to nearest bus stop. Bars and restaurants close by. 2kms from Ayia Napa centre.

Had such an amazing experience. It’s our 2nd time coming back to the same accommodation. I am now a regular :) Steve and his beautiful family are very welcoming, polite and warm hearted and i would not choose a different place to stay. When i return back to Cyprus I am definitely re booking here again. —— THE POOL IS AMAZING —— Thank you for everything and we will see you guys again soon :)

Clean house The location is very good near the beach a bit far from the center but it is good for quiet lovers, we were three families had a great time There's only a problem with Wai Pai on the last day didn't work at all Other than that it really was a good vacation if going to the center it is better to take a bus because taxis are all taking a ride on tourists

Great find for that location. Apartment has great access to the beach which is quite rare in this area, some great restaurants and bars are within a 1-2 minute walk. Beach is less than a 5 minute walk and you can get access to hotel next door and use their facilities. Annabelle was the prefect host. Responded to almost all messages immediately, super helpful with anything we asked and went out of her way to assist us in any way. 100% would recommend

We have just spent a week at Katrina’s beautiful home celebrating mine and my husband’s 50th birthdays with our family. The Villa is spacious, our son and his fiancée are expecting their first baby and the bedroom on the ground floor was ideal for them. The pool is a lovely size and we all spent a lot of time in. The Villa is in a great location close to all amenities. We plan to book again, and next time have our first grandchild with us 😍 We highly recommend Dream Beach Villa.

Andreas prefers to welcome his guests himself and explains everything that is important in the apartment. The location is fantastic with private beach access and large terrace: if you want you can hear the sea rustling from getting up to falling asleep - a dream! Infrastructure is all right from the front door, from the bus stop to the tavern and shopping. We also immediately fell in love with the cats of the residential complex... We will be happy to come back!

Had a lovely stay and really enjoyed this Villa. It is spacious and well equipped. The pool is a very good size and the neighbourhood is peaceful and with easy walking distance to several beaches and shops. Plenty of good walking paths nearby and along the coast. Would highly recommend this as a great place to stay.

Was amazing and exceeded expectations! The house is equipped at a high level, the pool is stunning and very well maintained,every day a pool man came to take care of, the villa looks exactly as pictured, and the most special part is the beach, the entrance to the water right in front of the garden, a simply beautiful beach!!!!! We enjoyed every moment thank you so much!
