Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Northeast Piscataquis

Wow - this house is the BEST! My friends and I stayed at Holly's home in Maine this summer, and we absolutely loved it. Despite being pretty deep in the woods in Maine, the house was squeaky clean and spider-free. The check-in instructions were super clear, and we had no issues getting to or into the house. The boats are fabulous, and we greatly enjoyed kayaking and canoeing on the lake. Also, the ping pong table, firepit, and large backyard were awesome to have. Holly and her properly managed Skylar were of huge help throughout the trip when I needed directions/instructions/assistance. Thank you Holy for sharing your awesome home with us!!

Jennifer provides so many details and amenities. We had our wedding on site and the transition from bridal to air bnb was a breeze. Would come back and stay in a heart beat! The tub is to die for. Quiet, quaint, clean and professional. Jennifer has a unique, lovely space.

We came to Dragonwood for a small family getaway and had the most amazing time. Carrie was an extremely attentive host and we were never lacking in activities, even when the weather was on the dreary side. We’re looking forward to booking another stay next year!

This home right on the river is surrounded by beauty and had everything we needed for a family get away. Perfect for family members of all ages! Plenty of space inside for our larger party and lots of outdoor seating for sitting around the fire and enjoying the view!!

Had a fantastic family gathering and will definitely book again in the future if needed. Great location. We enjoyed the space even though it was winter and we didn’t use the outdoor space. I imagine a summer visit would be fabulous!

A long weekend getaway with family. This stay exceeded our expectations and was better than the photo. This is a beautiful home and stunning views. We cannot wait to return!

We loved Erik and Jimena’s place. It was beautiful and clean and had all the amenities you would need for a long term stay! There’s a fully stocked kitchen with all of the appliances you could need, a washer and dryer with detergent included and a beautiful TV with a surround sound system, great for watching movies. Everything at this listing was perfectly thought out for functionality as well as just overall visual presence. Erik was also a great host. Very responsive and accommodating. He leaves an entire binder of instructions, emergency contacts, food places and grocery stores etc. It snowed a lot and someone came through and plowed the driveway to give us space to park and because of the snow storm Erik reached out and kindly extended our checkout time for our safety! All around great place and great host! Will definitely be staying at Erik’s place again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay during a ski trip at Sugarloaf and Rose was a friendly, welcoming host. We would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at Jessica’s. She was very responsive, and her place was very comfortable and cozy and had everything we needed. It was about 35min to Baxter SP where we were winter camping & hiking. We really enjoyed our stay. We love Maine!

Loved staying at Patricia’s place. It’s our third visit there. It’s warm and cozy. And Lucy Liu is a lovely host. Very convenient to ski and sightseeing. Dinner next door. Very convenient. Looking forward to our next stay On the River. Patricia is a very helpful and easy to communicate with host. She was helpful in answering any questions or recommendations that we were looking for! It’s a very relaxing, lovely home. Amazing views, too!!

This place was amazing! So clean and spacious. The hosts were SPECTACULAR, very attentive to any of our needs, quick response to any questions, started us a fire in the pit each night, were knowledgeable about the area and just all around great people. We HIGHLY recommend this rental and we will be back in the winter to enjoy some snowmobiling!

This was our 2nd stay at one of Patricia's places. Everything you need to feel right at home, and close to shopping and restaurants. Patricia was always quick to respond and very friendly. We highly recommend her lodging and look forward to staying again!
